Very useful platform, and always helpful and friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how accessible the website is, and easy to use. Support team is always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features I would find useful are not available, such as archiving material.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to create different learning paths and trainings based on departments, by being linked to Personio
Robust and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It is playing SCORM content without glitches to hundreds every day. It has an extensive and accurate report function on many levels. Customer support is lightning fast and helpful. The API is extensive with an API explorer. The online guides are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of some functions require a deep study and a lot of testing to set up. (Setup of Power User profiles, LTI courses, tests).
Navigation in courses having multiple SCORMS. (You wil get a mix of platform navigation and the SCORM own navigation, confusing for the user).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering e-learning Content to employees and reporting status to other systems. Some use of LTI courses. Reporting function is a backup system.
Docebo experience for external users across the EMEA region
What do you like best about the product?
It is very fast and rather simple to navigate and use, both for admins and users. Very customizable for different groups of users; the extended enterprise is very useful when it comes to external users. Support is very quick to respond, although not always very knowleadgeable in the lowest tier. It feels modern and agile, compared to other obsolete and cumbersome LMS systems. The Power Users are a great functionality - although some limitations make them not perfect yet. Ease of implementation is also a plus - it does not take long to have it up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functionalities and settings which cause some issues. Locations in the platform play a very passive role - not very visible for users, not possible to pull reports. The manager/team functionality does not allow them to choose a session for their team members and it is not possible to set up an approval flow. Course pre-requisites have to be embedded in a Learning Plan. ILTs and VILTs are considered the same thing, also for notifications, which is very confusing to users. And although there is a reason behind courses/session/events, it is ultimately a complex mechanism with a lot of redundant naming and renaming. Lastly, the Admin menu dashboard is a chaotic list of names.

Reaching out to our external users. Thousands of service technicians across Europe who, although they are not company employees, need to follow training in order to be able to install and commission our units.
A strong partner committed to the success of my L&D strategy
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone I have worked with - with the exception of one person who no longer works for them - is committed to understanding our goals and supporting us to achieve them.
Our CSM is very responsive. She recently took over from someone with whom I have worked for nearly three years. (He was promoted.) The handover was excellent and she has done really well in making our relationship her own.
It is clear that Docebo take their role as a business partner seriously. A recent example is when I had the opportunity to meet with Docebo's CEO and head of Product; although their schedules were packed, I was made to feel they had all the time in the world for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment it is meeting the needs of our learning culture. I would love to see more around skills functionality that would support learners track their growth in skils against a beginner/established/mastery (etc) rubric. I would be happy to be part of a focus group to explore this further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment training engagment and completion is very important to the business and the current data and reporting tools do this well. New data insights will be landing soon and this will help me build a story that shows the impact training has on business outcomes. It is also easy to change your installation's navigation and design. We recently completely overhauled our site's UX and design; it looks fantastic and was straightforward to achieve.
So far so good
What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate the premium support we receive. Regardless of whether it’s the answer I want, I always get a response relatively quickly to all tickets raised, which I really value. Additionally, our Customer Support Manager, Aneet, is always eager to find solutions for us when needed or to connect us with the right people in the business as soon as possible so we can address any issues on a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have been satisfied with my experiences with Docebo. However, we occasionally encounter frustrations with the LMS's limitations and finding solutions for these issues. Often, we are directed to posts from other users facing similar limitations and asked to upvote them so they are prioritised by the development team. While this approach doesn’t immediately resolve the issue, I understand why it’s done and appreciate receiving some form of feedback rather than a flat-out no. Additionally, some solutions take a long time to implement due to the development team's limited capacity, which further delays our issues. Nevertheless, I understand that this is beyond the team's control, and overall, I remain satisfied with the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have resolved our issue of receiving feedback for our workshops and provided a clear tool for gathering insights on the data in a visual and Excel-friendly format. Additionally, they are currently assisting us with our company reporting, making it easier to track our employees' compliance completions. Once finalised, this will be extremely useful and helpful for our Compliance team.
Maximizing Docebo Through Vendor Partnership
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to build an incredibly customized learning experience for each of our audiences through a very intuitive, tech-forward platform. Our end users (learners) consistently rate their experience on the platform as high. Learning is always available, along with regular updates and communications to continue improving the learner experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started can be daunting because the platform has so much functionality and customization available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Docebo, we are able to scale our learning solutions for internal and customer audiences. We have experienced innovation and growth through the ability to provide customized solutions for each audience.
Good support and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We have Freddie as our contact and he helps and support us very much. If you are not able to solve a problem we can always reach out to Freddie or use the chat and the respons is always fast. I also think that the platform is easy to learn for someone new and is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that our company would benefit if there was some other features. This is because it could shorten some of the things we need to do to have correct information and to be able to send correct information. But as a new to Arjo, I think Docebo is very good and I have not experienced so much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Docebo we can improve knowledge for employees and have a structured system with trainings and followups. We can track all employees and how they are doing in their trainings, which is good for us because we need to see if they have done a training in a specific thing to be able to work with those functions they do.
Easy to configure and use LMS.
What do you like best about the product?
Great customer service (thank you Freddie!)
Also, we had very good support when we did initial implementation 2017.

What do you dislike about the product?
Service Desk sometimes knows less about the product than we do...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training records in one place, easy to find and accurate.
One stop shoop for all training.

Docebo: A Game Changing Product
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo has completely transformed our e-learning platform experience and the way that we use this product at our company. We mainly use Docebo for our in house internal onboading as well as continuing education for members of our organization. The feel of the platform is unlike any other products we have looked at, and the modern look and aesthetic of the platform is great. The content marketplace offered has allowed us to upgrade and transform the content we offer to our membership. The reporting and data features offered are unique and highly intuitive for both our in house IT team to use, and for the users of the platform to use. Lastly, the support we have received the Docebo team is next level and has been a game changer in our loyalty to the brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be some more work done to increase the level of personalization features offered to enhance the HTML and CSS features. I would love to see some guides or direction put together so smaller companies can even further personalize their website and user experience. I also think the mobile app could use some updating and advancements as it is pretty bare bones in the features offered. I would love to see some innovations where you can completely transform the app to be branded and named to represent your platform. Lastly, I would love to see some upgrades to course offerings with some more modern and relevant courses that have a more modern and updated feel to them in the content marketplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo has created a seamless experience for us in creating a personalized and branded web interface, and has transformed our learning platform and taking it to the next level. The website is modern and sleek, and has extensive built in features that are easy and intuitive for our customers to use. It is so helpful to have Docebo on our side and to have a team of people ready to go when we need to troubleshoot.
Docebo: Our LMS Usage and Management Experience
What do you like best about the product?
We use Docebo's LMS product, and overall I would say we are pretty happy with it. The support we receive from Docebo is fantastic. I feel anytime I talk to our rep or the support staff in a chat, they really dig into how to fix the problem, provide reference material, and explain it thoroughly so I can solve it next time. They all have their own sandbox LMS sites to test any sort of technical issues we might be having. Docebo is fairly easy to use once you have a solid understanding our the core foundational elements for users (Groups and Branches). Docebo contains numerous features for types of course files you can use, settings to enable for courses, learning plans, and catalogs. Overall, it has been fairly to implement in our daily learning experience for employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo does at times feel limited in the customization. Our company is fairly smaller (800 employees) compared to some other Docebo customers, so this lack of customization doesn't impact us too much as our team might not have the bandwith to really make use of more customization options. There are also some features or settings you would assume are active or would work, but they don't. Docebo is constantly updating some of these features, which is great, but sometimes I am left wondering how this wasn't in there before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning engagement with our employees. Our team had a previous mindset that was very much operationally focused, but we wanted to be more learning and employee growth focused. Docebo has allowed us to leaverage some of their features such as catalogs and channels to be able to really highlight what our team is capable of. We see a lot of engagment with the LMS now, providing hundreds of custom course options for professional development.
