Best of the Best
What do you like best about the product?
I like it captures the storage and that it is a seamless transition from device to server. It has been a lifesaver for my business
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. I just do not understand how you expect for small businesses to purchase this at such an exorbitant price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to do the most with it.
There are certain key features that I found more optimum for what Mount Sinai can take advantage of.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration and isolation of workload features are the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure yet. Need to try more to see if there are any features that I may dislike or find common.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily integration issues and managing multiple workloads and having a distributed team.
Couchbase make life easy and fast in modern Open source Kubernetes cloud world
What do you like best about the product?
NOSQL Operation through couchbase is very fast . We used couchbase server for user profiling data store and fetch the same with < ms delay .
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess we need better performance for JOIN operators with huge volume of data. Couchbase is not known for Relational aspects but lot of business demand some relational data set . would be great fit if performance is fast enough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We user Couchbase to save user profiling information . The mutation , fetch through standard Python SDK is superfast . We tested with 1000 concurrent user for parallel fetch and mutation and the performance is amazing < ms with very standard indexing storage
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sure I will recommend NOSQL solution wherever Couchbase is best fit for
the best nosql database
What do you like best about the product?
slq like queries, transactional queries, optimistic locks, reactive programming interfaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
complicated cluster management, you need a skilled administrator
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast access area for identity management handling, instant query response time for subsecond microservice response time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you only need a key value store then use redis if you need a document store that allows you advanced features such as sql like queries, transactional boundaries, sub-object retrieval, optimistic lock, superior response time capability, and much more then you need couchbase.
Proven reliability for the multi-tier CRM backend solutions
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Couchbase along with a multi-tier CRM backend for hundreds of our customers and never had a headache with it: simple to configure, easy-to-use CLI and clear documentation makes it a valuable part of our backend system.
It is low enough on VM resources consumption and single instance handles a few backend environments, seemlessly.
It is also easy to work with Couchbase in local environments: both linux and windows distributions are available.
I can definately recommend this tool as a cache service for your products: self-hosted or in the cloud.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to say about the disadvantages of it. Maintenance and deployment are easy, experience was good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a cache server for user login session tokens and some static content.
Great platform, so engaging and friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The way the platform is able to update documents and make micro-changes is great, they have reliable high-speed uploads, and overall performance worked as well as can be expected. Couchbase is a great database and it is reliable, affordable, secure, and mostly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be a bit cumbersome but overall it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to provide a singular place for all documents to live and be edited by collaborative teams
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just use it!
Couchbase for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Query lang N1QL is convinient, detailed and very fast.
Faster key-value storage.
Integration with other platforms viz Elasticsearch.
Scalable across multiple locations.
Couchbase has been quite a usable for our implementation. We had similar experience with our previous "trial" implementation, however it was short lived.
Couchbase has so far exceeded expectation. Our implementation team is more confident than ever before.

What do you dislike about the product?
We're still evaluating the business outcome, so far we are observing inconsistent resource utilization (viz memory, cpu), may be we need to optimize further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a multi-region multi-cloud Infra statistics storage platform for Analytics and Decision making. So far it has solved the purpose of multi-region multi-cloud Infra statistics storage.
We're using couchbase to gather Infra health, stats for near real time analytics, to make decisions to scale out or up the Infra.
We have more than 40K servers in our Infra, both virtual and physical. We've historically had slow processes, to reading performance statistics from each of them and analyzing them. Before we could react to a need for server upscale, an incident would have happened. This is where we tried other solutions and are currently using Couchbase. We are able to load vast amount of data every second and come up with near real time decisions.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation would be for scenarios with real time analysis where we are satisfied. I'm not yet able to provide recommendation to scenarios which involve real time processing, I'm also less knowledgeable here.
It is really good. Easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
Best NOSQL db to use. Easy to learn. Especially document creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot replicate large db in couchbase
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be integrated with any technology.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We cannot implement logic in couchbase. Should be handled in code.
Cool Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the N1QL module, which allows you to use SQL like syntax to work with documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say I dislike it, but I'd like for better docker support, since right now it's a bit difficult to automate the setup of a docker container. I'd also like to see an in memory version of couchbase to use for testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used couchbase for geolocation queries as well as a standard database.
Ease in degin data model, faster data availablity
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to maintain multiple instances of the database and also efficient im handling large dataset with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Document database have it own limits and advantages for the specific applications where fast availablity of data is one of the priority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are handling large dataset with quick response and faster availablity in applications.
