Great platform as long as you are familiar with the overall setup and general logic of processes
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of platform and highly customizable when it comes to visibility/acessibility of content and the various content types/formats and course settings available
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is related to upside. Since settings can be highly individualized, this can create a complex backend, especially for new users; it leaves a lot of room for pitfalls through conflicting settings (e.g. waiting list)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardazation and automization of processes.
Fulfill reporting requirements.
Corporate, shared platform for all learning, easily accessible via single sign on

Recommendation
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and easy to understand and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom reports does not work the way that we are looking for. (Cannot create the headers of our choice even though those fields are there in Docebo).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating the employees wthin the organisation. Aditonally, for Internal Job Postings we create courses with the Quiz and then asks the respective person to clear the quiz, this leads them to clear a level of round in the IJP process. Moreover, employees come to Docebo portal and can take the courses which becomes a refresher for them on certain topics, which is very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the current Docebo features allow us to accomplish what we need and more for a successful LMS, there are features that I wish were more streamlined to reach the end goal and required less steps.
Docebo does, however, have a community that allows customers to provide feature requests and it’s common for features to get implemented, meaning that customers are listened to.

With our LMS being the primary source to educate users worldwide, we needed to provide a highly personalized, accessible, and educational platform where both new and existing users could advance their education, in any language. With a strong foundation in education, it was also our goal to strengthen users’ confidence to build upon what they’ve learned in the LMS and create positive action with it in their communities, upholding our brand values on and offline.
With the partnership of Docebo, our LMS reaches over 3,500 users in 47 countries, empowering and enabling each one of them to create superior customer experiences. With over 350 courses available in 12 languages, we incorporate various styles of learning for any type of learner, a channel specificially dedicated to answering users' questions and concerns in a timely manner, as well as a place for users; to practice what they’ve learned, share their achievements, and inspire others by optimizing Discover, Coach & Share.

Friendly service and easy to use LMS
What do you like best about the product?
The tech is easy to use and navigate. The support staff are friendly and will try to help you best that I can.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't just pick up the phone to someone in tech support and that you have to go around the houses to do some admin changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to embed and reinforce our learning. It is also helping with resource.
Generally a great platform, but sometimes frustrating!
What do you like best about the product?
First of all I'm glad we moved to Docebo, it's a pretty good LMS but could be better in some instances!
1. Being able to easily create multiple user pages, dashboards and menus.
2. Power user management functionality is really simple and means that we've been able to easily delegate responsibility away from the core Digital Learning Team.
3. Having access to the Docebo Community can be really helpful when you're stuck or looking for some inspiration. Often people on here are much more knowledgable than Docebo employees!
4. Our Customer Success Team (although we've been through 5 of them!) have generally been really helpful
5. Easy extended enterprise set up meaning we can segment our LMS for different target audiences

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Reporting and analytics really needs some work. Reporting into Excel or via CSV often takes quite a lot of manual maniuplation to make sense off.
2. The user interface is good but after using for 4 years, it hasn't really changed a lot and I'd love more flexibility. More custom layouts and widgets would be great!
3. I'd say that they probably need to be a bit more proactive rather than reactive to customer requirements. Often product updates are slow and personally feel they can focus on elements of the platform that don't really need improving.
4. It's a shame that just when you build that relationship with your CSM they change and there is a really good level of understanding that they change personelle around again!
5. We have to display everything as "eLearning" whether this is a quiz, SCORM, MP4, MP3. It's either eLearning or Classroom which is misleading for our learners.

- Easy administration and course management
- Power user management makes it easy to set up specific access and permissions for those outside the core learning team

Stable operation with Docebo
What do you like best about the product?
We have had very good experiences with the Docebo Learning Management System over the past 5 years. Both in the management during the introduction as well as in the operative business. The Docebo platform is basically stable and without major interruptions, even with updates or changes to the platform. Basically, we use Docebo in addition to our Microsoft Office 365 environment to provide learning content for our students. We have synchronized the user accounts with the Microsoft Azure Active Directory via the configuration of Single Sign On. A major advantage of Docebo is the ability to conduct large tests over several hours with a large number of participants. The administration of the users and the assignment of the content to be published is easy. The learning content can also be easily uploaded and made available in different formats. Using externally generated SCORM packages is also very easy in Docebo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access to the master data or test results stored in Docebo could be made easier for the creation of evaluations using external tools. In the area of exams, we would like to see even more question types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uniform access for all students via a common start hub as well as the provision of learning content and the implementation of examinations in the courses conducted.
overall solid and efficient, missing nuanced details to enrich developer experience
What do you like best about the product?
customizable and bespoke page designs to align with campaign materials
What do you dislike about the product?
navigation of widgets on customizable pages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps bridge the learning gap between our products and how to use them effectively.
Customizable Learning Platform - Built for today's learning needs and the future of learning!
What do you like best about the product?
We moved to Docebo from a platform that was also our HRIS system. We could not create or run reports or configure the platform's look and feel. With Docebo, we have created a highly visually engaging platform for our learners that we fully control. We also have the best of your traditional LMS functionality with LXP capability, so there's no real need to layer another platform on top of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few options for admin permissions, and most of the time this works out well for us. It has allowed us to build out a self-service model for reporting needs, but the area where it falls short is with page management permissions. Page creation and editing permissions only exist at the Superadmin level, and we have a few use cases where we would like someone to help manage design elements but not have full admin permissions to keep our data safe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is helping us create targeted and customized learning experiences so that our learners are engaged and find what they need from the moment they enter the platform. This has enabled us to reduce the number of LMS systems within the company by bringing in a solution with Docebo that meets both our enterprise L&D needs, and the needs of our sales enablement learning team.
