Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing customer support - always very quick and helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting features could be improved, and also the views - sometimes it feels I have to look up info in several places when it would be handy to be able to toggle which data I can see in one place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage mostly our internal training , while keeping external training records. Reporting is the main thing that gives us an idea of where we are and what we need to change.

Great LMS!
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is a powerhouse LMS system. You can build out and customize your learning paths, landing page, and courses. The reporting features make it easy to pull data and check for understanding or get feedback from learners.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is a lot of customization available, I am disappointed with some of the limitations for reporting and notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform helps to drive employees to one place for learning and helps the organization to stay consistent with training.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Docebo is so intuitive and flexible. I also love the aesthetics of the platform and how easy it is to customize the branding. The speed of support from the help desk is another major plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the advanced settings can be a little hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to move all of our face-to-face training online due to the pandemic. Docebo has allowed us to do this successfully and we have also been able to streamline our training program and greatly improve the quality of the learner experience.

The robust customization options, gamification, and course options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit old school and could use some updating to be more intuitive. Because it's so complex, you really have to know what you're doing. Lastly, I wish there was a built-in course authoring tool like Articulate Rise which we have to have separately to build SCORM files in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer self-service LMS.....it helps us increase the breadth and depth that users are using our software and speeds up the onboarding process for new users to take training on their own.

Still new, so features are rolling out slowly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the system differently than designed. With the Docebo team, we are navigating how we can get our Coaches and Members to use the system as a supplemental tool for our Coaching program. A lot of the features of the Docebo LMS work to help our Members improve their Coaching relationship, while still allowing the Coach to be the guide.
Good experience, but strong limitations

Learner experience and customisability: from laptop and mobile you get a good experience and it can be customised to reflect branding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Management from the administration side has several limitations, such as no possibility to inactivate an outdated course. Moreover, support from the vendor does not provide help about configuration even if we are available to buy it as a service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are providing custom learning to both our company and external users, such as resellers and customers directly. The platform allows integrations such as SSO login, API's to manage any kind of operation (given some experience in coding with API's) and several built-in integrations to be leveraged.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As with any other SaaS, it is of fundamental importance to list and well-define the requirements of the platform before implementing it. Docebo allows simple customisations of the experience even though the platform is already live, by granting certain modularity when dealing with different objects (courses, learning plans, menus, pages, integrations, user management, reporting...). One of the key features of the platform is that it provides market benchmarks, ideas, improvement suggestions based on the collected experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The focus on the individual learner as the cornerstone for L&D pathway development and support. Based on that pivotal moment, we have found the customization opportunities to be rich and agile allowing us to create meaningful, relevant, and dynamic UX/UI opportunities for a wide array of learners across the enterprise, from onboarding to senior executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of the machine learning would be improved by allowing Super Admins to pre-seed the best fit models. Notifications and some other core aspects (reporting, assessment histories & design, etc.) would be improved by having far fewer prescriptive choices and instead give the Super Admins & L&D team more control over the rubrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting the needs of individual groups and individual learners through customized pages, learning plans, and sequential learning.

Reliability of scorm courses. Users seem to lose progress which causes frustration. Need better recommendations on alternatives.
