A LMS that answers to most of our needs
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up, groups and branches features are useful to manage users (internal and external), simple to define the user's learning journey, accessible anywhere in the world.
Capacity to record videos and amend them before publishing, diversity of formats recognized (ppt, Word, pdf, mp4...).
Easy to use for the learner, possibility to stop a content and come back later to continue where they left, accessible in different devices.
Support team is nice and efficient. The chat feature is very useful to have direct solution to an issue. Our CSM Omar RAI always tries to find solution and workarounds. He is willing to help us making the most of the solution. We have a very good relationship and we know we can trust him doing his best to guide us. We have regular catch up but Omar is always available in between when we have questions.
The community is active. We can share our ideas and vote for the ones that would be the more useful to us. Then Docebo product team uses these ideas and votes to identify features to work on. This is a good way to make sure product improvements answer to customers needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features seem to be very common according to what we see in the community and could be very useful to a lot of admin/powerusers. Few features could help us gaining a lot of time. Also language management could be easier. And global reporting for assessment could be more detailed in order to follow up on users answers for several tests at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to deliver digital trainings to our colleagues and customers. The onboarding process is optimized and customized per department. Our customers are supported by video tutorial to implement our solution. Docebo makes our life easier on a daily basis. We can now communicate internally on our new features and train main teams on how to use it.

Good so far
What do you like best about the product?
We haven't launched our Docebo platform yet, however the team have been responsive to our queries so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be more flexible in parts, for example more flexibility to customise buttons and email templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to house our e-learning content on one platform
Docebo is a great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo offers an intuitive interface which we could customise to our specific needs, making it easy to administrate and navigate around, and allows our clients to track and manage their own training and certification.
The platform offers comprehensive reporting and analytics, along with the ability to leverage social learning, gamification and artificial intelligence to enhance learning experiences.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some restrictions on certain platform features, such as the lack of ability to hide buttons or columns in tables without the use of CSS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo allows our clients to track and manage their own training and certification within their company and offers comprehensive reporting and analytics to our clients.
Robust LMS for enhanced education experience
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has advanced capabilities to customize the LMS solution for your company's needs, and evolve with new features over time. The default GoLearn app enables you to have native mobile experience with no code dev required. For our company, the native app that is included in our package is a significant advantage, again enabling optimized experience for mobile users. Docebo's onboarding process is excellent, the ongoing monthly check-in with their team is very thorough and their online support is very fast to respond and highly knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
For optimized instance we do use additional tools outside Docebo (such as Articulate). For advanced design look & feel, some HTML knowledge is needed (or you can use one of their partners).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed online solution for professional education that goes beyond webinar and videos. We have many educational events on-site. The LMS also enables us to bring the attendees better prepared, and have them depart with post-event knowledge base they can come back to.
Docebo Review
What do you like best about the product?
Regular update meetings and the help provied is very good, in particular the online help
What do you dislike about the product?
As I am new to it can find it quite complicatded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing eLearning materials with different divisions in the company
Easy to use as an admin, with some basic user issues
What do you like best about the product?
The admin menu is clear and quite easy to find what you need. I learned to use the system fairly quickly, and I'm not technical at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some little functional things bug me, such as in the course library in the back end, there is no search bar or way to sort or filter all the catalogues. It always takes ages to find the catalogue you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slick and easy way to manage compliance requirements, organizing learning content into pages that are easy for users to navigate.
Great support, but features need updating
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is quick and the account managerment team are attentitive. The Docebo Community is a great resource for ideas and problem solving.
As a learner it's fairly easy to use in respect to courses
The collaborate and share functionality is good, and there are lots of automations you can set up

What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the features are frustrating to use.
From a learner point of view, courses displayed in catalogs just show if you are enrolled or not, where as courses displayed in channels show status (eg in progress, completed). Despite several attempts to raise this on the Community over what looks like a few years, this has still not been addressed. The search bar can be overwhemlimg because it brings back so many results due to also including the elements from within courses as well as the course itself. A simple search that could just reveal 5 courses, instead reveals the 5 courses, 20+ assets that are within the courses and then anything else which is confusing to the learner.
For admin: There is no search functionality within catalogues, or even a filter for A-Z so administrators have to sift through what could be 10+ pages of catalogues to find the one they need to edit. There is no way to set the visibility of a course. Lets say you have a catalogue on "PowerPoint" and you wanted 4/5 of the courses to be available for everyone, but the last course is only available to a specific subset, the only way of making that course invisible to everyone else it to have it show to only enrolled people and then enrol that subset, but if it's not a mandatory course, it just sits in the "uncompleted" list of the subset for all eternity.
I just find the features and administration a little clunky and not adaptable. Hence why I find the community and customer support so good because I have to use them frequently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have adpated how we use Docebo and are now trying to get our learners to currate and share their own learning. We find the collaborate, sharing etc quite good for this. We're now trying to find ways of implementing some formal training via programme models with built in ILT and self paced learning and again Docebo allows us to do this
Robust platform but missing features

Microsoft Teams integragration should be included within the price.
