Super helpful platform
What do you like best about the product?
The Crossbeam platform has changed the game with how we engage with our partners. Rather than finding excuses to talk and ask for opportunities, we have them right infront of us. Love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike really. Its occasionally slow uploading CSV files but I'm sure there's a lot of work going on in the back end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much easier to engage with partners.

Amazing Resource for Strategic Alliances
What do you like best about the product?
Setup is simple and efficient, and the existing user base makes it easy to quickly find value in the tool. Connecting with partners and pulling reports on customers, open opps, and prospect that overlap make account mapping a much more efficient task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer more features to control the data being tracked. For example, if sensitive accounts are not yet sharable with partners, it would be much more efficient to turn those off from view rather than turn off the data sharing setting on the entire overlap report. It would also be beneficial to have a way to track action items and create custom fields in our reporting. I have heard from the Crossbeam team that these are features in the roadmap plans, so I would be curious to see how those work once they are launched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam simplifies account mapping with partners overall. It takes the manual work of finding those overlaps out of the equation. Utilizing real-time data and having overlap counts presented automatically is a huge time saver accross the board.
No more more spreadsheets to collaborate !
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of connecting with a partner. The clean user interface fosters collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
A whitespace feature would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves a security issue of emailing spreadsheets around of my accounts and prospects. Also Makes partnership goal planning a sinch since we can easily see overlapping accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam is the industry-leading platform for partnership professionals that combines the manual processes of account mapping into a centralized and automated UI. With Crossbeam, we can spend more time actioning on the data between partner companies and less time on administrative work. Crossbeam lives and breaths partnerships and is building a platform tailored to the profession.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and filtering are behind par but understand investments are being made to change that as the platform evolves into the future. Crossbeam is setup with the "partner manager" role in mind but would love to see some alternative profiles to support different GTM models.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account mapping, understanding partnerships opportunities, streamlining the way we collaborate with partners, pairing AEs together on mutual accounts and pipeline.
Crossbeam is the go-to tool for Partnerships
What do you like best about the product?
Crossbeam is an indispensable tool for our partnership teams. It is powerful, trusted, easy to use, and continues to improve. CS team service is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. With improvements, come some unexpected UI changes, but overall it is intuitive enough to figure out, and their service and support are excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam saves us a lot of time in strategic account mapping and partner coordination and collaboration, with planning, field marketing and sales, and management.
Crossbeam is a game changer for anyone who works in partnerships, sales, product and marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
As someone with a hybrid role in partnerships, Crossbeam allows me to map business opportunities for new integrations, business opportunities and enablement with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways to action the outcomes of mapping easily into sales execution platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam allows me to easily see which partnerships to prioritize with accuracy, save time by getting the information into my sales team's hands and trust customer data is being protected. Their success team is also top tier.
The best thing to happen to partnerships EVER
What do you like best about the product?
The basic concept itself is amazing but not new; how easy Crossbeam made it so people can share and action the data is fantastic. The amazing content produced for the community is just as valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data matching between partners still needs work, normal data issues of companies naming things differently (Inc vs Corp in each partner's dataset). Sub-orgs are not treated the same by every partner, etc. All of this leads to a reduction in overlap accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crossbeam is allowing us to automate the identification of partner overlap to help create meaningful conversations on how we can work together. Second, it is giving us data to identify new markets and patterns of repeatability
Crossbeam Partnership platform
What do you like best about the product?
That we can share different data points without giving access to our system. That helps our team avoid having to run through Trust and Security about giving partnership accounts in our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the platform but there is a sync timing issue. It can take up to 6 hours to sync CRM fields to Crossbeam and that is longer than what we are used to. It doesn't always take that long but it does take hours at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing with partners and being able to control the different filters has been a good benefit for us. We are still ramping up but have been enjoying seeing the accounts and opportunities overlay with partners.
I can't live without crossbeam
What do you like best about the product?
How quickly I can use Crossbeam to assess the potential value of a prospective partnership and action on new partnerships with regards to mutual customers or mutual prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features are dependent on connections and plan upgrades, but not unexpected or an issue. Just something to consider and know early on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The black box of mutual customers, prospects, open opportunities, and providing a foundation for strategic and highly valuable account mapping for both sides of a partnership.
Great for getting reliable customer information from partners
What do you like best about the product?
Well organized to identify who mutual clients and prospects are. It really helped us with our ABM strategy and CRM hygiene.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's dependent on if your partner actually uses it. We have 5-6 primary integration partners and only 2 use Crossbeam. We've gained a lot from the 2.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping enhance partnership and facilitate deals between integration partners. This has helped us be more strategic and in turn more successful in our marketing and sales approach.
