Quick implementation and easy for the user
What do you like best about the product?
From the user end, it is pretty easy to use and looks very nice. The implementation team was great and it was pretty fast to review the functions and set it up for what we needed. Customer support is amazing. Always fast and helpful. Even if the answer is that the function doesn't exist, they can confirm it quickly so I don't have to keep searching or testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the admin side, it can be more challenging with what we can set up for Power Users. Some features and functions are universal on the platform which we would like to control more. Notifications and some basic reporting data seem limited but available through Analytics but that is at an additional cost. At least being able to see how many users are enrolled in all courses instead of manually doing it would be useful. Our use of the platform is pretty basic at the moment (only e-learning and a page for staff and partners) so adding costs would not make sense for us. We are using other apps/tools that are not available in Docebo.

simple to use, always updated over time, good relations with customers and their operators, competent and available helpdesk operators,

improve integration with other enterprise software and increase flexibility

What do you dislike about the product?
- Complex UX when creating & managing courses
- Some features are in need of improvements and seem to be forgotten by the product team; and it's hard to get visibility over what improvements are in plan, because Docebo does not their share roadmap publicly

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo allows for offering our collaborators one place for learning skills related to their job & complete compliance training activities. Docebo help us centralize all learning data in one place.
Frustrating Platform to Use
What do you like best about the product?
There are many capabilities if you know what you are doing
What do you dislike about the product?
-The platform is extremely difficult to use are a new user, NOT at all user friendly
- The platform seems to be created by developers with zero insight from a L&D professional, so some things that would make sense for a learner are not offered. So implementing new things/initiatives is painfully difficulty at times.
- The enterprise dashboard is useless, it provides no useful information
- reporting is very annoying and if you ever want useable metrics you have to pay and we pay a lot already
- We have come across a few features (gamification, playlists, etc) that seem half baked, Docebo like to advertise these great things but in reality they don't work or have serious limitations.
- zero proactive communication when things aren't working, our site has been down, reports haven't worked and no one has communicated what the problem is. We have always had to reach out
- There seems to be a million steps that are required for any given thing on the platform, from course set up to channel management, and heaven forbid you want to set up a new landing page. If you miss one little step along the way it wont work or will cause issues in the future. It shouldn't be so difficult!!
- We also had absolutely terrible customer support for months. We had to escalate and get legal involved it was so bad

We are able to put courses up and have new staff go through onboarding

All new features can be tested in a sandbox beforehand.

Transforming Training into a Seamless Success Story!
What do you like best about the product?
Navigating is a cinch with its user-friendly layout. We get that homey feel by customizing a lot of the platform to match our brand. Supporting various content types for diverse learning materials, Docebo has all we need. Docebo makes learning fun with badges and leaderboards – because who doesn't love a little friendly competition? The CSM and onboarding team have been most helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo's reporting functionality could use some enhancements. The addition of a custom report writer, incorporating all system attributes, and the inclusion of discussion forums as learning activities would greatly improve the user experience.

An LMS which gives you the freedom to use it exactly as you like and need!
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo offers multiple ways to give individual use cases solutions. The ways of customization is great.

A few times critical bug fixes took a while and therefor we had to live with them longer than we'd like to.

We have multiple users with different use cases. Therefor we can give each user an individual sight into the LMS (via power user Profils, indiviual menues and landing pages).
This is great to give each user (customer or organisator/admin or instructor or etc) the best usability and navigation within the LMS. Only us superadmins can see the full amount of LMS and we can keep it simple for other users.

- Docebo offers an excellent service right from the start, regardless if you're just interested or already a customer.
- Setting the system up was easy, as it was accompanied and supported by a project team of Docebo. The whole process was very structured and well-thought.
- After the onboarding process you know the whole LMS inside out.
- In addition to that Docebo offers a ton of great features and possibilities to adapt the platform to your needs.
- Customer support is quite fast when you experience any issues (which rarely occur).
- We use the platform on a daily basis and received great feedback from our users.

- Nothing to declare. The only thing to mention is that Docebo offers a full solution and this is probably not suitable for everyone (e.g. if you need a very simple and basic LMS).
