Very flexible platform, with many options to configure, but still relatively simple to use.

A modern and intuitive experience for users and admins alike
What do you like best about the product?
Feedback from our end users has been fantastic, they find the platform easy to use, modern and intuitive. We see huge opportunity in implementing existing functionality and are excited to see whats on the horizon.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a complex organisation and reporting has presented some challenges. Whilst Docebo have been supportive finding solutions we look forward to enhancement and improvements in this space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content management, devilery and reporting
Why Docebo?
What do you like best about the product?
makes managing learners, courses and automating tasks like inductions extremely simple. saving hours of time
What do you dislike about the product?
the way courses are uploaded and visible to users, there is no quick way to do it and it does have certain hoops that need jumping through to create a `course`
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iut saves hours over the previous induction system of face to face. theres also a cost saving to be had when holding instructor led sessions that can be recorded then made available to none attendees for viewing
Docebo can offer unique features but lacking in basic features.
What do you like best about the product?
Pros:
- Ability to create power users and super admins. This sets proper controls within the LMS and frees up bandwidth for admins if they need to offload tasks (such as course enrollments).
- Chat support function to easily resolve issues
- The CLOR is another great feature to centralize our content and helps to easily maintain it

Cons
- If you need a new feature built, you have to submit an idea in Docebo Community (where other Docebo users can upvote your feature request). I find that this is a nice idea in theory but I've seen ideas that were submitted 2-3 years ago with large amount of votes but it's still not implemented
- If you aren't being routed to submit an idea through Docebo community, the other recommendation is to pay for additional services. Sometimes it's hard for companies/teams to come up with budget mid year so this is a pain point where most things are an additional cost.
- There isn't a proper report to show courses that are "Past Due". There's a days overdue option but I don't find this report as helpful compared to other LMS systems.
- Their learning plan feature is hard to use and very manual. Our company heavyily utilizes this feature but need to manually enroll hundreds of users at once. There is no option to bulk enroll users to their learning plans.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once recent issue Docebo is helping to solve are archived enrollments. From a compliance perspective, we need a way to re-enroll learners to compliance trainings without having to create a new course every year or unenroll learners.

Growing and willing to engage with their customers
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is working to grow their platform, and is gathering feedback from their customers to make sure it's going to meet their needs. As an extended enterprise customer we have specific needs that many LMS vendors can't meet, but Docebo wants to expand their footprint in that market, so they are listening. They also have a growing community of users that engage with one another and want to see the system evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
While they are working to create innovative and engaging functionality, sometimes they move too fast to get it out the door and it's not ready yet or move on from older functionality that still needs optimizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had 7 LMSs in our organization and we were able to consolidate all of the use cases down to a single LMS with Docebo. My specific use case is our product training of external customers. Docebo allows us to provide trainings as eLearnings and viritual instructor-led training through a web conferencing tool. We're also able to connect it to other internal systems so it can provide our subscription users proper pricing based on our sales model.
Docebo grows with our needs
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple plug and play features incl advanced ones makes it intuitive to use. Support offered from the team did not change after the purchase decision. Its great to see this kind of commitment from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the client specific processes cannot overrun a few features and being in the biopharma industry, it is difficult for us as clients to modify our safety and security features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stopand easy to use place for our customers to meet their learning needs - taking away a lot from the hands of the training department.
A powerful and agile system which grows as our needs and environment changes
A powerful and agile system which grows as our needs and environment changes
Docebo offers the right amount of flexibility for our different use cases.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to adjust the feature set ensures that each of our different departments needs can be met without sacrificing the experience for any of the others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are slight inconsistencies between similar feature sets that can become blockers if not identified early enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to customize the look, feel, and features for each of our domains independently. This allows for parallel deployments without interruptions.
Docebo is a leader in Learning Management Systems!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they are always elvolving and pioneering to keep growing and evolving their platform. They listen to their customer needs and take in product feedback and actually implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an extremely customisable tool which does require effort to configure at times. There is some work that needs to be done to make things work as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enrollment rules, easy scheduling of Instructor-led sessions, social learning opportunities, through the connect integrations we automate the provisioning of users along with custom information that populates from our HR platform. We also make use of Google Calendar Integration to automate calender invites that go out for instructor-led training
