Infinitely customizable LMS with great support from Customer Success Team
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Docebo is the high-quality L MS user experience that you can create with very little technical background or skill. The platform is beautiful out of the box but really takes shape when white-labeling and custom branding is applied. I have zero web development experience and was able to create an outstanding eLearning platform that serves thousands of learners annually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company's use case is relatively complex with a large user base of "external" users (customers) and a small user base of "internal" users (employees). Due to some of the structures that we have in place for the external domain, there are some aspects of the platform that are difficult to make fit our needs. The other biggest challenge we have is the lack of mobile web browser support for the platform. We have a branded mobile app, but that doesn't make up for 100% of the challenges our customers run into when attempting to access the platform on a mobile device. The mobile app functionality has also improved over time but is missing functionality that should be offered, such as certificate download capabilities, webinar course enrollment capabilities, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we are solving with Docebo is having an all-in-one LMS. Prior to using Docebo, our learning management system (if you could call it that) was made up of about a dozen different software solutions and hosting services to utilize a fraction of the functionality that Docebo offers. Docebo also helps to maintain strict document retention practices required for several continuing education accreditations that we hold.
Powerful elearning platform for staff and partners
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small nonprofit but with national reach and Docebo's learning management system allows us all the power and flexibility of a "big" lms without being complicated and requiring lots of technical expertise. We use it for both employee training - a must have given the current remote work climate and for external partners who are replicating our work at the local level. I love how easy it is to customize the look and feel of the platform for different user groups, the ability to upload all kinds of shareable content, and the flexibility with organizing that content, and it's also super easy to organize and manage our users from an admin perspective. I also love how responsive the support team is and appreciate the product team's rapid development of new features. I have used other LMS platforms and am very happy with our decision to implement Docebo.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to devise a workable solution to our e-commerce needs through the platform as we need to sell "subscription" to the entire platform not just the sale of course catalogs. We will probably need to enlist some professional services at some point to accomplish this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Docebo, we have been able to decrease our onsite, in-person training and consultation which was not scalable given our imperative to provide social emotional learning training and resources to schools and youth-serving organizations across the country. While we are still in the early stages of adoption, we now feel confident in our ability to extend our reach and expertise through the LMS.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Html/CSS is helpful.
Great LMS with even better service and support
What do you like best about the product?
Love the easy to create a custom platform, the awesome support team, the look and feel of the platform and the great user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reports feel a bit limited right now, but I know they are actively working on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finally able to enhance the user experience with the vast customization available to us with the Docebo platform. We have seen a great uptick in user engagement since switching to Docebo.
Great LMS, even better people
What do you like best about the product?
Our users love the UI and the social learning features. Our team loves it because it is easy to manage and customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature is not as robust as we would like it to be, though improvements in this area are promised in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our prior LMS, users reported issues with finding required courses and transcripts. Organizationally, our LMS was mostly an afterthought, being used primarily to complete requirements for annual compliance training. Now learners can access their courses and transcripts from their homepage once logged in, and we have seen exponential growth in platform utilization.
Finally, an LMS that thinks ahead...
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has been easy to learn and onboard. It's also easy to customize and with it's highly visual GUI and Social integrations, it allows us not to just deliver content, but to share and market it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo needs to understand that they are one part of a much larger digital asset management solution and that the platform needs to be able to communicate in real-time with enterprise-level DAMS and CMS's. We need better access to metadata within Docebo and the ability to accumulate and communicate that data back to our DAM. As administrators, we need better access to the big data inside Docebo. We'd love to be able to do bulk uploads of learning assets, tags, images etc.
Lastly, the AI tagging is limited to 15 tags which are nowhere near enough. One white paper for us could contain 80+ taxonomical terms and keywords, and adding tags by hand is tedious.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a global association. We needed a learning system that would grow with us and allow us to deliver an ever-changing and growing variety of learning content, dynamically, anywhere on the planet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We reviewed 15 different LMS solutions. We gathered pro and cons and built a comparison matrix. Quite simply Docebo was within our budget and a clear winner when compared to the competition.
We love our Docebo learning platform

Our experience is getting better and better!
What do you like best about the product?
From an admin point of view the platform is easy to manage
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always flexible when the organization is too complex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Docebo allowed us to reach out hairdressers over the world
Great platform for customized learning experience and social learning
What do you like best about the product?
The ease for any employees to share their knowledge, the possibilities to customize the experience to any group of employees (easy pages design, efficient group targeting...), the completeness of the learning management capability, the quality of the customer sucess management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are missing or not well designed (ex: monitoring capabilities for managers)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our internal expertise to be shared easily (so we do not use this expertise when people leave the company).
Creating a better onboarding experience for our new employees.

Docebo for Creating & Managing Subscription Plans
What do you like best about the product?
Our clients like the look and feel of the Docebo platform. It is simple for them to navigate and locate content. As an administrator, the learning experience is easy to set up - whether it's easily adding users, uploading e-learning, or even generating reports. Also, the Stripe integration works great for selling our subscription plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a competency management tool built-in, so we could establish skill development goals that our clients could work towards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Docebo platform enables us to perform training needs analysis through the use of the survey tool. We also use it for a subscription model to sell content that aligns with custom workshops we sell to organizations.
