Awesome experience with CloudKeeper for 10 months! - Arca Payments Company Limited
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard shows all the services and recommendations. Also, seeing the cost breakdown in real-time and the ability to see a spike or reduction in resource utilization. Also, the ability to export data in Excel for further analysis.
The level of engagement with the Cloudkeeper team is amazing. They are always available and willing to assist with the management and optimization of my AWS account usage.
The discount offered against what I would normally pay to AWS directly is awesome!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. User experience and satisfaction with the service is good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved to CloudKeeper in order to bring our cloud cost under control and also get a level of discount while doing that. So far, it has been a win-win situation for my company. We have been able to reduce costs and also have a better overview of resource usage and a breakdown of the monthly AWS bill.

What do you like best about the product?
Snapmint's engagement with CloudKeeper has been nothing short of delightful. The service is really simple and at the same time most fertile. One of my responsibilities as a DevOps Lead is to continuously work on optimizing costs while ensuring smooth infra operations. Access to the CK Lens platform to analyze costs or to be able to immediately get in touch with their FinOps Services team regarding any queries make my role much easier. Perk to this is that their team is very responsive so we don't feel like we are dealing with a 3rd party. They are available via calls, emails, and chats (almost all possible channels) and work with us with full transparency.
Snapmint has grown significantly since last financial year and it is comforting to see that the team continues to proactively engage with us and proposing free Well-Architected Reviews.I'd whole heartedly recommend CloudKeeper Services to anyone.

Cloudkeeper should also have the TAG based billing view as well to understand the cost of infrastructure accordinly.

What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I could nothing that I could dislike in cloudkeeper. There team is great and supportive to solve the things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in a startup, things are very fast moving and sometimes due to that, many aspects in cloud are not taken care of. It always about, just make the things running. Cloudkeeper actually just took read-only access of limited services to understand the configurations that we are using and gave detailed insights of cost optimisation. They actualy got on a call to understand the companies requirements and the working and accordingly shared details about what should be and should not be taken care of in AWS. Their also talked to us about the security aspects that we are missing and should be solved to build a more robust service. I already did 30% saving on the cloud by myself. Cloudkeeper was able to derive around 15-18% more savings over that.

At Tata 1mg, we have been working with CloudKeeper for the past 2+ years. TTN team helps us to provide RI recommendations, resource resizing information and cost usage information to reduce the aws cloud spending.
The custom report is very useful in monitoring and segregating costs as per services, usage, tags, etc.

There is nothing to dislike but need some improvement in the Cloudkeeper dashboard. Require some additional features on top of it.
