Robust but confusing
What do you like best about the product?
The look of the application is top notch. Very clean and easy to recognize the individual areas and options.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is just so much that just using the application to learn it is not enough. I have been able to figure out a few things but don’t completely understand why they work. Working through the provided videos is a noce way to get a general idea but no where near enough to learn the application well enough to administer it fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we use it for a few infrastructure moniters, services up/down, but mostly for our web applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get training and dedicate someone for the first few months.

Reasonably Strong API monitoring framework
What do you like best about the product?
The level of detail provided is strong, and the overarching catch point aggregation works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing cost is way too high, competitor products offering similar functionality for exponentially lower cost.

We are using New Relic Synthetics to identify areas of dynamic load

What do you like best about the product?
The best of this product its easy to install and setup , good quality metrics, custom metrics. very pretty dashboards. All info you need about your application performance and status in a single site deployed easily
What do you dislike about the product?
the problem i see to this software is the pricing model, my company have more than 2000 instances on EC2, with the pricing model monitoring a instance is more expensive that run the instance , cannot scale in pricing to a global adoption and only can use it in selected critical applications

High level and low level details can be fetched easily. Rest API support

Subscription can be tricky to deal with . If I have multiple accounts each for one Env , I need subscription for each of them

Deployment time , enhanced monitoring of performance of apps, one monitoring console for all stuff
Good tool to access and easy to learn

The toll used for monitoring websites helped to get free pings on it.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about the products is it can be used simple browsers with a a detailed result view and it’s capacity to store every single run for a long time of 13 months and hunt down the specific problems from the down page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data from the synthetic monitoring is too predictable as it’s generated through controlled and predictable environments. They may not be truly representative of what real users are experiencing at a given time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problems solving are it provides me the end user point of view. It provides me the feedback about performance and whether or not users will be satisfied. I can also monitor performance frequencies and location of my choice at any time.

What do you like best about the product?
Used it previously for websites powered by Wordpress and server monitoring. It proved to be easy to configure and has provided a good depth of info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Entry level services that used to be free were discontinued.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring the performance of WordPress powered websites. Checking for performance impact of new hooks, themes and plugins.
Best monitoring for production application
What do you like best about the product?
Provide best analytics using DB SQL logs, execution time , API response time. Can judge SQL slower based on transaction time , can easily hook with Spring boot application.
What do you dislike about the product?
More troubleshooting is required when we get into error.
