The Perfect LMS for Online Training
What do you like best about the product?
Docebo is constantly improving their platform and listening to their clients. The have a hefty repository of training and help guides and are quick to respond when you have an issue or question.
What do you dislike about the product?
Docebo is lacking in some areas, for instance, mass un-enrollments, and could use more integrations, but they are working to improve in these areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to help people all over the world with Docebo as our LMS being easy to access via wi-fi as well as via app.

Docebo is an intuitive and in-depth LMS that has been easy to pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had difficultes with notifications.

Allows customer self-registration for live trainings.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm most impressed by Docebo's ease of use and integration. Docebo works with our Slack, Gmail, Credly, and Udemy Buisness accounts. With all of these connections, it's so much easier to establish a complete and cohesive learning environment for our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see Docebo become more robust in its feature offerings, especially around overdue courses, soft deadlines (for learning plans), and all things compliance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Docebo is allowing my organization transparency and tracability around learning data and its subsequent management. At my organization, it is imperative that adinstrators, managers, and the users themselves have access to the current state of their many certifications and credentials, their due dates, and all associated info. Docebo makes this ask not only possible, but easy.

The problem which has been solved by Docebo is that it creates an easy way to access new lessons regarding the organizational updates.

The user interface is really easy to navigate, it gives reminders when a training is going out of date

i dont like the process of rebooking a course i completed in the past, its very difficult for no reason

When I do lessons assigned by my organization on Docebo, the lessons are very interactive and the information is provided in a fun way and very easy to use.

Everything seems good, however, just a feedback that it can be expensive for small business

The new feature AI Creator and AI Video Presenter helps in speeding up the content creation. The new UI interface helps in navigating faster, making training more effective and engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Docebo has had been changed, however I feel the ability to download content from mobile app could help in low-connectivity environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Docebo to learn all of the things that have helped me on my journey with Etsy. I've also completed various compliance trainings, which should help me improve my overall awareness.
