Docebo Learn
What do you like best about the product?
People make the difference. The Docebo team, from account management and customer success, to the support teams - I have no issues contacting and talking with those assigned to our account. We have several channels available, including a ticketing system, live chat, and monthly meetings.
Our implementation back in 2018 went smoothly, and we have been able to build different 'themed' LMS setups for different projects using the instance functionality.
The platform is stable, new product releases are demoed, and the documentation is usually up-to-date and accurate. Additionally, the functionality of the platform allows different types of learning materials to be uploaded, and the reports provide both a high-level overview and granular detail on individual learners.
The community is becoming an increasingly valuable resource, with different customers sharing their experiences and knowledge.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have had two occasions this year where important information was not 'pushed' out to customers or our customer success person. This may not become a problem, but it is notable as it is the first time in a good few years that we have raised a concern about the lack of proactive contact.
Regarding functionality for improvement, there are some smaller ticket items, such as closed captions on/off by course rather than always on per item if uploaded and versioning references in the central repository would be helpful.
There is a bigger course of work to improve the instances which is underway. Being able to get the automatic account activated email branded per instance would be good, or getting them bcc'd to a different control address per instance.
Being able to see error logs would be very helpful, especially knowing when notifications have been sent/have failed.
These are all good points to raise if you gain a demo or get to talk with existing customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I highly appreciated the support provided by Docebo in various ways. The ticketing-system works seemlessly and helped resolve a few issues already. On top of that I highly value the regular catch up meetings with Ludmila from Docebo who continuously supports us in any topics we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an admin's perspective I have to admit that the tool itself is not very straight forward. We do find our ways by now, but for occational tasks it feels like having to remind ourselves or even re-learn how to do things over and over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is helping us eliminate repetative onboarding sessions for both, internal and external customers. Moving forward I would love to use it for ILTs as well, but at the moment it does not seem to integrate too well with our MS Teams, Outlook and other solutions and I believe it is a pitty we have to go with Docebo Connect additionally to the enterprise plan.
An LMS that meets most of our needs
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo customer support is nice and quick and the support team are great to work with. The Docebo community is a wonderful adition where I visit often for new ideas and help problem solving.
The platform is user friendly and easily customised. It has helped us to create a space that our employees can find a variety of learning and the catalogues allow us to group these nicely.
We have regualr catch ups with our CSM and are kept up to date with all platform changes and improvements. We have formed a good relationship, allowing us to raise concerns and ideas and know that they will be looked into.

Some of the admin functionality is a little dated and in some cases does not meet our needs. Certification renewal has been a real pain point for us and we have had to spend a lot of time figuring out workarounds and even now the process is not ideal.
You have to pay extra for lots of the functionality in seperate models. The reporting is good but it would be good to customise reports further without having to purchase a seperate module.
Filtering options in admin areas (notifications/ enrolment rules) would be super helpful too.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of enrolments to the correct learning. We are a healthcare company and so we have a lot of mandatory learnign and this varies depending on job role. Being able to autmatically create user groups and assign learning has ensure our employees are accessing and completing the learning they are required to.

There can perhaps be more differentation between certain features (e.g. playlists vs. channels)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are having unique learning solutions for mandatory trainings, individual develpment, external customers. We can put all these cases under one platforom while in addition having different kind of content in the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is very versatile and enables a highly customised user experience. It also offers immediate and experienced customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an administrator, I would like to see greater consistency between the individual application areas of the software, which would improve both the set-up of training courses and the user-friendliness for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is indispensable for us when it comes to offering both sales and technical training courses online on a broad scale, both within the company and to customers.
We are very satisfied with choosing Docebo as our LMS both for internal and external users.

It´s user-friendly both for users and Power users. We have a lot of control ourselves and can modify our learner´s experience very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The access model is not flexible enough. It´s hard to understand the additional modules since you can´t try them out before you decide to purchase them. It´s still a bit hard to get best practices or get in contact with other companies to benchmark with.

Modular configurability is both a blessing and a curse. You should always have a concept and a proof of concept.
The sandbox is a must-have to be able to try out exactly such cases. So you need to know what you are doing!
You have to pay extra for almost every module. I understand the business model, but it would be nice to have a " no worries package".
Still very good value compared to other providers!

A fairly steep learning curve with a lot of good payoffs
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is, for the most part, as intuitive an LMS I've used before. You can do a lot with it, and most areas are easy enough to figure out, especially if you consult the Knowledge Base.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of functionality requries hopping between different menus to complete. Also searches on a lot areas are surprisingly difficult

It's easy to have centralized learning content that can be rapidly shared & consumed

Great visual and very good support with Omar but I'm not sure the platform fits to our needs
