What do you like best about the product?
Formatting is fast and straightforward, and creating a new page within another page works seamlessly. Setting reminders and using the calendar are both simple tasks, and the way the calendar syncs is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have improved drawing options. I find it quite challenging to create a flowchart at the moment, and I wish there were a native feature to make this process easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability for the software to be whatever I need it to be! Overall I have used it to replace 6 different pieces of software I would normally use. It truly is an ALL in ONE for me and I can wait to migrate more things into Notion to streamline my day to day processes. It has been really easy to integrate Notion into my day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel overwhelmed, especially since the AI piece of the app can do so much. I know I have the power but Im not sure how to use it and then I feel overwhelmed. I get this sense of just feeling like Im Under utilizing the capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving my problem of having to look 3 different places. On average I spent an extra 2 hours daily to copy and paste in from different documents and checking emails etc.

I frequently utilize it for crafting specific templates like the task manager and also for making my own customized templates. The ease of setting up Notion initially made the transition smooth, and I find the tool intuitive for both personal notes and work-related tasks. Overall, these aspects contribute to a high recommendation score of 10, as it's a comprehensive platform that simplifies managing documents and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that I can't place elements exactly where I want them in Notion. Specifically, when I convert a page to an inline database, I'm unable to write regular text adjacent to it. This lack of flexibility in alignment and positioning limits the way I want to organize information on the page.

I use Notion to organize my documents, eliminating clutter. The clean interface and search function make it easy to find information, while Notion AI helps me create useful templates, enhancing productivity.

Notion assists me in coordinating all of my company's events. It helps me stay organised with our tasks and even manage budgeting some. I appreciate being able to use a single platform to handle all of our needs.

Although there was initially a learning curve, becoming familiar with commands, especially using the forward slash, makes it possible to execute various tasks effortlessly. These shortcuts have transformed my workflow, making it seamless and efficient. Additionally, setting up Notion was super easy, which was a great first impression. Overall, these aspects contribute to a well-rounded and satisfying experience, prompting me to highly recommend Notion with a perfect score of 10 out of 10 to friends and colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes struggle with the control over image and text import in Notion. I wish there was a drag-and-drop feature for importing images instead of relying solely on auto layout formatting. This additional control would help me better organize my thoughts. Also, being able to drag and drop text would be particularly helpful.

I use Notion to organize my tasks, to-do lists, and project planning, solving organization problems and keeping track of deadlines effectively.

The wide range of use case that is available within the software.

There are still a few customization limitations, but they are constantly improving things so I expect that new capabilities will be ongoing.

Notion is helping us quickly and easily put SOPs in place by feeding in basic steps that we use and Notion AI created pages that can then be used on our Company Wiki.

In my project management role, I rely on Notion to transcribe meetings and create meeting notes. It has become an indispensable tool that enables me to keep track of all the feedback and action items I need to handle. I would really like to be able to transcribe meetings directly from my browser, without needing to launch the desktop app.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's very easy to add sections for all of my team members. has allowed them to expand areas that then we "lose" information in. I would like to be able to lock down certain additions and force the overall look and feel to centralized a bit more. I find it frustrating that you can't add multiple email boxes to Notion Mail.
