What do you like best about the product?
With a data-driven product approach, Mixpanel assists me in making decisions based on how my customers use the app. It serves as a single platform that enables me to make customer-centric, data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enhance metrics and capabilities for messaging. The analytics for push capabilities are just mediocre. Develop a more robust A/B testing platform. Improve behavior-driven predictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data-driven decisions. And a one-stop shop for all my needs from events, to A/B testing, to messaging.

Insightful but difficult to maintain reliably

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get quick snapshots of the current state things are in. It is easy to create dashboards that reference the information that is important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how difficult it can be to uncover problem in the data. Sometime an even is implemented incorrectly or data is exported differently than I expected. It can be difficult to 1)identify that the data is inaccurate or not what I thought and 2) find a way to resolve it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are primarily using Mixpanel to assess usability. We often reference the data when we are making US decisions and decided how to prioritize out work.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s fast, and easy to use. The UI is very clean and explains functionality quite well. The ability to save insights and provide a link directly to a report is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not possible to group data within a time frame and compare it with the same group of data for a different time interval. At least I haven’t figured out how!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re able to learn more about how our users engage with our products. Specifically, what time of day, how they use it, and see what platforms it’s being used on. It’s also extremely up to date in terms of how fast it gets that data.

What do you like best about the product?
The segmentation and complex funnel analysis that can be setup for variable date ranges. Being able to quickly redefine multi-step funnels with vastly different completion times has been valuable to quickly gaining insights on what changes have been the most beneficial to our product and marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits to cohort analysis when not on enterprise plans
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring KPIs has been our biggest use of mixpanel. We've been able to effectively test changes to our processes and see if they've had positive/negative impacts to our funnel analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy way i can view my data in graphics, where i can choose between dates, filter by properties and adding logic conditions to them. Also the support the give to their customers is superb, very personalized and quick solutions/explanations. What i use the most is the segmentation space, so, i could do some really good analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, there is not such a thing i could name that i dislike from Mixpanel, just minor bugs that happened one time or another but that's it, i would also like to see more filtering options in a near future to get data more specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main one is to segment campaigns to sent mail blasts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The support is magnific, quick, precise and right to the point, i really love it, and they also do a lot of workshops.

Most of the time the live view is very slow to load the live data.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great that basically any aspect of our app can be tracked and analyzed quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data is not intuitive or relevant. I also find the mobile app lacking and wish it had more of the features of the web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to know how our app was being used for product development understanding. It has given us a great window into daily usage and which features are/aren't used.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Put triggers everywhere in your code! I wish I had added more, we put in a lot but could still use even more information.

What do you like best about the product?
I have both analytics and people product for free, it's great when bootstrapping a product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing, if I switch to a paid plan I will have less usage available

Product analytics, see what's going on with my product and being able to take action on users based on actions they have performed (or haven't)

What do you like best about the product?
Powerful charts with cohorts, among user trackings and graphs and else, Mixpanel is the facto the best solution for analytics needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is never enough example and documentation when you want to merge, export / import users from your DB to theirs, vice and versa
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking real time stats of our users + habits. Which products are popular among our users, testing onboardings flows, tracking habits and user behaviours.

JQL could have more intellisense to make writing queries easier.
