What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Device42 integrates with legacy solutions and enhances the portfolio of tools
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't call it dislike, but I hope that Device42 would be more ITIL aligned at some areas
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Device42 enhances Configuration Management process and acting as CMDB and Auto Discovery tool
