I've a great experience with docebo as we get multiple training opportunity with docebo
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as there is a feedback : It can be more attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving a training opportunity. We get multiple options to learn and get trainings for relevant departments.
A system that allows maximum flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
There are many options for flexibility in managing courses and contentץ
A central repository that makes it possible to distribute the same content to several courses and in this way optimize the work.
Their very broad and flexible API, which allows you to do a lot.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really convenient with which you can generate reports on a daily basis, really a manager of an employee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before the system, we didn't have the possibility to track compliance trainings, or build onboarding courses, and the system helped us a lot with that.
Empowering Learning Journeys: A Seamless Experience with Docebo LMS
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo's intuitive interface and robust features make managing and delivering training seamless. Its extended enterprise, gamification, and overall engagement factors such as UI enhance learner experience and engagement overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not dislike it, but some of the reporting features which are very basic to have for business units aren't available unless requested at additional cost as a custom report. The bulk enrolment/ un-enrolment of learning plans via CSV is not available and has to be done via API browser which is slightly tedious. Lastly, the rollback feature is missing which is very basic to have, when by mistake at bulk any course/ learning plan is assigned while working on enrollment rules with groups/ branches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo LMS has streamlined our training processes by providing a centralized platform for all our learning needs. It has significantly reduced administrative overhead and improved user engagement with its intuitive interface and robust reporting tools. The automation features save us time, allowing us to focus on content quality and learner experience. Overall, Docebo has enhanced our training efficiency and effectiveness, leading to better skill development and performance across our organization and for our customers.
Modern and user-friendly LMS
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is a very user-friendly system which can be customized quite a bit. Customer support is very good, questions are answered in a timely manner. The user interface is mostly intuitve and one notices small improvements being implemented on a continuous basis. It is quite easy to learn how the system works and from an admin perspective it can definitely be a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately there are some very basic functions missing or limited, such as course approval rights for managers, setting prerequisities for courses is only possible within learning plans, one cannot automatically make tests or training material available after a person completed an ILT session, and the way permissions that can be given to power users ("sub-admins" with limited admin permissions) is also quite limited. Also, a learner cannot see how many seats are still available in an ILT session and visibility of sessions in a catalog cannot be made based on certain user criteria. The design of the attendance list cannot be edited and the certificate as well as notification editors are very hard to use, especially without html/css.-knoweledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the sytem to deliver training to our customers as well as employees in a modern and state-of-the art way. Also, it helps us with documentation and reporting on training activities and makes administrative taskes around training more efficient.
Very useful platform, and always helpful and friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how accessible the website is, and easy to use. Support team is always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features I would find useful are not available, such as archiving material.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to create different learning paths and trainings based on departments, by being linked to Personio
Robust and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It is playing SCORM content without glitches to hundreds every day. It has an extensive and accurate report function on many levels. Customer support is lightning fast and helpful. The API is extensive with an API explorer. The online guides are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of some functions require a deep study and a lot of testing to set up. (Setup of Power User profiles, LTI courses, tests).
Navigation in courses having multiple SCORMS. (You wil get a mix of platform navigation and the SCORM own navigation, confusing for the user).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering e-learning Content to employees and reporting status to other systems. Some use of LTI courses. Reporting function is a backup system.
Docebo experience for external users across the EMEA region
What do you like best about the product?
It is very fast and rather simple to navigate and use, both for admins and users. Very customizable for different groups of users; the extended enterprise is very useful when it comes to external users. Support is very quick to respond, although not always very knowleadgeable in the lowest tier. It feels modern and agile, compared to other obsolete and cumbersome LMS systems. The Power Users are a great functionality - although some limitations make them not perfect yet. Ease of implementation is also a plus - it does not take long to have it up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functionalities and settings which cause some issues. Locations in the platform play a very passive role - not very visible for users, not possible to pull reports. The manager/team functionality does not allow them to choose a session for their team members and it is not possible to set up an approval flow. Course pre-requisites have to be embedded in a Learning Plan. ILTs and VILTs are considered the same thing, also for notifications, which is very confusing to users. And although there is a reason behind courses/session/events, it is ultimately a complex mechanism with a lot of redundant naming and renaming. Lastly, the Admin menu dashboard is a chaotic list of names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to our external users. Thousands of service technicians across Europe who, although they are not company employees, need to follow training in order to be able to install and commission our units.
A strong partner committed to the success of my L&D strategy
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone I have worked with - with the exception of one person who no longer works for them - is committed to understanding our goals and supporting us to achieve them.
Our CSM is very responsive. She recently took over from someone with whom I have worked for nearly three years. (He was promoted.) The handover was excellent and she has done really well in making our relationship her own.
It is clear that Docebo take their role as a business partner seriously. A recent example is when I had the opportunity to meet with Docebo's CEO and head of Product; although their schedules were packed, I was made to feel they had all the time in the world for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment it is meeting the needs of our learning culture. I would love to see more around skills functionality that would support learners track their growth in skils against a beginner/established/mastery (etc) rubric. I would be happy to be part of a focus group to explore this further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment training engagment and completion is very important to the business and the current data and reporting tools do this well. New data insights will be landing soon and this will help me build a story that shows the impact training has on business outcomes. It is also easy to change your installation's navigation and design. We recently completely overhauled our site's UX and design; it looks fantastic and was straightforward to achieve.
So far so good
What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate the premium support we receive. Regardless of whether it’s the answer I want, I always get a response relatively quickly to all tickets raised, which I really value. Additionally, our Customer Support Manager, Aneet, is always eager to find solutions for us when needed or to connect us with the right people in the business as soon as possible so we can address any issues on a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have been satisfied with my experiences with Docebo. However, we occasionally encounter frustrations with the LMS's limitations and finding solutions for these issues. Often, we are directed to posts from other users facing similar limitations and asked to upvote them so they are prioritised by the development team. While this approach doesn’t immediately resolve the issue, I understand why it’s done and appreciate receiving some form of feedback rather than a flat-out no. Additionally, some solutions take a long time to implement due to the development team's limited capacity, which further delays our issues. Nevertheless, I understand that this is beyond the team's control, and overall, I remain satisfied with the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have resolved our issue of receiving feedback for our workshops and provided a clear tool for gathering insights on the data in a visual and Excel-friendly format. Additionally, they are currently assisting us with our company reporting, making it easier to track our employees' compliance completions. Once finalised, this will be extremely useful and helpful for our Compliance team.
