That VISA gift card was not an option for My experience was good. At first I selected a VISA gift card and after waiting weeks it was not an option for me. I had to reach out and ask about it. I think I should have received an email explaining it

What do you like best about the product?
I had received my award money through Xoxoday Plum and it was the best option given to me in my career or in a lifetime. It gives you all the flexibility equivalent to money in hand, but still ensures to spend only for appropriate expenses. It gives the options of getting vouchers in Amazon, Big basket, Flipkart and what not? Am planning to use it to give gifts to everyone to whom I plan and for all occasions. Very good, I may write some more if I find suitable words.

I couldn't find anything that I dislike about Xoxoday Plum. Actually none!!

It solves every problem of gifting anyone, you need not worry about likes or dislikes or about the preferred denomination.

In one pay card my amount delayed but after contacting with xoxo they solved my problem soon

Whenever required we use xoxo codes for our requirement which is very useful, sometimes we got stuck to recieve codes to process.
at that point i used to raise a ticket and immidietley getting request ID so that i can keep it for further enquiries.
personally employees will address the issues and resolve it. its awesome.... and it is the best thing treating each and every one as priority one.

Ease of purchasing food items using coupons and helps in tax saving.

Nothing as such as I have been using it for quite some time and I am happy with it.

It has reduced offline food item purchase by providing coupons which can be redeemed on website and can purchase online food items. This reduces the travel and frequent visit to offline stores.
Great platform / solution for market research incentives
What do you like best about the product?
Xoxo lets us disburse incentives to market research respondents in a very wide range of countries (much more than other platforms we've seen), which is great since our research projects are so international. The customer support is also very good - we've always had quick answers to any questions we had!
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides that I see... there were perhaps a couple of issues recharging our account in the very beginning and it being with the Indian currency, but we haven't had that issue for a while now and everything runs smoothly.

Xoxoday helps us streamline our incentive process for our market research recipients in a wide range of countries. Since we can recharge the account quickly and disburse the incentives quickly, the respondents are more likely to participate again in a future research project with us.

It is good to receive something additional and that has always been valued the most, just like a cherry on top of the cake. Xoxo allow us to spend our incremental earnings wisely.

Limited options to choose from. Expenditure particulars vary person to person hence wide range with appropriate options are needed.

As mentioned in dislike box, i would suggest to collect the data from end users will be helpful to create more usable options. A survey to understand lifestyle expenditure is a must along with faster and promt response of the application.
