Good Experience so far
What do you like best about the product?
Access to the customer success team as they are able to me support me when needed. Intergration was good and easy and the system is easy to use too. The system is used frequently and compliance love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding experience was awful as they did not explain the number of great feature that Docebo has and we found out later that there was so much more to the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of all the compliance training, also give us ideas on how to make the system much better.

The reporting tool has been improving over time and it's getting much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some limitation, some quality of life improvements could be made, like seeing who has power user rights on a course directly from the course.
Customer service is always reactive but they tend to not be able to help us.

Docebo allows us to create a platform where we can train our employees, but most importantly we are able to provide a solid career improvement tool.
Highly Customizable LMS with Room for UI/UX Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Docebo is highly customizable and automated, allowing for tailored learning experiences depending on the learner. It's impressive how it manages to accommodate the diverse needs and nuances of different learner audiences, which has significantly benefited our organization. We are leveraging the 'Extended Enterprise' feature, which enhances our ability to cater to varying audiences. The platform not only meets our robust and varied use case requirements but also outperformed others in our comprehensive vetting process, effectively addressing most of our needs. The onboarding experience was streamlined with thorough guidance and support. Docebo also facilitates our integration with other software, using custom APIs with ADP, Salesforce, Stripe, and Zoom, which makes it a versatile component of our tech ecosystem. It has supported our growth as a learning function by continuously evolving its feature set, creating an environment of constant improvement and alignment with our expanding objectives. This extensive functionality and seamless adaptation to our needs ensure that Docebo remains a critical tool in our learning ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface (UI/UX) could have some improvements. There are specific areas, like the certifications template, that could be enhanced for better usability.

Docebo as a LMS
What do you like best about the product?
Having control over the look and feel of our platform allows us to custom-tailor our platform to our different user groups. Making it more user friendly and engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
When requesting assistance being referred to Knowledge-Based Articles instead of the support staff explaining or working through the question/issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently working through restructuring our courses so certificates are not being duplicated. We are also using the platform to verify someone in a non-member status is accurate.
"REALIABLE-If you need an LMS tool to help your employees learn quickly & efficiently-HERE'S DOCEBO"
What do you like best about the product?
The number thing I love about this platform is the customizable learning paths that Docebo offers. Docebo makes this process seamless by allowing me to design personalized learning journeys that ensure employees progress through courses in a structured manner, building the skills they need at the right pace.
Its machine learning algorithms make recommendations to learners based on their behavior, which keeps them engaged and ensures they are exposed to relevant content. This level of personalization is something I hadn’t encountered with other platforms, and it’s been incredibly useful in boosting completion rates and overall engagement.
The platform’s design is intuitive and requires little to no training to get started. Both administrators and learners find it easy to navigate, which reduces the learning curve and encourages adoption.
Docebo’s support for both online and instructor-led training makes it a versatile solution that caters to different learning styles, boosting learner engagement and effectiveness.
The detailed reporting capabilities enable real-time tracking of learner progress, allowing me to make data-driven decisions. This also helps demonstrate ROI for our learning initiatives to upper management.
The mobile app offers flexibility for learners, particularly those with busy schedules or who work remotely, enabling them to complete training on the go.
Docebo can accommodate small teams or entire enterprises, making it a scalable solution for organizations of all sizes. The platform grows with the organization, whether training is for 100 employees or 10,000.
The platform integrates easily with various other software applications, such as HR systems and content management systems, streamlining administrative tasks

What do you dislike about the product?
There is basically nothing to complain about, which is already quite a rarity, when it comes to different tools.Docebo is basically only benefits without any flaws, at least judging from our experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the world of corporate training, one size doesn’t fit all. Some employees thrive in self-paced e-learning environments, while others benefit from instructor-led training (ILT) sessions. Docebo’s blended learning capabilities allow me to offer a combination of e-learning, ILT, and virtual classrooms, ensuring that every learner gets the training experience that suits them best. This flexibility has significantly improved the effectiveness of our programs, as learners are more engaged and retain information better when they can learn in a style that resonates with them.
Docebo has been particularly beneficial because of its scalability. In my role, I’m responsible for the training and development of employees across multiple departments and even external partners. With Docebo, I can easily scale up or down based on the needs of the organization, whether that’s onboarding new hires, launching compliance training for existing staff, or delivering specialized training programs for external stakeholders. The platform is capable of supporting thousands of learners without compromising performance, making it ideal for organizations of any size.
One of Docebo’s strongest points is its ability to integrate with a variety of other software systems that we use in our organization. For example, it seamlessly integrates with HR platforms, such as BambooHR, and communication tools like Slack, enabling smooth workflows and ensuring that training aligns with broader organizational objectives. This integration capability has saved countless hours that would otherwise be spent manually syncing data between systems, allowing me to focus on strategy rather than admin tasks.
In today’s fast-paced world, learning doesn’t always happen at a desk. Docebo’s mobile learning feature has been a significant benefit, especially for our employees who are frequently on the go. The mobile app allows learners to access training modules, participate in discussions, and complete assessments from their smartphones or tablets, giving them the flexibility to learn at their own pace, whenever and wherever they choose. This feature has been instrumental in improving course completion rates, as learners are no longer restricted to traditional work hours to complete their training

User-centered LMS, investing in the future
What do you like best about the product?
As a project manager, I became involved in the implementation of Docebo in our company, in different international and local offices, for all external customers. As a newbie, it didn't take long for me to make myself knowledgeable about the system, both as an end-user and administrator. The UX is very straightforward and intuitive, confirmed by our local administrators who mentioned to us that since go-live, they received way less questions from their users compared to the old LMS they were using. In addition, Docebo offers all the functionalities that you might need as a company, from integrations to reporting and content creation. Last but not least, we really like collaborating with Docebo itself, both our Customer Experience Manager and the tech support helpdesk are very proactive and friendly. This really helps us out in case of issues and/or questions since we're using the system on a daily basis and with over 8.000 users (and growing towards 15.000).
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are already available, such as the Teams integration and reporting, but are not extensive enough yet or practically inefficient to implement. However, we've seen they're investing in this quite actively, so we're not too worried about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a user-friendly tool to train our customers and some internal employees on our products and installations. We needed a tool that was:
a) user-friendly, both for administrators and end-users;
b) able to integrate with our other company systems;
c) provide reporting capabilities;
d) allow customization and localization for our different company branches.
After an analysis, we decided Docebo was the best fit, and up until today (almost 1 year later), we are still convinced of that opinion.

An award-winning platform which has enabled us to become an award-winnning team
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Docebo to power our in-house learning platform, and it's been a game-changer for us. The platform's robust features, ease of use, and scalability have allowed us to deliver world-class training experiences to our global user base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pulling data and reports is a little challenging but we are reassured that this is due to change in the coming months
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo's team have enabled us with sterling customer support, account mananagement and new features which are improving how our company operates. During my two year tenure at my current company, our team has achieved 17 award nominations, of which we have been awarded 6 - two gold, two silver, a bronze and an overall category winner. This is a testament to the quality of the platform and how it had affected and improved our company goals in supporting our global training audience.

Amazing support received from my account manager (jeanine)
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly so far i cant thank enough Jeanine for her continuous support and communication , she has made the use of this system the best experience, and as we prepare for the launch her support has been phenomenal, and that strenghens the high expectations for rohbust customer support to come when we launch as well
What do you dislike about the product?
at this point i dont have alot to say, one thing might be sometimes if the case is too complex and it needs a tier 2 and 3 intervention it, it takes a bit of time to resolve the issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a platform of Learning through Go1 elearnings
Helped with automating our induction process

Solid and flexbile, can get even better
What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows for flexibility in how we deliver the learning experience, it performs rather well without frequent bugs or crashes - stability is really important for us in the organization. The experience with customer representatives is also quite positive
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost could be lower, you need to invent workarounds for things that should be easily accessible, for some useful features you need to use the clunky API (e.g. downloading content off LMS). Skill management has some potential but needs lot of improvements to be more usable for learners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to struggle with keeping all our training programs organized, especially with people spread out in different locations. Now everything’s in one place, and it’s way easier to roll out courses and keep track of who’s doing what. Plus, it automates things like course assignments and progress tracking, so we’re not wasting time on admin stuff. The reporting tools are cool, they help us see where people might need extra support, which has really improved how we train and develop our teams.
