What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the software that help us in planning our day much efficiently as it has different type of to-do lists, notes google docs, excel sheets etc where all the entries and data input can be noted down and executed according to priority. Notion helps us in utilising our daily working hour in a much better way
What do you dislike about the product?
When I installed notion for the first time I got confused because the software has too many planning features and tools for maintaining day to day tasks. I would recommend to team notion that they should also provide a training session for their new users who subscribe to their platform for business purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our business Dorto services notion works like a budget and project tracker. As all the discussions and important information is being maintained in this platform only and it helps us in understanding the budget that has been allocated for different type of projects and what is the rest amount of finance that has been left with the company. All of these information are only tracked by notion only.

How I Stay Sane With a Million Moving Parts
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion lets me take a million moving parts and turn them into something clean, organized, and actually usable. Everything connects, everything has a place, and nothing feels messy. It’s flexible without being chaotic, and it makes even the biggest projects feel manageable instead of overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that Notion looks clean but sometimes feels slow and clunky when I’m trying to get things done quickly. Some simple things take way too many clicks. Databases can get messy fast, syncing between views isn’t always intuitive, and sometimes it feels like I’m spending more time organizing the system than using it. It’s powerful, just not always efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion basically fixes the chaos of having everything spread across a million different places. Instead of juggling docs, sheets, random notes, and links, it lets me pull everything into one clean, connected space. It keeps my stuff organized in a way that actually makes sense, and it makes big projects feel manageable instead of overwhelming.

Centralized Knowledge Hub That Keeps Teams Aligned
What do you like best about the product?
It centralizes knowledge beautifully. Everyone stays aligned because docs, tasks, and project plans live together instead of being scattered across tools. Ease of Implementation is also there.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is powerful, complex databases and large workspaces can become slow, and certain advanced features (like permissions and automations) could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information by bringing documentation, project management, knowledge sharing, and tracking into a single workspace. It helps me maintain structure, reduce context switching, collaborate more effectively, and move faster with clearer visibility across projects.

Streamlined CRM with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's layout because it's very clean and simple, which makes it incredibly user-friendly despite its complexity. The onboarding process is straightforward and simplifies getting information into Notion, allowing me to manipulate and organize it easily. I love the vibrant community surrounding Notion, where people are constantly creating new templates and offering services to enhance the Notion experience. This interaction with a creative community makes my experience with Notion richer and more dynamic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the learning curve significant when using Notion as a CRM, particularly during the onboarding process when uploading a CSV file. This required a lot of manual data entry, which was frustrating. Additionally, Notion Mail lacks the robustness I find in my current email scheduling system, making it less efficient to use. Initially, integrating my usual systems with what was available in Notion was challenging, requiring adjustments to my established workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a CRM to organize prospects and deals, streamline data entry with AI, and manage tasks efficiently. It centralizes my business information, provides ease of access, and integrates with Calendar and Mail for comprehensive management.
AI-Driven, Easy Setup, But Can Slow Down
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the new AI-generated text features in Notion. These AI capabilities allow me to quickly search through our extensive workspaces to locate specific information, which I find incredibly valuable given the sheer number of pages we manage. The AI text generation also saves me time by creating blocks for me, streamlining my workflow significantly. I love the flexibility and variety offered by the different types of blocks and how intuitive it is to embed diagrams from external applications like Figma and Miro directly into documents, which enhances our collaborative documentation efforts. Additionally, I appreciate the ease of integration with other tools, making Notion an indispensable part of our project management and design process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Notion can get very slow at times, particularly when we rely on a single page for tracking extensive information like engineering standups or centralizing design documents for large projects. This slowness can significantly hinder our team's productivity, as speed is crucial to managing our workload efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize and align engineering projects, propose ideas, and run retrospectives, saving time with AI features. Its integrations and AI search streamline accessing information. However, page slowness during long-term tracking impacts our team's speed and efficiency.
A reliable platform for documentation, planning, and execution
What do you like best about the product?
Notion brings everything I need into one place docs, tasks, databases, AI assistance, and knowledge organization. The flexibility is its biggest strength: I can structure information however I want, from simple pages to full project dashboards. It’s also incredibly intuitive once you get going, and the templates save a ton of time. With AI built in, it’s even easier to summarize content, draft ideas, and keep things organized without switching tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Collaboration permissions can also get complex in bigger teams and require some careful setup
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps centralize scattered information so I don’t have to jump between multiple tools. It solves problems around documentation, project tracking, and planning by giving me a single workspace where everything stays connected across teams
