Redhat Leadership
What do you like best about the product?
Redhat is a great OS for running any Linux apps. It works great as a repo, LAMP stack, and is a very stable OS that has years of excellent development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, getting new releases can be tricky and remedying problems caused by kernel updates and patching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use it as a hyper visor, but also use it as a repository for applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good product with a predictable life cycle. Updates typically don't break anything and support services are then when something does break.

The best Server level Operating System
What do you like best about the product?
I love Linux. This Community fixes bugs really fast and their periodic releases, this is having the huge server level community. Easy to manage and make all processes run smoothly, until some one really messes up something. We can manage Clusters, High Performance Computing Machines, Web Servers what not anything you get in your mind. This supports minimum to heavy load hardware machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is basically nothing to dislike in RHEL. I faced the following problems
When the drive failed or disconnected either External or Internal Disks. If the Disk configuration is made using the fstab. The PC will not boot. There are lot of solutions for this, just need to surf the Net.

What do you like best about the product?
Red Hat's vulnerability notifications. When they discover something that needs to be fixed, we are alerted right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, RedHat provides everything that we needed to deploy our servers. If I HAD to say something bad about it, the licensing is a little tricky for first time users.

We have custom applications that run on ruby on rails. Having a supported and current OS is a must in today's world.

Exceptional Performance; Nearly Zero Downtime
What do you like best about the product?
What could be said about RHEL that hasn't already been said? Fanastic Linux distro with top-tier support and an incredible user community. This is one of the top used Distros in the world and while it is paid for, it is well worth the enterprise support received.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing bad can be said about RHEL. If you are familiar with Linux and need the enterprise support and patching then this is the way to go. Perhaps, not so much a dislike, but worth nothing that companies that implement RHEL may require RHEL specific certifications before allowing you to touch the hardware, even if you are familiar with other distros.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data processing, patching, automation, development and much more. Everything is streamlined and efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need the top-tier support that comes with RHEL then there is no reason not to consider switching. While other Distros may offer the same functionality, you will always have support when needed and patching when required.
Solid build with lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
Reliable easy to maintain and administering
What do you dislike about the product?
Some applications like accounting databases requires some high level of knowledge to be properly implemented
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No down time anymore
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Little bit of learning if you come from Windows Server, but well deserved.
