Docebo is a Great Tool for us
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Docebo is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have access to a phone number to call and speak to a help desk rep. instead of having to put in a help desk request and wait for an email response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had problems in the past, and have worked through them. Set up or course issues. Nothing terrible.
I have learned much from using this system, and am learning more all the time. My department was ahead of the curve by being online when COVID hit which made us stay alive during this time

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Docebo! The scope of what the software can help me build into my LMS is amazing. I am able to have multiple levels of Users within a company allowing Managers to view and dictate course plans for their departments easily. I am able to set up courses; with multiple session times/dates. There is wonderful reporting options. I can email notifications directly from the system. My e-commerce system is set up, easily from within the Catalogs. I have many language options. My brand / colors / logo are all incorporated on to the site making it not look like a re-direct. I am able to test and issue certificates from the platform. Each User has their own User Profile where they can manage their own learning plan and records. There are options for Groups and Branches for different landing pages and menus for different experiences. I could go on and on. I am pleased with our Docebo!

Excellent platform for learning.
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo abilities and vision are extremely powerful. It can balance its tremendous strength and skill together with an intuitive learner experience which is hard to do. We love how we are a good customer manager who asks for feedback, tracks help tickets and meets monthly. The support for the chat is also incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Long installation and deployment but valuable for the system customization. There was an implementation consultant who was there to support us on the way and she was great. We don't like some little specifics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The preparation can now be pursued. We can accommodate our content wherever and whenever it is required for our students. As trainers need not train multiple times and can also continue to benefit users who can not attend.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a strong program, but a lot of configuration is needed. It worth it and its promising future is driven by industry dynamics, creativity and customer feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation process with the Docebo Customer Success team has been efficient and very productive as we drive forward with all of our configuration and set up tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to get a hold of our Customer Success Manager outside of our weekly scheduled calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide employees with a modern learning platform that can be used for product, systems, and development training. Giving our people leaders the ability to see the progress of their teams.

Take advantage of the trial and the resources provided by Docebo including their knowledgebase and Academy.
Docebo is transforming the way that institutions create and deliver online training.
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo invests heavily in innovating their product to bring new technology to customers. I appreciate that they look to customers for ideas and never see their product as "finished". They do well to listen to admins and understand where the product is falling short. Additionally, they aren't afraid to take risks and have a very real and inspiring long-term vision for how online education should be developed and delivered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer success and support teams seem to be over-utilized, which results in slow response times and occasional lack of communication on support tickets and issues. Additionally, some elements of the platforms user interface seem behind the times. There is an extreme lack of mass actions and duplication ability within the platform, which leads to tedious operations for the administrator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo has allowed us to create unique experiences for our customers, partners, and employees, all of whom we train from within a single platform. We have integrated our platform with a variety of third party applications, which has allowed us to automate many of the manual processes we had to perform prior to Docebo. Additionally, their content organization capability and customization of their tools has allowed us to establish a robust certification program for all audiences, as well as empower our internal employees to create and manage their own content for internal onboarding and employee enablement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is nothing that our organization has had a vision for that we have not been able to somehow make a reality in Docebo. We always have to be willing to change our preferences and make exceptions, but the platform is extremely enabling, and their open API makes it very easy for us to integrate with a multitude of vendors. Our partnership with our IT team has made it much easier for us to build these integrations and to get the most out of the platform, so I highly recommend continued collaboration with your IT team in order to be most successful. With that being said, you could easily implement and deploy Docebo with no integrations or technical experience, and still develop a great experience for your learners simply because of how much you are able to do within the platform itself.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customization available in Docebo. We've created custom homepages and reporting for various departments, and for people managers. The gamification is also great. Support has been solid, and our account manager is very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many new product add-ons which Docebo has released in the last 2 years, which have additional costs. Because I have purchased several of the new products, my costs have grown considerably, but I feel the new products are well worth the added expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Docebo to engage our global workforce in e-learning, videos and webinars. It allows us to offer the same learning experience to all of our staff regardless of their physical location and proximity to offices.

Docebo is a great turn-key product that also allows for more elaborate customizable use if that's something you want to grow into. Their conferences each year have helped us grow and evolve our usage of Docebo.
All I can say is WOW!
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo LMS exceeds my expectations. I have administered 5 learning management systems in my career. Never one with so much features and functionality. I love that I can tailor it to each individual client I deal with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Responses from the helpdesk can be slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have able to transition and deploy much faster than any other LMS in the past. Training is excelling and being completed much faster.

As a trainer its really important for me to have control over what my trainees have learned, Docebo lets me assign each person what I need them to work in and also lets me keep an eye over their knowledge. I love to be able to even create certificates for each wave I graduate, I really thing is a good choice for training

I don't really know if is possible, but it would help me a lot to be able to create reports of each course progress for certain groups only.. because at the moment every time I want to know a group score it gives me the scores of all the site

Easily understood by an LMS newbie
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty intuitive. As a new user, I set up a trial account for learning rather than risk messing up our main account. I had established new courses and figured out how to view results with almost no help. The level of support was excellent when I had some basic questions, the self-guided lessons were well constructed, and I didn't feel the intimidation or pressure of learning a new work-required product on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, nothing as of yet. The only struggle I had while learning how to use Docebo was that Individual user reports on specific courses seemed buried to me, while other stats were very "in your face."
I do always find what I need, so I think this is more of a practice issue and not with Docebo.
I will be very interested in using more of its functionality once the prototype I am developing is complete.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, the benefits of an LMS in general. In the past, this sort of program wasn't available to me or put out with many areas of the company reflected.
Now that we have brought Docebo on board, it's pretty a pretty cool way to ease into the concept and get advocates for the importance of an LMS.
The fact that it is cloud based simplifies things immensely, and it dovetails very well with our use of Articulate to create content.

Absolutely take advantage of the trial account. I really don't think you're going to catch how easily navigated and controlled it is from screenshots.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Smart, elegant simple interface. Removes much of the complexity of other LMSs
What do you dislike about the product?
The App doesn;t support all CSS and can be difficult to get things right in my original SCORM files, but this is not a major issue for us.

Ease of Use of Docebo
What do you like best about the product?
As a former software trainer, knowing that users are going to be frustrated with too many clicks, or not knowing where to go in the system, is a key part of user acceptance. Docebo makes finding courses easy with minimal clicks! For the majority of our employees, it gives them access to course quickly, easily, and for some, with absolutely no training needed. Staying compliant is an important part of Diamond Healthcare and Docebo makes that process seamless and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
So, this just happened recently, otherwise, it would not even be a known thing. Docebo does a great job of confirming you want to remove an employee from a course, or enrolling someone in a course. There are lots of Are you sure? questions built in, which is great. But the one place there isn't, is in the users list, where you can change users back to Active or Deactivate. I just had another employee with admin access change over 2000 employee back to active. I now have to go back and deactivate them one at a time. The Are You Sure? question should have been built in there! But if that had not happened, I would have nothing but great things to say about Docebo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized place to manage all the courses was an essential part of why Docebo was chosen as the LMS for Diamond Healthcare. With employees all across the country, being able to mange all their requirements and credentialing in one place was key. Docebo has accomplished that goal for us.
