Best LMS I have EVER used
What do you like best about the product?
Everything just works. It's a pleasure to use. From setting up everything in the background to the user experience, everything is smooth and pleasing to interact with. The customisbaility is great and every company's Docebo LMS I see is always different. The versatility is awesome. The companion Mobile app is also very well built and great for learners on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see more widgets included. Things like carousels would be great for the home page. More options for things like skill badges and subject mastery would be great too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivery eLearning to users worldwide. The delivery is seamless and Docebo has everything we need to accomplish this. As well as this we also deliver ILT sessions. Incorporating both is perfect.

Flexible learning experience
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to design and customize the platform to your needs which was critical for a tech company like ours. Great balance between front and backend management (for end users and admins). Following a very decentralized learning strategy, our internal trainers have been able to get on it and use it very quickly. The Docebo team has just revamped their customer service approach and it has been so much better in terms of being thought partners with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity of specific features. The great customization means you need to understand the product very well to make the right decision in terms of design and functionalities. Pros and cons of using specific features and approach should be better highlighted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling onboarding and learning globally for our rapidly growing company. Cutting down cost to hire trainers and cutting time to efficiency for new joiners. Helping business solve their problems such as meeting sales target with a consistent onboarding program, helping Support scale. Supporting our culture by ensuring one tone of voice.
Docebo - Great LMS which is very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
- Docebo is a very user freindly platform for both the end user and for the administrators managing the system which was very different to our previous LMS
- The wide range of support and resources on how to use the platform. There are so many user friendly guides on how to carry out certain tasks and the support chat and universtiy is great.

What do you dislike about the product?
We had numerous issues with the Outlook Connect part of of Docebo which was frustraing for admins and for end users. The Connect part is hard to understand if you do not have an understadning of coding etc and we felt left to our own to update the recipes until we rasied this with our Customer success manager who esclated this and we had help to resolve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to keep all our training and resources centralised meaning users can easily access all they need for their role. We have also been able to manipualte how the training is advertised (Must do training, Should do for the user role and Might like to do)
A top-notch tool for LMS and training needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Docebo is how easy it is to design and create courses as well as share them. Another amazing thing about Docebo is that it supports a number of languages which caters for a wider pool of users. The customer service is also top-tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is challenging with Docebo is the limited capabilities of Power Users such as inability to create automated groups. Improvement in this area will make an already excellent tool even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo has allowed my company to achieve ongoing training and retraining in the organization while still maximizing producivity. The platform has made quality improvement through training to become achievable without compromising on time and production.
A platform that really understands and enables social learning
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to be an Admin, I have been an admin for a range of platforms and this is by far the most intuitive while also having the most options.
The customer centre is really great too, I love being able to submit ideas and seeing what ideas are being built into the platform.
I love the built in video and screen recording tool - especially for our technology training.
It really has all the features of all the mainstream platforms with so many that other benefits that competitors don't offer (or at least offer well)

What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be better integration between the traditional courses and the newer social learning elements of the platform. I understand this is hard because not all customers use all of the features, but I would love to see internally created content merged with off the shelf eLearning within a course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have a high number of SMEs in our business, so we need to be able to learn from each other easily and flexibly. Docebo has allowed us to do this.
Outstanding eLearning platform for both instructors and learners.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to create a comprehensive courses and tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't disliked anything yet, still testing out all the features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped instructors monetize courses and made it easier for users to access information

Good partnership with Docebo
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo stands out as one of the most robust providers in the L&D industry, offering an extensive range of features and capabilities within their platform. I have consistently appreciated the level of functionality and the possibilities it presents.
Furthermore, my experience collaborating with Docebo has been highly satisfying. The communication and partnership with my Docebo business contacts have been exceptional. In particular, I would like to highlight the outstanding support and expertise provided by our Customer Success Manager, James. Collaborating with James has not only been seamless but also an enriching experience, as he consistently imparts valuable insights and knowledge.
Overall, I am genuinely pleased with the collaboration and the learning outcomes achieved through our relationship with Docebo.

What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of new releases and prioritising: Managing the constant stream of functionality and product releases can be challenging. Some products within the platform seem to be incomplete, and it would be more beneficial to prioritise the growth and development of existing products rather than introducing new ones.
In terms of learning admin experience: There is a noticeable skill and knowledge gap among L&D professionals when it comes to utilising the platform's functionality. E.g., a lack of programming knowledge and limited resources from IT departments makes it more difficult to effectively maintain the system.
In terms of learners: Docebo should be more learner-centred. I've noticed that there are very simple features missing from the platform, that should exist. For example, it would greatly enhance the user experience to have filtering capabilities within the platform, particularly when utilising the content marketplace. Learners should be able to filter courses by topic, level, provider, etc. A stronger focus on accessibility is needed, such as providing options for dark/light mode throughout the platform.
While recognizing that Docebo is a business, there are instances where the requirement to purchase additional components for simple tasks seems illogical or challenging to justify.
