Customer care support throughout the incident.

Before providing the voucher which is usable at the outlet should be checked first whether the outlet is operative or closed.

It is easy to use, UI is simple and I can find various GC according to my need, with good customer support as well

GC redeem instructions should be more clearer and not generic, apart from it nothing

Giving employees a feel of being rewarded in a best possible way and the incentives sent/received in such a good packing

Secure site and data confidentiality/ easy to use/ user-friendly cover all categories of redemption and merchant site. and popularity.

As per my experience with xoxoday Plum so far there are no negative points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
redeeming or rewards site not working. it's not showing data on site. after i mail to xoxoday support team, his quick response is wonderful. and his resolve my issue in one day only.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to redeem the points in multiple ways. The options are good to redeem the points at any time. The team is helpful and available all the time,vthey also update things frequently.

It takes 10-15 days to receive your order.

The team is really good and replies to the queries instantly and tries to solve the query at the earliest.

What do you like best about the product?
A very easy-to-use rewards-sending platform and voucher-buying platform. It offers multiple coupon options in many countries and denominations. It also has a very easy-to-use interface. So it's a bundle of options that make it very smooth to use overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the platform. They should add Frosta integration. This integration will eliminate the need to rely on manual tasks to send rewards, and the API handles automation and integration, making the overall use of the product much smoother. This saves time, increases efficiency, and makes it less prone to human error when delivering incentives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxo solves the problem of sending rewards/incentives to our survey participants. The variety of options available and the variety of countries represented by xoxo make xoxo the only dependent wallet partner to handle the incentive payment process. Each incentive program is tailored to our needs. I find it easy to use as the interface is very easy to understand and work.
UPI payment feature allows us to quickly add more money when your balance is low. This helps in quickly recharging the wallet again.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of gift card options employees can buy. I also really like that they can choose how many points they'd like to put toward gift cards. Another big plus is how work anniversaries and birthdays show up in the feed, very helpful to remind people!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is not being able to change how much a point is worth. When I first set it up I was unsure what to do for that and I wish I could've adjusted it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to find a way to connect our employees to each other, since many work in different departments. Empuls has been great for that.
