Great API support
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has a great Support team that makes it easy to learn and use their platform. They have an extended API to access the data, which is really useful for our company because we can integrate our E-learning data with the rest of our internal data and create reports to analyze the data and take important decisions that will help our own customers and partners with a faster learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used other platforms to create learning courses and when we change to Docebo we had to spend time integrating the data over both platforms, but once that was done we knew we were going to use Docebo permanently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are training our partners and customers to learn about our software products and how to use them.

Best Learning Management Solution for Mid Size Company
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use for both administrators and end users. Also the end user experience is unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to manage training that has to be completed annually. Learning plans do not reset courses, so users end up being confused as to whether the requirement is satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo allows us to quickly meet training needs through various methods.
Custom LMS Experience and Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The customizable platform ensures that all audiences get the custom UI experience that is best for them. Or if you don't want to spend the time to make the pages and menus yourself, there are defaults you could use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is so custom of an experience, any user guides must be made by you. Each platform is unique to the company using it so there is no default help documents for the end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the issue of having an old, hard to navigate LMS. Also, unknowingly rolled out our platform for all users right as the global pandemic began, which allowed us to pivot to almost entirely online training.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a custom LMS experience for your end users, Docebo is an amazing option. If you are looking for an already created, straight-out-of-the-box, implemented LMS, this is not for you.
Docebo is easy to set up and user friendly.Docebo also provide quick and professional support.

Great LMS system with a ton of functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The system flexibility is it's biggest strength. It has a LOT of customization options that you can configure to your unique use-case. Also it can be used for both internal corporate training - e.g. learn this part of our product as a support agent. And can be used externally with our customers as a learning platform with quizzes and badges. We're using it for both of these use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity is also a negative because there are so many options. Also the UI can be buggy/slow at times. Everything works, just getting things done can be very slow with certain activities - for example, we had to modify a bunch of videos and we were locked in to opening up each one individually which was slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a learning management system for our customers to learn more about our software. And for our internal team members to better learn how to support our customers. The biggest problem is trying to get people to go thru training. Before we just had videos. Now we have trackable videos plugged into learning plans along with quizzes to verify understanding of the topic that they are going thru - this allows us to really know if people are *getting* the info vs. just skipping thru a video.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an enterprise-grade LMS, then I think Docebo is going to be hard to beat. It was priced competitively and offered a lot more functionality for the price than other solutions we looked at.

OK but getting better each month
What do you like best about the product?
The use of learning plans groups and branches are great for automation, they can help you take people with similar job responsibilities and assign them the same training. Our company uses an enormous branch structure for our customers, and the system handles this surprisingly well. Potentially the best thing I have to say is that when we onboarded to the tool, nothing worked excellently for what we needed, there were lots of issues arising from limitations of the system and overlooked features, over the years most of these problems have been systematically removed from the system. Making it work a lot better for us and saves us a lot of time over problems that we had in the past. It's possible to give permissions to low level managers to assign training and review reports over their team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting in the tool leaves a lot to be desired, when working with large groups or assigning report permissions to individual managers or power users. Getting miniscule data for things like quizzes and quiz questions is essentially useless. It's not in a format that's useful. In addition we teach a lot of live webinar classes, and while we have a nice setup for it we still need to spend hours each manually entering all our classes and formatting them because there's no option to enter classes via file or upload. The automation is ok, but does still leave a lot to be desired particularly where things like notifications are concerned. It get's the job done in a lot of ways, but don't expect it to do much more than the bare minimum for the most part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo let's us organize and sort through data for literally thousands of separate branches and hundreds of thousands of customers and review customer details and information all the way down to the individual to solve problems. It also integrates with webex which is useful for the type of live online learning that we do.
Guided platform building
What do you like best about the product?
Even with low-level e-learning experience, a company can quickly implement a professional online training program in a platform that guides its creators, experts, and learners in a seemingly effortless way.
It is just that easy to work with, while still offering a lot of features and ways to make the white label design reflect your company's style.
You can also connect with some interesting third-party integrations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo offers limited authoring capabilities for interactive content. We find that using a third-party tool like Articulate, Ispring, or Captivate is needed to truly make the most out of this platform.
The reports section could use some improvements: navigation, customization of column headers, and filtering for example.

What do you dislike about the product?
That I don't always remember to publish my courses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto-enrollment in courses, saves time. Reports are quick and easy to run. Reminders can be sent out, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Docebo is a great product. We switched from another LMS, which was pretty vanilla, and did not offer the training and support that Docebo did. The staff were all very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very responsive when we reached out with questions.
