Easy to use platform with great potential
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and very easy to use even for beginners. It is easy to implement and integrate business processes in one unique platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some very useful features are only available for the Enterprise subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ARIS is solving the problem of having business processes mapped in a closed environment where employees rarely make access. Thanks to ARIS, our business processes are now more accessible to every employee and they can be consulted in an easier way.

Unlocking Operational Insights with ARIS Process Mining : Review by 5 months old user
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the tool is the ease of implementation. It is very easy to use by the business user as well. We have received proactive support from customer service team. Feature wise, ARIS can be integrated with the various source systems and data can be transformed as per requirement. I have been frequently using ARIS process mining and SAG has been constantly enhancing the tool and introducing new features for the developer community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tough there are some features missing in the current edition of the tool, SAG has ensured us that the requested features will be rolled out soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been working for the client who is leveraging to unveil the operational insights using ARIS process mining tool. So far the Client has been pretty much satisfied with the outcomes that has been yeild so far. ARIS has help to identify the bottlenecks and automation opportunities.

Missing user friendly UI for report writing

Even as a customer, we haven't received the requested sample beds, sample evenings, and descriptions for 2 years, maybe they don't exist or don't exist?

It promotes colloaboration, increased efficiency and is often the single source of truth.

The Software can be complicated to use, somewhat old technologies used

Great modeling tool with customization features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating models and the learning curve is excellent. It also offers different types of functions to visualize our processes and the operation of the control panel is excelent. In addition, I also like that the support is always there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only had problems with sending notifications and some problems with customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is being used for process mining and modeling while working on creating process repositories and it is adequate and in terms of usage it is excellent, easy to use and beneficial, so it is all totally positive.

You have a lot of options to best create your processess. And if you are stuck, there is a great support from SAG.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get to know the full extend of the product. Since it is so advanced and you can do a lot, it can get a bit complicated at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To get a good insight in all the processes you have within your company.
Comprehensive Modeling Capabilities and easy to digest.
What do you like best about the product?
ARIS offers a wide range of modeling notations which is great for capturing different aspects of the business. Central repository is helpful for maintaining consistency, ensures everyone works on latest version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration options could be expanded to include more popular business software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ARIS for multiple BPMNs enabling us to monitor, refine and make our processes efficient and autonomous. It helps with compliance and making it easier to understand and analyze our business process, which further helps break silos across various team like IT & Finance and creates autonomy.

I like graphica user interface and always top notch events.

Some ideas / features would be nice if they can be integrated sooner as sometimes it take more than 1 year before they get planned or not.

Processes are well organized in the portal and users love using it.
