What do you like best about the product?
Wirh OneSinal, I receive updates on several jobs and vacancies that mathes my profile and work experience and expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recruiters details are sometimes not available and it makes addressing cover letters difficult. Also, the details of the various job adverts are often not separated with no links to see the details of each category

Connecting me to potential jobs and recruiters

I am a mobile application developer. I have been using One Signal as Mail infrastructure for 3 months. There is no better alternative. Thank you to those who contributed

Everything I've encountered so far is excellent.

Great for Mobile Apps Notifications

What do you like best about the product?
I used OneSignal many times and it's one of the best ways to generate Android and IOS Apps Notifications. Which increases your connection between your apps and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the small icon (bill icon) of the mobile app notification will be better to be changed from one signal by uploading it through one signal account instead of doing that through the Mobile App Projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reconnecting useres with my Apps through the push notification when creating offers, new features, new products, etc

Support is honestly terrible and the software is at best poor

What do you like best about the product?
Its offer for omnichannel coms is exciting as a business owener who has 3 apps across web and mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support is terrible, the platform 'works' but quite literally only just, and I am ver anxious about migrating our marketing channels over to a compnay that offers little to know support. We have a team of developers as well, so, so far we have wasted lots of time trying to intergrate with a platform that literally has not interest in your business. I can overcome the techncical challenges but I dont think i can overcome the lack in support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently it is not benefitting me at all. It was meant to colve omnichannel communication but there support is so bad when you encounter issues it creates massive delays which is ultimately a cost.

Saves time and increases productivity

What do you like best about the product?
We have two mobile apps, one with OneSignal for notifications and in-app messages, and another app with a custom solution designed by the developer.

I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to have no interface to send impromptu notifications to the app without OneSignal. Also, I have not way to send in-app messages, it all requires custom code.

One Signal makes life so much easier and I'm more productive and can get urgent marketing notifications out easily. In fact, the marketing manager can do it, it does not require IT staff.

Save yourself time and money by using OneSignal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of off the top of my head, it fulfills our requirements completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One Signal allows us to send both user-scheduled notificationsand ad-hoc notifications with ease.

Works for Android and iOS in Maui

What do you like best about the product?
With OneSignal its the same for Android and iOS. Free for entry-level users. And it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of extra features that we don't need, we just use push notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relatively simple turnkey solution. We have a chat app for the scouts, and you can't have an effective chat app without notifications.

I Would to say many thanks to Onesignal Team for Creating better user segments .
there are many features i have listed that can be particularly beneficial for my company THE AVIATION & Aeroguruji. Here are some key advantages:
1) i am using One signal push notification for my users, it helps us to keep users joined by instant updates and quick notification.

2) it also provide us an analytics to check how much peoples joined our channel. it also help to drive more traffice for website and more social media platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes setting up push notifications and campaigns simple and efficient, even for someone without a technical background. The ability to segment users based on detailed parameters such as location, behavior, and device type has greatly improved the relevance of our messaging and helped us target the right audience. The real-time analytics provide us with a clear understanding of how our notifications are performing, allowing us to quickly iterate on our strategy and improve engagement. Overall it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, setting up more complex workflows or multi-step automation sequences can feel a bit cumbersome. Making this more streamlined or adding more templates for common use cases could be a helpful enhancement. Maybe in app design editor could be more detailed. I really enjoyed more if I can create more customizable in app messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OneSignal is solving several critical problems related to user engagement and communication. Prior to using OneSignal, it was difficult to manage different communication channels efficiently, often requiring separate tools or platforms, which made it harder to maintain consistent messaging.
