Docebo is user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of docebo is how easy it is to navigate and the gifs on the instruction pages are engaging and easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the mobile app is not developed to make purchases on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the flexibility to edit details without a computer savvy person.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization aspect of being able to add/remove features tailored to our company.

There are still a few things that our company would like to have to make it more beneficial to our employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to create a community where our employees, especially our service electricians to utilize this training platform to share experiences and learn from each other. It has also allowed us to streamline and document mandatory training for all employees.
Most problems we experience have been resolved in a timely manner for the most part. However, a problem we are currently solving is specifically with the mobile app. There are features such as the Q&A feature that would be extremely beneficial for our company and yet, it does not seem that it is something Docebo may be adding in the near future.

A solid platform for simple business use cases.
What do you like best about the product?
Nice clean UI, relatively easy to brand and implement. It provides a majority of the necessities when it comes to hosting learning material and certifications. The ability to manage multiple branches and catalogs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are aspects of the platform that a very clunky. For example, there is no way to track the status of a live class or webinar. So once a webinar or live class is held or cancelled, the session remains visible to users, it also affects reporting. Coupons are also a bit difficult, there is the option to provide coupons to individuals, or a group, but they can only be used once. There isn't a way to create a coupon code that can be used for any number of users, at any point in time for a specific set of items. Reporting could also use some revamping, the custom reports could use a bit more flexibility.

Providing easy to access training to our customers, partners and employees in one platform.
Taking your learning management to a higher level
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience for our clients is great - we continue to receive compliments on the way our courses are displayed on our website. Also, the ability to customize the look and feel to make it our own is very robust. The hosting service itself is extremely stable which is extremely important for our clients since we preach 'always available' - and Docebo is always available. The Notifications feature is an excellent communications tool between us and our clients, keeping them aware of the latest offerings.
The staff provides excellent customer service and it's obvious that they are dedicated to their product and their company.

What do you dislike about the product?
We push the envelope on reporting and analytics - in this area, the reporting tool can be improved in more ways to extract the critical client data that is in the system so that we can look at ways to view this data and react accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily upload our learning materials to Docebo and present them to our clients. In turn, our clients now have one place where all of their training needs can be met easily and at any time. We have seen a steady increase in the number of our clients who are now using our system over the past 2 years which allows us to realize the higher number of clients we are training from this system. It's a win-win situation!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask to speak with actual users of Docebo and discuss their experience with the product. I'm sure this will convince you to purchase this product.
Easy to use and understand. Lots of features.
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is easy to use and understand. The implementation period is great. You really learn a lot and are left in a good position to continue on after implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the ticket system and how quickly things are fixed could be worked on. We waited 3 months for a but to be fixed and the original ETA for the big fix was only 1 month. Bugs in the system really should be prioritized and not take any longer than a week to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Do who has helped us reach all our employees nation wide and get everyone involved in training.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and intuitive the platform is, at first there was a learning curve, but as with any software jump in and poke around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the eCommerce functionality needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are teaching the American tax preparer how to accurately and ethically prepare returns.

take the plunge, they're great and always updating.
Forward-Thinking Company with Easy to use Interface
What do you like best about the product?
Our employees find Docebo easy to use. We leverage features like the self-service Training Catalog to provide resources and standardize the training experience. The platform is easy to navigate and allows for administrators to publish a variety of media types and track progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the areas that we are looking forward to additional improvements is Docebo's reporting tools. There are several out-of-the-box and configurable reporting options and since launching, new features have been released too. We look forward to more improvements to help us monitor employee progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are leveraging Docebo to standardize the training experience by using automation to build groups and assignments to employees with similar attributes. Regardless of an employee's "home base" they have access to the same tools as others to help them learn to do their job.

What do you like best about the product?
Most features of the platform are well documented and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are poorly thought out and are lacking functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been able to make our offerings look a lot more attractive. The platform as a whole is very handsome and our clients have commented they like the look and feel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure the features you are wanting to use work completely. Our WebEx integration and other features don’t work completely.

Docebo offers a very comprehensive and simplistic platform that users feel compelled and excited to come back to.
The very user friendly front end for learners enables training beyond other platforms specifically through Docebo’s innovation in the L&D space and intensive social learning.
It gets better, the user confidence in Docebo is all driven by an equally easy to navigate back end for admins. So this means, less time fussing with coding and more time researching human ways to drive initiatives and productivity.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this time there hasn’t been much that I dislike as far as partnerships; if I had to dig for opportunities I would say the Functionality to make learning paths prerequisites to other learning paths.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo has helped us with our onboarding experience; our fail to start candidates have dropped significantly due to the ease of use of the portal; In addition, our overall engagements scores have increased due to contribution levels in the portals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the opportunity to revisit your content when you’re planning to transition; the start up support is next level and will take 4 hours a week worth of independent set up homework - before you know it... you’re all set!
