Elegant user experience, nicely thought through design
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create courses, and manage users. Multiple ways to setup the platform based on user groups. Overall a good LMS with most of the features available. The custom landing page and channels features are useful if the LMS is being used beyond the regular learning usecases.
The help documentation and support is also awesome.
The help documentation and support is also awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit of a learning curve is there. Channels feature could have been provided without additional cost. Few more layout options in course management would also be good to have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launching a learning and certification program for both customers and internal training programs. Could be extended for partner management and training as well.

Good platform and many features but has problem with rolling out unfinished functionality
What do you like best about the product?
They have a robust platform with many of the most widely used and needed features. They have the best active user license structure compared to the competition. The user screens are easy to create and customize. Courses are easy to build and assign to learning plans. Overall the backend of the system is one of the most straightforward and user-friendly. It is also effortless to set up and create a fully functional system/site within a few hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design and engineering teams do not look at all the most common use cases when putting together new features. They tend to roll out a feature that either has bugs or only half the functionality it needs. It is very hard to influence the product design and they do not listen to their customers on product needs and use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working on ensuring they can record all of the times a person has taken a course. They had been missing this functionality and it is required for regulated industries,
A solid LMS choice
What do you like best about the product?
Of the LMS platforms I've used, Docebo is definitely one of the better options overall. I like the course management features. I'm also a fan of the Discover, Coach, and Share addon.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Power User profile options are pretty slim. The native reporting options could use some attention. As our industry moves to xAPI, I'd like to see more detailed reporting tools available. I've also had a so-so experience whenever I've reached out to the help desk for support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of users across several, very different audiences. We needed a LMS solution that allowed us to segment learner views and customize their experience based on their branch. We also needed more automation tools for enrolling users in courses, reporting data, and building prescriptive learning plans.
Amazing LMS
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding was amazing. Before choosing Docebo we did a research comparing many other options and Docebo was the most complete and customizable alternative.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Docebo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to train company's customers and internal employees
Docebo has tons of functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Notifications, groups, and customizable user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't allow attendance tracking with Google Meet in the same way as Zoom.

Learning ecosystem for our users
Docebo is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
We've come so far with Docebo over the last three years. Docebo provides us a flexible platform to disseminate different types of learning content to our customers in a streamlined way. It's easy to use, isn't throttled by user sync limitations, and allows us to always grow and expand our offerings as we add new brands to our portfolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can really think of is the limited capabilities of Power Users, but they are addressing that issue. My only other complaint would be that it would be nice to be able to have someone re-enroll in the same course (as a fresh enrollment) for training that needs to be repeated (like annual compliance training). That way, they would get a new completion date, as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Docebo to offer scalable learning solutions for our products (we're a SaaS platform. We also use Docebo for our Certified Professional Program. It's great for both e-learning and vILT solutions.
Very Powerful!
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of features and room for customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be overly complicated to do something. Maybe too many features and options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo allows us to track learner activity, and validate effectiveness via built-in tests.
Useful. Adaptive. Innovative platform
What do you like best about the product?
I can access it from anywhere on any device. It shows me content in a variety of different ways. I can track my progress and engage in discussions with other learners if I want to. It remembers where I left off when I last logged in.
What do you dislike about the product?
LMSs still generally feel out-of-date and subject to low completion rates. The pandemic has shown a need for a much bigger evolution/revolution to address the needs of a modern, remote work force. I look forward to tools such as Docebo Flow to help address this.
'Course/certificate renewal' process is not as seamless as it needs to be. This is an area we are working with Docebo on.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completion of mandatory courses for a global workforce. Docebo as a tool is capable of doing and tracking this. I look forward to more 'in the moment' learning tools such as Docebo flow. Ultimately, culture of the client organisation is key to driving effective use of Docebo. I would like to see greater alignment and support from Docebo on achieveing this (e.g. sharing examples of peer organisations and the impact on the orgs' KPIs (including staff retention and skill level as well as perhaps impact on bottom line/customer retention/satisfactionn).

Quality of help center
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation is not so easy to consultation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a modern learning environment to use for onboarding too.
Good functionality, support relies too heavily on the community.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the aesthetics of elearning courses and that uploading content is easy. The user-experience is intuitive and the mobile is useful and approachable. Also, we loved working with our second Solution Deployment Manager! She provided the most amazing customer service and not only answered our questions but made sure we were as prepared as we could be for launch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instead of being customizable, we've had to build workarounds to get the functionality we need. Reports are sub-par. You really need an LMS Admin on the team to run the platform. We have also been having issues with our Account Manager; she has been difficult to get in touch with and she doesn't have any post-implementation strategies to help us move forward. Our experience with our second Solution Deployment Manager was awesome so it's been disappointing to get poor customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is helping to solve our standarization issues across our various locations. It's also helping with accountability and distribution of information. It's also very helpful that they have a mobile app that is intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.
