Simple custom deployments with great on-boarding support
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize our deployment without needing in-depth front-end development resources has been great. We feel like we have a customized LMS that fits our company branding, look and feel without needing to dedicate endless hours of front-end development work to create the custom look and feel. The pre-designed widgets expedited the deployment process significantly. Our on-boarding & migration specialist at Docebo was also incredible. He was patient, clear, insightful, and consultative when we were at times disorganized and unclear of what we wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Course management had been a tedious process, but the new Course Management (beta) has improved the course management process significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing the same content and on-boarding resources & opportunities to remote & international employees as employees in our HQ. Also, visibility and completion tracking of mandatory industry & company training's. We also use Docebo for external client training resources. We work with direct and reseller clients and Docebo allows us to quickly and easily set up automated user - course assignment rules to apply only specific LP's and catalogs to certain user groups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're migrating from an existing LMS ensure you've done your due diligence beforehand and have exported your legacy data appropriately. It will make for a much smoother on boarding experience.

Training employees is much easier with Docebo.
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is a very good program. The platform is based on a cloud that helps you save everything and share valuable information. It allows me to activate or deactivate features, some of them are for payment. Very useful to configure the platform accordingly, basically these modular features are very useful for the operation and organization. It should be noted that it contains easy-to-administer learning plans, loading of learning content in various formats, creation, evaluation control and testing. I like the implementation of live chat to solve problems. The technical support service is professional. The integration options that Docebo can offer such as SalesForce, Linkedin Learning, Lynda.com are very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some difficulties to optimize the training, this more than anything due to the internal process that we had more than the software itself. However, it would be much better if there were specific characteristics of demand for organizational problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo allows us to offer online courses to all employees of the company, on topics of interest such as sales, marketing. It is indispensable for us and we use it as a strategic measure to comply with programs of adaptation of tasks for employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The platform has many features, so I recommend you ask about the training period. In addition to this, it is important to emphasize that it is ideal for to train employees in various facets of work. Extremely suitable to have a tool like Docebo which reduces administrative functions related to staff.
Straightforward learning management system
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use learning management system and handles well all of the different types of content that we produce in the organisation. Configuration to partition our clients to access information just their own information on Docebo was straightforward. Easy to obtain MI off Docebo to show course usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found any major downsides so far as Docebo contains all of the features we need. The only issue we have flagged is around being able to more easily specify the order in which training modules appear so that they are in the correct order for all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Production of training material for our clients to use to learn about our products.
First Year with Docebo
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the system has enabled us to make our content available for purchase. I also really like how they have given us the tools to best configure our site, and it doesn't really require someone to be a software engineer in order to make changes. I also like how the company is constantly improving the system and providing features that help make the platform better. The staff have been great at making themselves available and really listens to us when we have concerns and suggestions. The introduction of the Chat functionality has been the greatest addition to the platform. There are many times we have questions that can be answered in 5/10 minutes rather than a continuous back and forth within a zendesk ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
The LMS platform lacks some basic features that are very important and seen as a necessity within the training world. For example:
- Users being able to print their own transcripts
- Being able to assign content with a due date (and have visual reminders for users to know when training is becoming due/overdue
- Easy exception reports for users that have the ability to see reports
- Tracking of multiple completions of a training - every time someone takes a course, the completion is recorded onto a user's activities (even if the same course was done 10 times, it should reflect that the course was taken 10 times)
- A user being able to take a course multiple times and having a different score be reported each time (this is something we can update within the configuration files of the SCORM package, but many other LMS platforms are able to support this functionality without additional editing of SCORM config files)
The inability to have a tiered-like permission of power users that are able to manage other power users.
I always feel like the knowledge base is lacking. Like ever article is a basic high level introduction to each topic, and not necessarily an in depth guide to help make administrators experts in the platform.
Despite putting all of our team's emails into the platform to receive correspondence from Docebo (like Customer Success Newsletters), we still cannot seem to get everyone to consistently receive the same correspondence from Docebo.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the problem of us being able to provide our content to all clients within our organization. In the past, our training content was only available if a client purchased a Subscription into our platform. The eCommerce functionality of the site has enabled us to reach many more clients who maybe were not able to purchase a full subscription in the past.
A big benefit we have realized with this, is the ability to provide special unique domains to different users that we didn't realize in the past. For example, we found this need to train the clients of our own clients, because clients were providing services provided by our company to their own clients. There is a need to train those extended clients, we have been able to create a special platform that allows users to register into and be provided with the training they need. This was something we could have never supported with our previous LMS.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great platform, especially when it is used as an extended enterprise LMS. You have to stay on top of the changes they make on a weekly basis, but these updates are always a part of the continuous improvements of the system.
A warming & welcoming experience!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface, and a very supportive customer success manager Shaune Peebles!
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile & tablet compatibility using browsers, rather than just the Go Learn app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined our office staff onboarding training, and the record-keeping for running reports on progress.
Is getting better
What do you like best about the product?
Success Manager and Help desk are always available and fast responses
What do you dislike about the product?
price, the platform is still rigid in personalization and UX
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can Update all my trainer WW and keep track of their steps

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform sometimes is very rigid in terms of graphic, colours and possibility to personalize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a digital platform to train all our employees, salesforce, clients, and customers about our brand and products.
Our goal is to let them all feel involved and become real brand lovers, know brand pillars, mission, philosophy, and products better.
We are creating a platform that has the goal to be functional but also user-friendly, exciting, and involving.
Docebo is helping the brand and me to reach our goal.

Docebo provides a flexible platform to create a learning hub that is professional and engaging
What do you like best about the product?
You build the environment you want for your learners. Using modules and editing tools, administrators are able to customize a learning site that mirrors what our users see in the "outside world." Informal learning, courses and content all combine in a way that drives interest and engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo lacks some of the course management of other systems. The focus on content and engaging learning environment are the trade off for reduced management/reporting capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transitioning to self-guided learning, higher expectations for information sharing, easy creation of microlearning, opening the platform to contributers from across the company who need minimal training to share their own content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up a sandbox instance prior to purchasing to get a feel for what you're trying to create and get buy in. Take time to document all your processes and needs before purchasing and test if possible.
I almost feel like this is an LMS that doesn't even require training
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is very intuitive, I've found that with almost everything I've tried to do, it has been self explanatory, this is a vast improvement over the system it has replaced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would have like to see more customization in terms of the way the front page looks, at the moment it feels very limited and dependent on Docebo, which helps with simplicity but does limit the possibilities somewhat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaced an old, unintuitive overly complicated, unreliable LMS with Docebo which is much more reliable and much more intuitive. The documentation and support is also far better.
Transforming Learning & Development within our Business
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use - I'm no e-learning expert but within a short space of time, I was publishing content, designing quizzes and creating video content.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a bit of time to get your head around some of the navigation, but once you've practised, it becomes easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're making significant improvements to our on-boarding process through the provision of training and assessment. This has helped us reduce the amount of time it takes from a person applying to join, to becoming and active employee.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Reach out to existing users to fully understand their experience.
