Excellent LMS Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's stability, ease of use, user-experience/interface, functionality options, and support (team & processes).
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to stretch for this one. It doesn't do a great job of pulling from external sources. The fact is though that our client base doesn't even want that feature, and we've turned it off in every platform that we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped us streamline our onboarding processes for internal candidates, and has done an excellent job of presenting our content to external clients.

Excellent Account Manager at Docebo!
What do you like best about the product?
Our Account Manager, Ben Breaux, at Docebo has been pivotal in helping us choose between the Docebo Premium Unlimted subscription or LinkedIn Learning unlimited. Ben has held meetings to help answer all our questions, quick responses by email, gathered endless information that we have requested, provided multiple quotes, found solutions when we had problems, etc. At one point we were pretty set with going to another vendor, but our interactions with Ben ended up changing our minds.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had problems with our Account Manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are choosing between the Docebo Premium Unlimted subscription or LinkedIn Learning unlimited.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is versatile, slick and really easy for our members to use. They like the ease of the function and how intuitive it is. It is also really simple for us to throw together a quick online CE course. Our main courses we use Docebo for are not traditional. There have been a few key staff within your organization that were crucial to helping us get this up and running in the best way we could make it work for us. Katie McDermott worked tirelessly to help us get set up. Beyond grateful for her expertise and help. And most recently Ben Breaux spent time with me and a co-worker problem solving errors we were getting. Often times when we look for help in issues we get sent a link of material to review and manage the solution on our own and unfortunately it doesn't work for us because we have made the system unique from your standard of practice. Having Ben actually help us directly with a zoom and watch the error in real time was beyond valuable and made me a proud customer. Very thankful for him!
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a struggle with the rework of how support is provided. We used to have a dedicated staff member that checked in with us 3 times a year. Now, that level of support isn't quite there. We are recommended to reach out to the help desk first for help which often is a long process and those attempting to help misunderstand our situation because our standard practice of use for the system is different. This most recent experience with Ben B was the first time in a while that I have felt as a client like I could get great support from Docebo.
Additionally, very frustrating when Docebo stopped supporting the plug-in we use to connect our WP website and user accounts to our members user accounts to their Docebo accounts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Docebo for our Maintenance of Certificate program and also will house our enduring materials from our annual conference this coming year since we are back in person but need to have a virtual component.
Hands-on Troubleshooting With Support
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of managing on-demand education for members of our college; Docebo has become our central hub for our members to maintain their certification, which previously was maintained individually by each member. This has streamlined our processes significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our users have complained about unfamiliarity with the system, and some have found it difficult to navigate. We've also had difficulty grading assignments that had been uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While experiencing difficulties grading assignments, Ben Breaux took time to join us on a call and walk through the process with us. Ben's guidance through the process was crucial in correcting the error that we were encountering, and his hands-on approach was greatly appreciated.
Perfect for small to medium sized business
What do you like best about the product?
Gamification, Certificates, learning plans. The ability to stylize easily and without intervention from developers

The webinar feature is not especially intuitive and could be better architected

Our business is small but is growing quickly. Docebo helps us create a learning culture with our users and reduces time spent on questions that get asked often
The best LMS solution for brands serving different stakeholders
What do you like best about the product?
After completing a long and thorough procurement process, we discovered that Docebo was the only solution that could meet our business requirements: (1) The ability to support different audiences with customized login pages using Salesforce integration, (2) course, learning plan and certification capabilities and (3) a central repository where we can manage content easily. Docebo is so flexible and advanced in what it can do, that we haven't even scratched the surface of all their features. They also have a breadth of self-serve resources and a customer support team that responds rapidly. Would highly recommend this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but compared to other LMS systems we reviewed, any company that uses Docebo should have a dedicated LMS administrator who knows some HTML/CSS. There's alot to learn about the system, but that's what makes it so powerful.

Functional platform with a complex admin UI
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is robust and offers enterprise-level features which could scale with a small business well into a large-scale growth period. Yet it's flexible enough that it could be tailored to suit the needs of any side organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The administrative UI is very complex and it offers lots of features which are hidden in places you wouldn't intuitively look for them. The complexity of troubleshooting basic things seems excessive, and the bulk user management capabilities are not great. The reporting functions are also somewhat complex and cumbersome for doing somewhat basic things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to scale our LMS from a single-team tenant to a company-wide centralized platform for learning needs. This was straight forward with Docebo and offered fantastic onboarding support allowing us to focus on building out our platform in a quick and meaningful way.

Docebo is a forward thinking LMS
What do you like best about the product?
I love the training resources Docebo provides. Docebo has elearnings, knowledge articles, and a community page. I had never owned or managed an LMS before but Docebo resources allowed me to ramp up quickly and also own managing the LMS. What use is a product if you don't know how to use it! I also love that we can share links to the content and how often they update the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo has a gamification platform that we are trying to use. I think it is awesome that this feature exists. I don't think many LMSs have this but if needs to allow more customization options to allow organizations to own its badging. I also dislike how challenging it is for our customers to reregister for training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place to hold our e-learning content and track attendance for our live sessions. Docebo does that and way more! We are using other areas like gamification and creating custom html boxes to give the platform our organizations look and feel.
