Easy to use as an admin, with some basic user issues
What do you like best about the product?
The admin menu is clear and quite easy to find what you need. I learned to use the system fairly quickly, and I'm not technical at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some little functional things bug me, such as in the course library in the back end, there is no search bar or way to sort or filter all the catalogues. It always takes ages to find the catalogue you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slick and easy way to manage compliance requirements, organizing learning content into pages that are easy for users to navigate.
Great support, but features need updating
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is quick and the account managerment team are attentitive. The Docebo Community is a great resource for ideas and problem solving.
As a learner it's fairly easy to use in respect to courses
The collaborate and share functionality is good, and there are lots of automations you can set up

What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the features are frustrating to use.
From a learner point of view, courses displayed in catalogs just show if you are enrolled or not, where as courses displayed in channels show status (eg in progress, completed). Despite several attempts to raise this on the Community over what looks like a few years, this has still not been addressed. The search bar can be overwhemlimg because it brings back so many results due to also including the elements from within courses as well as the course itself. A simple search that could just reveal 5 courses, instead reveals the 5 courses, 20+ assets that are within the courses and then anything else which is confusing to the learner.
For admin: There is no search functionality within catalogues, or even a filter for A-Z so administrators have to sift through what could be 10+ pages of catalogues to find the one they need to edit. There is no way to set the visibility of a course. Lets say you have a catalogue on "PowerPoint" and you wanted 4/5 of the courses to be available for everyone, but the last course is only available to a specific subset, the only way of making that course invisible to everyone else it to have it show to only enrolled people and then enrol that subset, but if it's not a mandatory course, it just sits in the "uncompleted" list of the subset for all eternity.
I just find the features and administration a little clunky and not adaptable. Hence why I find the community and customer support so good because I have to use them frequently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have adpated how we use Docebo and are now trying to get our learners to currate and share their own learning. We find the collaborate, sharing etc quite good for this. We're now trying to find ways of implementing some formal training via programme models with built in ILT and self paced learning and again Docebo allows us to do this

Professional and Positive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Docebo, is their positive and forward thinking attitude. From begging to the present, all employees I have worked with have been delightful people and have gone above and beyond to support DialAFlight. The communication has been clear and efficient resulting in a smooth successful launch of our new LMS. Overall, I am pleased with our LMS and excited to see it develop.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the few months I have worked with Docebo, I have come across very few issues. As expected, during the configuration of the LMS, it took some weeks to get things how we wanted and we faced a few troubles along the way. But thankfully, we had the Docebo team on hand to support us and resolve any issues swiftly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doceobo is allowing us to bridge the gap between our sales staff and training. Through features like gamification, badges and certificates, we are able to reward our staff and encourage them to complete training.
