Flexible, Fast, and User-Friendly Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility - I can build many different reports in the same place.
Self-service - I don't need data team support, when I have a question that can be answered by data, I can find the answer on my own.
Great UX - it's mostly intuitive, great iconography, user-friendly titles, responsive layout.
Speed/performance - it's very important, the data loads almost instantly, and if it's not up to date I can see it by clicking on 3-dot menu.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm disoriented when the navigation changes. I understand that they continuously evolve the product but being exposed to experiments isn't always fun especially when I need to get things done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need data-driven insights on daily basis, Mixpanel empowers me to get them. It helps me make more weighted product decisions. Helps me frame strategy and control day-to-day execution.
Effortless to Use and Integrates Seamlessly with Node.js
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of usage and the implementation with Node.js server side
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of the add-ons is a little bit expensive each time we have to subscribe to a new module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyse the traffic of our website and all the usage of our product. We use mixpanel to see which marketing campaign is better than the other, to improve the conversion rate of our website and our product
Using Mixpanel for data visualisations and decision making
What do you like best about the product?
I find it remarkably easy to create advanced data visualisations, which in turn supports both business and technical decision-making by basing them on data and not guessing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curve until you understand how to use some of the filtering/breakdown features.

The software helps us monitor usage and provides valuable insights into the performance of certain systems.
Powerful Analytics for Startups
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel is a very flexible data collection and analysis tool. At MashApp Music, we use Mixpanel to inform our product development and report usage to our content partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any powerful tool, you need to spend time learning to use it. If you're a founder like me, you're going to need to have someone working for you who spends a significant amount of their time learning to deploy Mixpanel. That said, Mixpanel has a great community of consultants whom we've used to get up-to-speed fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to under what our users are doing, and we need to provide contractually-required metrics to our content partners.
Effortless Dashboard Setup, But AB Testing Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to setup instrumentation and quickly build dashboards to track user behavior
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside would likely be ease of setting up experiments and how to track AB tests easily

The biggest problem is solves is helping us understand user behavior and how that connects to our product goals.
Great Learning Tools and Visualizations, but UI Can Be Overwhelming for New Users
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, a lot of great docs and tools for learning how to leverage, good options for data visualization

The UI feels a little bit more complicated than other dashboarding tools, a bit overwhelming when i share dashboards with colleagues who never use dashboarding tools

understanding user engagement in our mobile app on a user-level, tracking feature adoption

Incredible Flexibility, But Comes with a Learning Curve.
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing flexiblity both in managing how you want to build your events and building dashboards to review results. Integrating is a breeze and uptime is a non-issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility still comes at a cost, less experienced teams often have problems organizing themselves and understanding the tool. Some documentation on best practices or industry standards embedded in the experience may go a long way to help with the learning curve.

Primarily event tracking through the application.

Seamless Data Testing and Analysis with Mixpanel's Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel divides into both a UAT environment and Production. This allows for complex data set testing. The functional panes then can be broken down. As a user I can pivot rapidly. It is easy for me to use my knowledge of pivotables and excel to extrapolate to incredible findings my org can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I would like to see mixpanel implement Ai to do footprinting analysis. More structure around how that could be used. As well much of its integration leans on marketing tools. I would like to see more engagement based tools, crms, and integrations into linux or other languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mixpanel is going through datasets based on product usage, features we have in our own SaaS and what we could pivot too.

What do you like best about the product?
Mixpanel has a clean, intuitive interface that makes tracking and visualizing user behavior simple once everything is set up. The dashboards are visually appealing, and the UX makes it easy to analyze trends or compare cohorts at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, exporting cohorts throws errors, which can interrupt reporting workflows. To use Mixpanel effectively, you really need to understand all the tracked events in detail — otherwise, both cohort setup and data analysis can become confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps consolidate user behavior data across multiple touchpoints, making it easier to measure engagement, retention, and funnel conversion in real time. This saves time on manual reporting and supports more data-driven marketing and product decisions.
