XoXoDay rocks for Fox!
What do you like best about the product?
We are a completely remote company at Fox Logistics with team members in the US and abroad. To quickly and easily reward our team for one-off accomplishments, anniversaries, or earned rewards is a quick token of appreciation for the hard work they do in support of our organization. On top of that, XoXo provides direct access to a wealth of vendors in numerous countres - precisely what a company like ours needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than some slight settings issues, not much to dislike at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We strive to make sure our remote team feels appreciated. Xoxo allows us to quickly reach each team member and reward them for the hard work and dedication to our organization day in and day out. Morale is boosted through signs of appreciation, and gratitude is felt through action. We accomplish both with XoXo which is tremendous!

What do you like best about the product?
It has more than 2000 options of gift vouchers to purchase from. A global team like us will greatly benefit from it.

Discount coupons are not available in all countries

We reward employees with gift vouchers which can be easily procured and delivered from one place. Its simple, easy and saves time especially for organisations that has workforce across the globe.

Selection of reward programmes that we can tailor in line with our priorities and ethical requiremrnts.

Software takes time to get used to at first, but it is well worth it as functionality is impossible anywhere else.

We have managed to resolve a biggest issue for us which is access to ethical rewards, Using XOXO we can tailor our offer to make sure it is in line with our principles.

I owuld say just try it - it's a great addition to rewards for your staff that allows full flexibility.

Have lost of brand options to choose from. Choose whatever you like. Delivery of the e-vouchers is quick. If you face any issue the support team from Xoxoday Plum is always there to help you.

Now I don't have to worry about what should I gift to someone. Now I can gift them Xoxoday vouchers and they can use them as per their wish.

Somehow it's a bit of pressure when it comes to invoices and payment.

The clarity which provides in, the way as a user we can navigate the tool, ability to customize, load, reconcile, recall, issue, remind, verify, and the interactive dashboard helps in reporting - overall a well-versed tool with minimum effort and maximum effort - Thanks to Key manager Poornima for introducing and helping throughout
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain aspects as yet to be automated likes of loading the card, the dependency on the xoxo team to reduced to zero is the intention - at the moment we are manually adding the points to our account which we should be able to do on our own

Manual issuing of the vouchers, courier charges, handling physical vouchers, tracking, managing, reconciling, closing stock, internal team effort , reporting, work from home R&R

What do you like best about the product?
Their wide range of gift cards, perks & experiences in travel, gourmet, local, hobbies, adventure, healthcare, philanthropy and many more was apt for our women teams. The best part was that these options were available across multiple geographies where our people are located.

I don't see any downsides of Xoxoday plum which i can think of.

it's great product and offers multiple options both online and offline with flexibility to all users. makes life easier in current situation where XOXO extends multiple benefit to corporates and users. it has all chain of options to choose from which is the best.

I have been using XOXO for last three year. I never had any kind of bad experience with XOXO. I don’t see any.

Fast, easy, and convenient in use. Multiple denominations are available to redeem the amount conveniently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have the status of the vouchers in a report format to track whether a respondent has redeemed the coupons or not.
There is no discount available for buying the vouchers in bulk.

We were looking for a wide variety of merchants on one platform. Currently, we are using amazon vouchers, and we might start using other coupons very soon. We were also looking for fast & convenient options to reward our panelists, which is now resolved.

A good option to incentivize people with a wide variety of merchants on one platforms. No need to take services from different platforms.
