What do you like best about the product?
Mimecast security is a wonderful email protection software which prevents malwares, spams, threats and other phishing mails.
An excellent product which is simple to use,install, implement and integrate in your organization.
It's customised features plays an effective role to have a secure communication within and across the organisation.
The customer support is doing great it's effective responses to queries.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing of this product is little expensive compared to other email security softwares.The renewal cost of this software is also increased for yearly subscription.
Sometimes mails that comes from trusted sources have been marked as Spam.These kind of technical issues has to be sorted.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mimecast is a best solution for an effective email management that protects the integrity of our financial mails.
It eliminates the time consumption of people who is checking spam mails.
Overall a top notch product as I have pointed out the price is quite high but a guaranteed product which is highly recommended.

The best part of Mimecast is its security features like its advanced technology to block spam emails and its advanced security signature that scans the emails and attachments compared to other email security gateways. It's one of the best email gateway solutions.

As compared to the Enterprise org email security solution, this tool feels like its a little behind in terms of features of auto-remediation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its latest security signatures protect the email flows. The reporting features help as admin to have deeper details of threads.

What do you like best about the product?
I really admire it's ability to block spams, viruses or even malwares because of it's secure email gateway. It does the real time protection to each and every mails we receive or send.

No cons to point out as of now. It really is the best one available in the market today.

Sometimes hard to find emails in search. Mimecast occasionally will "hold" legitimate emails.

With the increase in malicious email attacks, mimecase email security security plays vital role and protects against spam, phishing, social engineering, and most importantly protection against QR code attacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It goes par with their competitors but on terms of cost and packages it is bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mimecast Advanced Email Security can provide protection against sophisticated email attacks such as Phishing, Spam, and Malware. It also protects agains AiTM (Adversary in the middle) such as QR codes which saw a rise in the trends recently.
