Great learning software for an organisation.
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is a good one stop solution to find all the resources which helped me any many ways to assist my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much to dislike about Docebo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo, helped me to assist my customer in a most appropriate way.

I like the admin menu ease of use. I can find everything so easily

No search engine for catalogs! Like why would you not have it

What do you like best about the product?
When I do lessons assigned by my organization on Docebo, the lessons are very interactive and the information is provided in a fun way and very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything seems good, however, just a feedback that it can be expensive for small business

Our organisation gives us lessons on weekly basis and it is very helpful to build our performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is an excellent learning platform with a simple to use interface. The way information is presented has been designed to promote effective and effortless learning. I have been using Docebo for all my educational training and find it incredibly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the interface is user-friendly, it would be beneficial if all lessons were accessible from the main page once logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Docebo to learn all of the things that have helped me on my journey with Etsy. I've also completed various compliance trainings, which should help me improve my overall awareness.

Docebo, is the one stop destination to find answer to all the queries of customers. So it make the customer support easier as well as this helps in trainung new employees for the product.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo offers a huge choice of options to customise your platform, which you can take even further with some simple CSS. This is great for making it feel on brand and personalised.
The ability to log all of the learning in one place, which also includes face to face and external learning is great.
The service support team always respond quickly if there are ever any problems with the system (not that we have had many).
The option to incentivise learning via gamifcation, and rewards is ideal to encourage engagement.
They are always updating the software to make it even better.

What do you dislike about the product?
The system is a bit clunky to get everything set up, which is why the onboarding is a necessary. I do think they can simplify a lot of the functions to make it easier for admins. I sometimes feel like they bring in new functions, thinking about the learner, and the people using it in the background are an afterthought.
We had a few problems with our invoicing side, which took 11 months to resolve, this started our journey with Docebo off to a bad start.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a LMS which offered a central point, for all of our learning needs, which was highly customisable. We also wanted the ability to offer bespoke learning environments for different teams around the business which Docebo offers.
It's a easy platform to navigate and has a lot of potential

I enjoy the way you can ensure the platform looks exactly how you want it to. Temmy is also very helpful and friendly during our calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to achieve certain things on the platform, but the docebo university helps.

Its ensuring easy use for our users and allowiung myself to create fun learning content with ease. It's also got many more features that the users can use, for example like the 'ask the expert'.

I like the method Docebo use to provide the learning material and the way of explaining the things are just awesome and easy to learn.

Nothing I dislike from my Point of view.

They are solving the basic problem of learning things in an interactive way. That said, we get multiple way to learn the things by using Docebo. It's user friendly tool.

User friendly, great customer support, ease of integration and implementation, and the vaste amount of features we are able to use as a global company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that could use a bit of work such as, reporting, certification & retraining, and some of the gamification features could use expanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When COVID stopped all our in person training, we had to quickly jump to online and virtual training. Docebo was able to quickly help us onboard, set up our external need for training and solve a lot of the manual recording we were doing before. We now have 13 brands under our corporate structure that use Docebo and we strictly use Docebo for all internal training.
