What do you like best about the product?
Notion is like creating a "second brain" for yourself. It's so incredibly flexible that you can build anything with it—from tables to article databases to galleries. It's one of those apps that you download and then delete 10 other apps because they're now unnecessary.
I use it for documenting processes, creating vision boards, tracking goals and tasks, managing projects...what CAN'T you use it for?
The UI is super slick in the sense that it just gets out of the way. The Notion team has also done a great job optimizing efficiency, making everything as simple and fast as possible. They don't add superfluous features. Everything has a purpose.
Finally, the price!!! $4/mo is absolutely ridiculous. I would easily pay 10x that and I'm not even paying full price now because they have such generous referral policy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I Very little. I do wish Notion had tabs, because opening multiple windows is annoying. I'm eagerly awaiting the "Timeline" feature. Also, recurring tasks and reminders would be nice. I'd love to see a well-supported API as well, so I could connect it with GatsbyJS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documentation, interlinking between many different pages, vision boards, project management, blogging, CRM..literally EVERYTHING.

Get it ASAP. It's a one-in-a-generation app. Truly revolutionary.
A great planner and everyday organizer

With notion organizing your agenda is easy. From notes to meetings all in one place.

Templates are not buildable and not personalized. I’d like to have more variety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a planner, my life is easier. I just hace to check motion to see what’s on the to do list or what is the next action point I need to focus in.
Perfect for keeping track and posting projects and their trajectory

I work with a variety of specialists on marketing projects. It allows us to keep track of various tasks as well as maintain a broad view of every assignment.

I actually am very pleased with Notion - I have no issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Notion; I use it for anything: It's my non-distractive writing app, my task-list, my project management tool, and the platform I share content with my students. The fact that I can use my backgrounds and icons helps it fit in with my brand. I also use it for personal stuff: Planning my vacation, storing recipes, lists of books to read and, a wishlist that I share with my husband, so he knows what presents to buy me. To be short: Except for my bookkeeping and invoicing, all my life and business is in Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike! The only problem is that the possibilities are seemingly endless, and it's necessary to think through what aspects to use and how to implement and organize Notion and not create a mess of the folder system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never liked the Evernote interface; I couldn't work with it, but, I knew I needed something where I could collect and store all my assets. In Notion, I found the program in which I love to work, whether it is on my laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Notion offers an extensive library of templates created by the Notion theme and user-generated templates. Those templates provide a great starting point on how to use it. Besides, the help section is very well documented, and the team is responsive and keeps on developing new functionalities and overall improvements.
Life changer
What do you like best about the product?
There's so many things you can use Notion for. From basic do lists, to prioritising tasks and tracking progress using Kaban boards, to easier collaborating process with colleagues on projects. Also great for both company and private use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't open a new tab within the program. Everything happens within the on window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving project management and tracking different cases which is helped greatly by the options and templates available.
Notion is the best software
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the templates which are made in Notion. It was easy to use the templates and simply add the required details. I also liked the use of Notion when we were doing a group project and sharing documents was very easy using notion, we have kept the Notion page as a repository.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few times it gets confusing as the documents are seen duplicate times i.e your main page and inside page as well. Sometimes I save the favorite URL's but I am not able to find it in the Notion page, also I am not able to tag URL's which has made searching a specific link difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The notion has helped me a lot in terms of maintaining documents and URLs in a single page. I really liked the thing that Notion supports various formats. It is very easy to use and can be downloaded in pdf format.

It's a very good software to use.
Replacement for Evernote
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface compared to Evernote which is quite limited in what you can do but not so with Notion as you can customize the interface to suit your specific work style.

Sometimes the editor can be a bit fiddly.

I love this product! I was introduced to it by my engineering team at work and quickly noticed how flexible and fun it is to use.

I've been able to organize my entire marketing roadmap and share it across my organization - allowing them to collaborate and edit at the same as me. It's become a staple in my work tools, but now I've started to use it for my own personal projects as well as at home.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't caught on to the mobile app yet - I tried it but found it to be finicky and sometimes just generally unusable. Once that has been solved, I know I'll use this product more and more - and it may even replace Evernote (which has been my go-to for the last 6 years.
I also wish there was an easier, more intuitive way to track documents. I've sometimes lost a few through sloppy linking.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my team, we've helped reduce cross-team siloing by using Notion. It's simple to collaborate and share documents across teams and tag the relevant people within them. You can also track changes and real-time edit with your colleagues - a big plus.
I also love the templates that they have created. The board one is probably the most important tools I use in my day-to-day, tracking every single project we are working on and having it there, available at a glance.

Best app to organize EVERYTHING!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly simple to use, but I love how in-depth the features are! I have been able to use this app to organize and manage all my development projects quickly and allow my team to see and edit along with me. It is one of the few apps I use every single day at work and recently even at home on personal development projects! And the mobile app has been just as fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow to load or switch between workspaces, and I wish there was a way to relate one post to another without just a link (this may be possible and I just haven't learned how, yet). Overall, however, I have very few complaints. It is a very well put together app and service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion to organize information about each of our projects and to manage all of our internal information. We love how easy it is to collaborate within a page and keep only the necessary people updated whenever information changes. And the different data types available to organize the information visually and simply have made it easy for everyone on the team to quickly pickup how to use the app with little training or changing our regular workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go into the settings of Notion and do the different things to gain Free credit towards your Notion membership! We got a couple months for free by simply tweeting and signing up for the email newsletter. After that definitely take the time to look through the different premade templates available to get an idea of everything you can do to organize all your information.
Awesome tool for notes, documentation, planning, to-do's
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup, provide with a plenty of templates, allows to have a team and a personal workspaces to easily manage notes, tasks, to-do's etc.
