Very happy with the system features and capabilities, it helped us to roll out our education plans
What do you like best about the product?
With Docebo we could take a significant step ahead in our education program journey, moving from ppt based training to a modern e-learning platform. From an administrative point of view, the system configuration is easy and the learning curve is fast. The user interface is effective and a good degree of customization is available to match your company brand identity. Management of learning plans and courses allows you to publish dedicated content for multiple learner groups (internal people, partners, customers...).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no particular aspects to dislike at the moment. I've had so far some minor development suggestions which I have submitted through a handy "browse and submit ideas" page, directly through the application interface. This is quite effective as, once you submit an idea, you receive updates about comments from other users and progress in the development pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo allowed us to create a single reference place for education for internal employees, partners and customers; we are looking at further extending the education footprint to more company departments (e.g. sales and marketing) along with continuous improvement and update of existing courses, which are mostly internally created. We are also looking at integrating our learning plans with courses from external marketplaces (for example soft skills courses).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It was very useful to play with the system in a sandbox environment which was made available for a period of time prior the purchase, that's allowed us to verify that Docebo was covering all the features we were looking for. I would also recommend (for administrators) to get access to the Docebo University and get a support package for the implementation: in a few sessions a Docebo expert can help you to understand the meaning of the various entities in the system and model effectively the scenario which you have in mind.

Full integration to support creation of training, sharing, social engagement and reports.
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to engage employees and contractors alike to engage, communicate, share, and encourage continuous improvement. So many ways to "slice and dice" into groups (groups, channels, learning plan chats) to encourage informal learning and sharing. Central Repository supports many different types of learning material. And the help support is fantastic! I chat with them more than I care to admit asking questions. Everyone I've worked with has been so supportive! Generally easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Knowledge base. Before chatting with help I always try the Knowledge base first and it seldom has the level of detail I need. It is very basic and great for getting started. But it doesn't give the detail I would like to make design decisions.
I also don't like that if I import External Training I have to wait a day before it shows up in reports.
I would really like an opportunity for an online conference where people can share their design/implementation best practices/lessons learned. If there was one of these, I missed it. When it comes to design/implementation I feel I am alone and have to learn the hard way.
Skills feature does not include skills needed for our business and we can customize.

Anytime, anywhere, easy access by phone app! Our contractors are out in the field and need quick, easy access to instructions, questions/answers, etc.
Increase engagement with sharing, Ask-an-expert
Distributing training for new revisions to our proprietary app
Tracking external training-professional certifications (I'm still struggling with simplifying this process)
We now have branch specific home pages and resources links, so we can make the training and resources focused to the branch. Each home page has customized widgets.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Access and keep open Docebo University to see implementation ideas, remember as an admin you have to invest in your own professional development to best support your learners/instructors.
Prioritize the features you wish to implement because implementing everything at once can be overwhelming
Develop a communication procedure for engaging and promoting your learners, including basic training on using the system with your custom branding

Not your typical LMS - it's better!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest issues we had with our previous LMS was reporting. Managers were not able to see their direct reports activity or pull reports for spot checks on their own. Additionally pulling reports for a Learning Plan was tedious and painful. With Docebo, our managers have access to My Teams in order to quickly view activity for all employees in their hierarchy, not just direct reports but all the way down the branch. They can create and manage custom reports with Power User access, and pulling reports for multiple courses at once is very simple.
The interface is very user friendly, we received immediate positive feedback after going live on how easy it was to navigate.

What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be a lot of "clicks" to get things set up sometimes but I attribute that to the higher level of customization than you might have with another system. Lack of built in Analytics is one drawback we haven't found a replacement for yet and multi-day webinar calendar holds work differently than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learner engagement and manager self service are two problems we are seeing major improvements on. With the Virtual Coach, customizable landing pages and menus, integrated LinkedIn Learning content, multiple domains for our external customers and gamification we are able to create a better experience for our learners and create a better resource out of the LMS that encourages our learners to go to the platform more frequently than for just annual compliance training.
User friendly, efficient LMS
What do you like best about the product?
There are a number of Docebo features that contribute to the platform's efficiency, but the central repository and question bank mean that when creating resources, they can be made once and used often by pulling from these centralized tools. Additionally, the channel layout for course collections is clear and convenient for customers.
We also found the list of included courses to be valuable and time saving, as is the ability to import SCORM courses from other entities, reducing our need to create everything from scratch.

What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing to dislike with this - it has a robust feature set, so it does take time to learn and implement, but if you approach the transition with a clear plan and learn the program bite by bite according to the needs of the plan, their implementation timeline expectations can be both met and exceeded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Docebo as an extended enterprise tool, training both our internal staff for onboarding and annual certifications, but also to train our end-user clients along a different path. Having a solution that allows us to do both with a clear segregation of data and materials was a critical need for us, and it's met out needs easily.
Docebo: A great solution with strong support and features.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the interface and the ability to customize it and the lay out of learning materials within the platform. It also allows us to centralize learning, job resources and some internal communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that we are eagerly awaiting that will catapult Docebo even further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo allowed us to centralize our training materials into one platform eliminating the need for a home to serve up our eLearnings while depending on another to deliver other portions of our training materials. We were also able to eliminate an internal knowledgebase repository and incorporate that in to Docebo as well. Now you can learn and get the materials to help you do your job better all in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A highly recommend Docebo to other clients and colleagues and would recommend that you evaluate if it meets your companies needs as well.
Non Profit review of the Docebo System
What do you like best about the product?
We implemented the Docebo platform to our staff and volunteers in April 2020 after an in depth implementation process supported by the Docebo team, and our own internal set up and testing. The plus points for us of using the system are:
The way we can split the system access for different audiences within our charity.
How we can utilise branching so that each of our offices have a view of their own team's progress
How we can set up power users in each of our local offices - they get enhanced reporting access without being full admin users.
We are also very pleased that Docebo has an in depth road map for future system enhancements and other products we can subscribe to when the time comes.

What do you dislike about the product?
No fast creation editing tool available at present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a learning team working within a charity, we are focussed on sustainability and scalability in order to future proof our learning service to the organisation. The docebo platform allows us to make big improvements in these areas. We are in the process of consolidating all of our learning into the Docebo platform which both supports these aims as well as improving the user journey for our learners. We will deliver cost savings through our work and ensure our learning offer meets the needs for our 30000+ workforce even when budgets may be decreased.
LMS at its best!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface for performing all administrative tasks is simple and easy to use. I love the level of customization to help make our LMS unique to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the system. As an added bonus, Docebo is great about taking customers' feedback and acting on those suggestions. Some of the things I disliked at the beginning of our journey are all fixed or changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is our company's first LMS. The benefits were modernizing our training program and having the ability to standardize training on a global scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend doing two demonstrations with all the LMS systems you are considering. This will help you make the best decision for your company. However, after closely reviewing seven systems in total, Docebo was the clear winner!
Flexible, engaging platform -
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding training, Docebo Academy/University, extensive knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting from a blank slate, it can be quite overwhelming. I can't say I "dislike" that, but can be a bit intimidating at first. That said, the support and training from the Docebo team has been amazing!!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are decreasing a lot of manual work in terms of creating course completion certificates, tracking completion of all learning objects. We are also realizing how easy it is for managers and providers to be able to "self-serve" the information they need. And for managers, we are realizing the benefit of them being able to better manage their team with the data available.
I'm using it since 3 years with internals and customers, and the user experience feedback is good.
What do you like best about the product?
The graphics of the user experience and the elearning management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report quality and the survey management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Share updated documentation, share the training contents with all the world and check the usage
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very usefull platform to start an elearning experience
Great LMS, responsive online learning experience and impressive customer relations.
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo offers a responsive, online learning experience. We were looking for an LMS that was multi-functional and multi-language. It ticked all the boxes.
It is a secure system and highly configurable. Course management function is well thought through and reporting facilities are also good. Our implementation phase was very rapid and Docebo responded in a timely manner. Ongoing client relationship and support has also been great!

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvements to the external public catalogue, more intuitive way to design certificates and more attractive reports.
