User friendly, great customer support, integrates well with our people management platform

Navigation can initially be hard to work out

we are now able to quickly run reliable reports to identify training needs or see course completion rates
Having docebo has an added value in our company, making a lot of our processes easier

automated processes, quick help desk, custom report built, variety of training materials in the content

it is not possible to send notifications about earned badges

I like the flexibility the best. And its very easy to use

You can only add 1 logo and only 1 flavicon. Sometimes because of the flexibility it can become very chaotic if you want to fill the system more and more.

Making the onboarding more flexible and less straining for the people who need to train new employees.

We have one platform to set-up learnings for all our employees so we can inprove the knowledge

Still learning the system so I couldn't be sure, but I was surprised to find you have to pay extra to have the functionality to evaluate learning - I'd have thought this was essential on an LMS

I appreciate the client support that we are provided. Our solutions consultant and account manager are very attentive and responsive.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo's platform is versitile and comprhensive hub for our employees and clients alike. Our organization uses the platform as a centralize repository for learning materials, resources and expert knowledge. It is a one-stop solution the helps us streamline the learning experience for our bankers. It provides and easy access for learners all in one place. The platforms features such as social learning and gamification add an interactive and engaging dimension to workplace learning
What do you dislike about the product?
There a several different ways to accomplish a task in the platform as an administrator. We've encountered challenges determining the most efficient method to utilize the systems functionality. WE've had great support from customer service; however, we have identified an area of opportunity for improvement in integrating Microsoft Teams and Outlook calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to measure engagment with the platform and track learning is valuable to demonstrating the impact of our learning initiatives. Docebo's reporting capabilities allow me to identify and acknowledge employees who go above and beyond to leverage these resources. This encourages continued engagement and fosters a culture of recognition within our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the system daily and find it quite easy to use from an admin perspective and very good for data storage. The platform looks good and is simple for learners to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have calendar integration as basic feature which causes problems from an admin perspective.

Learner records - it is the main source of all our learning records so we can track employees training.
Mostly positive, with a couple of significant issues
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation process is really straight forward. The Learn module of the product works well for the most part. Modern look, support is ok. Seems comparable to other products on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar integration is woefully undersupported out of the box, despite it being sold as having it. It's limited to automating an email with a calendar item attached to it. For true calendar integration you need to buy Docebo Connect at a huge markup. This was only made clear to us after we signed the contract and the upselling started. This seems to be a common issue for other companies too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing instructor lead training sessions and tracking learning records was previously reliant on spreadsheets. Using Docebo streamlines the process and cuts a lot of admin work.
We've recently migrated our compliance training to the platform, and automating the chasers reminders has been a big improvement; previously was done manually and was not well received by the business.

Docebo is very user-friendly and the docebo university gives a very good understanding on the platform and it's features

The reporting part of Docebo could be a little better. It feels like we have only limited options

Sending out reminders for training completion and follow-up with the employees has been a challenge and Docebo has made my life easy
