Docebo Platform Specialist for Arjo
What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support, Number of Feautures, continiues development of features
What do you dislike about the product?
Developments that are made sometimes make admin work harder eg new audit trail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are not using full potienatial of the platfrom but we use it to store our certificates for audit purpose, as well as providelearning activities for our employees in one place

A professional looking LMS
What do you like best about the product?
We have found Docebo to be a highly professional Learning Management System that effectively showcases our courses. Our clients have provided excellent feedback on the gamification features, which foster healthy competition among team members.
We were thoroughly impressed by the onboarding process, which provided us with exceptional support every step of the way.

Expanding the platform's capabilities to include articles, best practice guides, and trend reports would be highly beneficial

We specifically sought out a Learning Management System, and Docebo's platform met our requirements perfectly

The abundance of features provided by Docebo can sometimes be a bit overwhelming for users and administrators, as they navigate through the numerous available options.

Docebo acts as a virtual hub where e-learners can easily reach training materials. Its goal is to make training accessible for remote learners and serve as a central spot for organization-wide
Professional and Positive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Docebo, is their positive and forward thinking attitude. From begging to the present, all employees I have worked with have been delightful people and have gone above and beyond to support DialAFlight. The communication has been clear and efficient resulting in a smooth successful launch of our new LMS. Overall, I am pleased with our LMS and excited to see it develop.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the few months I have worked with Docebo, I have come across very few issues. As expected, during the configuration of the LMS, it took some weeks to get things how we wanted and we faced a few troubles along the way. But thankfully, we had the Docebo team on hand to support us and resolve any issues swiftly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doceobo is allowing us to bridge the gap between our sales staff and training. Through features like gamification, badges and certificates, we are able to reward our staff and encourage them to complete training.

The Docebo platform is very flexible and easy to configure. Despite the fact that our use-case is quite different from that of most other clients, we've been able to configure and extend the platform to meet our requirements.

The UX/UI of certain sections of the admin interface can do with an upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We acquired Docebo as a platform to provide on-demand and hybrid training to our clients, and so far the platform has delivered good engagement from our clients.
The people at Docebo are very committed and supportive.
What do you like best about the product?
I know the platform from my former employer and I like that it is very flexible and easy to manage. Besides, the staff at Docebo is very dedicated and supportive. We always have a good basis for discussions and arguments and I have the feeling that our needs and issues are understood. Needless to say that not every issue addressed by us can be solved, but we see that our contact person Jihane (CSM) is always trying to find aolutions or workarounds. In my opinion, we have a very healthy relationsship where there is always room for personal conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really anything that I dislike about Docebo. I have seen how my former employer has used to platform to implement great courses for German, but I think there is still potential for companies like G DATA that use it as a LMS for different clients and not for themselves.

Docebo makes it possible to integrate various customers and still performing well.

It's easy to use. Docebo keeps improving and provides continious updates to the platform. Docebo also has customer support that is easily accessible

Docebo is used to administer, plan and administer trainings in our organisation. this helps us ensure we have everything in one place.

DOCEBO is straight forward, has good UX design. Customer Managers are brilliant (great improvement here)

There are limited options for automatizations. Notifications could be more engaging.
