What do you like best about the product?
The variety of vouchers is really impressive. The segregation based on categories helps in easy navigation. The customer support service is also very quick in providing resolutions to any queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The helpline number mentioned on the portal was not accessible. It would be really convenient to have a customer support number. I used the helpline email to reach out to support team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great way for rewards and recognition. Flexibility to use reward points to purchase vouchers across variety of categories

What do you like best about the product?
The agents were helpful and hands-on on my case where the voucher I have didn't get recognized by the merchant. I wasn't interested to use the same voucher with the same merchant anymore. I'm glad that there was a workaround and I was offered Grabfood vouchers instead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my personal experience, I dislike that there doesn't seem to be a direct communication between the merchant and voucher provider. In cases like mine where the voucher did not seem to work, the merchant could have reached out to the voucher provider to further confirm and not just leave it where the customer would have no choice but not to use the voucher anymore. It's just very upsetting and traumatic for a first time user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure about this question, but I was redirected here from our Rewards team for the customer service assistance on my case. Experience-wise, the timeline and support were satisfactory.

What do you like best about the product?
Every corner of XOXO Day excites me when it comes to rewarding.
It has a wide variety of options for people to explore and buy :) which no other competitor can provide.

What do you dislike about the product?
Genuinely! i do not have any dislikes however basis feedback the only need which I can identify is to bring more Cash Card options and offers for people to buy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple Options for people to choose the reward and opt for the one which interests them the most. Also, this helps in increasing ESAT levels in the rewarding piece.

Sometimes due to technical difficulties vouchers are at pending status for a long time and one has to contact customer service to activate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving employees reward points and credits and letting them choose and buy what they want!

What do you like best about the product?
I have used XOXO for the redemption of voucher. It seems great because there are a lot of brands in many categories where we can choose what we like. Feels organised.
I was satisfied with the service I received when the gift voucher for one of the brand was delaying to be delivered. I mailed the xoxo team and got a quick refund for voucher so that I could redeem the voucher for any other desired brands.
It was very responsible of them to do so quickly as my voucher was expiring soon. Really happy with their service. Thank you!!

The gift voucher for one of the brand was delaying to be delivered due to technical glitch. So expecting this not to happen with any brands in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the options for gift cards. There are a lot of choices that are usable and of interest to me and my family. Very easy to view the pages of the website as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did notices some has expiry dates to the vouchers, I was confused about this. However the customer service team got back to me in the right time to resolve it before the end of the day that I was wanting to use it (movie voucher).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing is needing to be resolved right now for me, thanks. The benefits are that I can hold on to the credits on my account until the day that I want to use the voucher, and I look it up 'on the day', in case I change my mind to another vendor.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very user-friendly platform and also the best platform for rewards and benefits, It is quite some time as it's very easy to claim rewards and can be used even by a beginner as its very easy to understand, It keeps us updated on employee activities which are really helpful. I am really pleased by the wide range of options provided. My overall experience was great and it's very easy if you want to gift someone as it comes with easy claiming on rewards and also the verity of opts which they provide is really good. Just go for it and have the seamless experience that they provide on their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things that I dislike about the platform but it can be made more user-friendly and UI can be worked upon and sometimes the coupons availing and delivery take a longer time which can be reduced a bit. And also the claiming of reward should include customizable values as it only provides round figures it's very difficult to select particular values. Other than that I don't think there is anything as everything else is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very user-friendly website and has many benefits. It also keeps us updated on birthdays and rewards which is really beneficial as the current work from home we won't have the regular in-person meet with people to know them. And its very useful if you want to gift vouchers and also we have lots of variety to choose from which makes the experience, even more, better for the users. And anyone who is just a beginner can just follow the steps and claim the rewards. HR keeps us engaged which different activities which is helpful to take some break from regular work routine and engage ourselves in some fun activities which helps us in being more productive and engaging which is very important in this work from home times.

I definitely recommend everyone to use this platform as it's so user-friendly and best in terms of keeping yourself updated on what's going on company-wide and also claiming rewards.

What do you like best about the product?
Have been using Xoxoday for our engagement platform for almost a year now. The thing that I like the most about Xoxoday is its relevance.

With its vast range of Gift vouchers, it is really a one-stop for keeping our employees from different geographies happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such that I really dislike about Xoxoday. But yeah, it could be better in terms of the time required to get vouchers - especially if we are ordering for other countries it takes some 3 - 4 business days to get it delivered to our emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxoday really helps us to bridge our geographical gap when it comes to employee engagement. It's fast, its easy and hassle free.

Also, it gives ample of options to choose from too.

- If you have teams spread geographically, xoxoday is a great platform for engagement
