What do you like best about the product?
In my project management role, I rely on Notion to transcribe meetings and create meeting notes. It has become an indispensable tool that enables me to keep track of all the feedback and action items I need to handle. Setting it up and integrating it into my workflow was straightforward, and I now use it almost every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like to be able to transcribe meetings directly from my browser, without needing to launch the desktop app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes it easy for me to create meeting minutes and outline action steps, which I can then share with my project team.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's very easy to add sections for all of my team members. has allowed them to expand areas that then we "lose" information in. I would like to be able to lock down certain additions and force the overall look and feel to centralized a bit more. I find it frustrating that you can't add multiple email boxes to Notion Mail.

This platform serves as a one-stop shop for managing team knowledge, projects, and customer relationships, especially well-suited for smaller projects or clearly defined events.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion for my schoolwork because it makes organizing my notes incredibly easy. The use of databases and the AI feature is particularly useful, as it helps improve my notes and writing. What stands out most to me about Notion is its AI capability. While it doesn't assist with organization directly, it greatly aids in enhancing my writing. When I write my notes, I can use the Notion AI to summarize them and make the paragraphs more concise, which helps me be more direct and to the point. Additionally, the initial setup of Notion was very quick and easy, taking only about five minutes, which I found very convenient. I’ve also synced Notion to my calendar, which enhances its utility. Furthermore, I am so satisfied with Notion that I gave it a 10 out of 10 in terms of recommendation, and I've already recommended it to a few friends who have joined.

I dislike that sometimes the Notion website times out, which prevents me from accessing it.

The layout of Notion is super user-friendly, which significantly simplifies getting started and taking organized notes. Additionally, I love the AI chat bot feature because it effectively scans my notes without adding unnecessary information, ensuring that what I keep is concise and to the point. The setup process was very easy, making it accessible for new users. Overall, the combination of these elements makes Notion exceptionally valuable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an auto organizer feature that guesses and organizes my notes for me. This feature should put my notes into logical folders based on the content and also suggest new folders as needed.

I use Notion for project tracking and management activities, and I find it incredibly beneficial for keeping on track with tasks and work items and assisting in backlog grooming and refinement. One of the standout features for me is how Notion seamlessly blends notes, documents, databases, tasks, and wikis into a single interface. This integration simplifies complex project management processes. Additionally, I appreciate the flexibility that a single data set can be displayed in multiple formats like table view, kanban board, calendar, timeline, gallery, and list. This versatility enables me to visualize and organize information in ways that best suit different aspects of my projects. The clean and simple interface made the initial setup smooth, and even with a team of 102 members, the onboarding process took just four days and was intuitive. I switched to Notion from Trello primarily because Trello, while great for Kanban boards, lacked the comprehensive documentation, wikis, long-form notes, and multiple database views available in Notion. Overall, the combination of features, user-friendly design, and efficient setup process makes Notion a product I am highly likely to recommend, rating it a perfect 10 out of 10 for recommendation likelihood.

The AI’s ability to facilitate the organization of diverse content makes Notion indispensable for both personal and professional purposes. I have moved from using other tools like OneNote, SharePoint, ChatGPT, and Gemini to Notion primarily because of this outstanding AI integration. Additionally, my strong appreciation for Notion’s features is reflected in my high likelihood of recommending it, which is a definitive 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the connectivity to other apps needs improvement. Importing information from PDFs, Word documents, and Excel files into Notion is very time-consuming and difficult. This limits the efficiency and ease of transitioning my existing data into Notion. I would also appreciate if the AI could directly manage these imports, like automatically distributing Word documents into separate pages.

I use Notion to organize family and work tasks, such as recipes and tracking. The built-in AI is invaluable for connecting to the UI and assisting with referencing and writing. It enhances daily productivity by allowing me to easily manage and recall information across multiple contexts.
