Customer Service is very good
What do you like best about the product?
Like the intuitiveness to the learner as they are going through their course
What do you dislike about the product?
The payment gateways are very limited and does not lend for multiple pricing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have not launched yet, but I think one of the things we will solve is a place for our Power Users to communicate with experts and others will see the answer, thus reducing the amount of time spent in emails
A learner friendly LMS that utilizes a very modern look feel
What do you like best about the product?
The catalog system looks and feels very much like Netflix. With thumbnails to all courses, it will look stunning on the learner end. Additionally, within a course, defaults can be set such that an index can be found on the right-hand side, which allows easy navigation between each of the training material
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting currently is very weak compared to other LMS systems I have used. They have mentioned improved capabilities are on the road map. However, as of October 2021, it has yet to be seen. Additionally, building up instructor-led training is very click-heavy. You have to go through many clicks to create a single instance of training. This, in addition to no duplication of instructor-led training, means lots of time on the admin side to build a single instructor-led training course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a learner-friendly experience compared to Moodle-based Totara, which was our previous LMS. This allowed more learners to engage with the system as they were not turned off by the block-like look and feel of a Moodle LMS.

Some of the Add-on products should be built in to enhance the main product instead of at an additional cost.

What do you dislike about the product?
-Due to the number of features, it's easy to get lost
-Automatic unenrollment/easier unenrollment from Learning Plans would be helpful if it was added
-Small Add-On: Vendor provided training or guidance on how to utilize the API browser (Paid training is alright)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, our company's learning processes and experiences are very decentralized. Through Docebo, we are aiming to have a fully centralized learning experience for our employees. In the future, we are planning to use Docebo as an add-on to our current solutions (the partner sales training we offer).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand your use case and discuss this with whoever you're consulting with regarding LMS(es).
LMS that is constantly growing and bringing on new features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the community and the passion this company brings to their LMS. They've grown so much in just the last 2 years we've been with them and brought out a bunch of new features. Seems like they're really innovativation-focused and try to incorporate client ideas into new feature releases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The eCommerce side needs some bulking up for corporate-style payment with company POs & there are a lot of clicks you need to do to get to where you need to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pushing all our external training content to our LMS and redefining how we deliver our external training + we're finally focusing on a structured learning plan for employees
Docebo is intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The menus are super easy to navigate, and I could get started without researching or viewing tutorials. It only gets more sophisticated and useful the more you learn. The resources provided for learning the system are clear and super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to use a workaround to log in to two different experiences. I wish there were a way to either switch back and forth or impersonate using your account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a great coaching experience - building a reporting structure that really allows users to see where they are and where they need to go and providing a big picture to the leadership of our clients to prove the worth of the education we're providing.
Innovative. Different. Awesome.

Powerful platform with lots of customization, a few limitations here and there
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure as far as user management, page design and course management. Very quick chat response time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing notification options. Help desk response time. My Team page lacks visibility for managers, doesn't show enough information that is easily readable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance training, professional development for employees, manager training, employee onboarding
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think through your user management approach and naming conventions at the outset to avoid clutter.
Docebo is a LMS platform that is meeting all our requirements
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, the support we receive is great, we have come up with a way of interacting with the system that really suits our needs and preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is a weaker point, not being able to link active users to the calendar month cycle is a frustration—most bolt-ons being sold for all users rather than for what would be a realistic number of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a one-stop shop for learning and essential induction content and information. To have a transparent system to host and capture webinars.
