There is a lot that you can do with the platform.

There support on issues sometimes takes a very long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were no problems,. Using it for internal training of sales engineers.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo’s platform provides a flexible experience for companies that have unique needs for an LMS tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some obvious opportunities with missing features, i.e. the inability to copy/duplicate pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are scaling customer education with Docebo, and we’ve been able to educate large numbers of customers remotely already using the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is very easy to use and learn. It is very easy to customize pages and display material in a fun creative way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help desk could be more useful. Sometimes it takes them forever to get back to you on issues you are having and it takes a long time for bugs in the system to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to find a way to disperse training nation wide to many employees. We have realized that more employees are taking training courses than ever before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Docebo is great and is very easy to use. They are constantly updating the platform and adding many new additional features. The mobile app is useful and they are constantly updating the mobile app as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with many clients and seen a magnitude of industry leading companies use Docebo in innovative ways.

The number 1 thing that makes Docebo standout is its flexibility of service. Although it's a learning platform, companies are using it for so much more. Social hubs, certification portals, intranets etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extra support - although the implementation of Docebo has been fluid, we have found that post support has lacked at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Global learning programmes - getting learning out to large organisations is really hard and Docebo makes it easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a platform that does the basic things well...don't look further than Docebo. Not everyone needs cornerstone and SABA.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo Customer Success team couldn't be friendlier or more helpful - regular reviews and quick responses to issues, very personal and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is a little clunky - which is a big requirement of ours. Would like to see more flexible options in notifications (e.g. ability to see notification structure attached to specific courses)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a range of ways - we have saved over 18000 hours of staff time of having to attend our branches and watch training videos (in less than a year) - we are more responsive, saving internal resources, able to scale specific development programmes...the list goes on...

What do you like best about the product?
Customisation and Artificial intelligence. Combine this with a really useful interface and stacked with helpful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike, the platform was sourced based on a list of requirements we needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deploying tailored training and education to users who are remote. Delivering self-paced materials to help people learn when the time is right for them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great level of service and care by e-learning experts. Get them involved in your due diligence early in the process and they will work hard to make you feel valued

The overall ease of use, the great & friendly support, ease of user(admin) customization
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning Plans... they are a disaster, missing functionality, like enroll by CSV, Expiry dates, removal from course. this is a MAJOR show stopper that has been highlighted for almost 2 years now by many of your users

Not Perfect, but Good Compared to Others

What do you like best about the product?
-The social media aspect - employees can share images or videos and answer each others' questions.
-Once you learn how to control visibility over content, it's fairly customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
-You can't tag people when asking or answering questions,.
-You can't replace assets (files) in channels without changing the URL for them.
-You can't use the Question & Answer feature on the app, the mobile website is no longer supported so if you want to use it on your phone you HAVE to use the app (no options for desktop version) so pretty much as an admin to answer questions, we HAVE to use a computer (even if you are a superadmin).
-You can't edit your own questions or answers after you submit them (even if you are a superadmin).
-If a random employee answers a question incorrectly, the superadmin can't delete their answer.
-You can't copy and paste custom pages.
-Help Desk is often slow to respond to tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Employees from all over have a way to connect with each other.
-We have a platform for uploading courses and other content with control over visibility.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't get me wrong - We looked at others and considered using SABA instead, but SABA's customer service was terrible and their dashboards were not nearly as customizable. Docebo allows you to input custom HTML/CSS to create your own widgets. Also, there WERE some loading issues in the past, but Docebo pushed an update through and we have not had any intense loading issues since then.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is incredibly clean and simple to use. Trying to find an option within the system is exactly where you think it would be so the navigation is top notch. The interfaces displayed within the system are well structured and I very rarely have to spend time trying to find an option I'm looking for because it is almost always obvious.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo could do with having more options when it comes to displaying information on screen. Things such as page customisation or course ordering could be improved on to give administrators even more options to enhance user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo has allowed us to finally offer external clients access to training material without any security fears of them accidentally seeing internal data. The platform allows us to host the material for these clients in an easy to use fashion, increasing our offering in the market.
