Easy to use and a great way to stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UX. It's straightforward, complex yet simple. It enables our company to be organized at every level and to provide a complete onboarding experience to our new employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the virtual workspace that I've never had. It makes remote work easy and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the whole thing: aesthetics, design, support, features, customization, and even the password remainders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get a bit overwhelmed by the virtually limitless features and customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep track of projects, have a safe space for processes, company data, and company wiki all in one place.
Notion is the ultimate text editing tool (and much more!!!)
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has thought of it all, but my favorite is how easy it is to create rich text notes. It's so easy to re-arrange paragraphs and embed custom text types (code, markdown, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the exports to PDF would be easier to format. Sometimes images are pushed on the next page, and it's basically a guessing game on how small to make them to fit on the previous page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am writing all of my developer documentation in Notion first, export the draft to share and only after that I transfer it to Confluence for the whole company to see.
Notion changed my life because integrates all I need.

Notion integrates all the tools that I need to have collaborative work with my colleagues. Also has the possibility to automate lots of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is a little bit slow and some time takes time to load connected databases, but connect databases is great, so I wait.

I manage all my day with a personalized GTD dashboard.

Use notion if you want to have a G-suite, CRM, jira, and Trello in one single tool and connected.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything I have can go in one place. It's like Evernote and Trello combined but with the capability to sort in so many different ways that you can look at just what you need to see when you need to see it! Additionally, you can go as many layers deep as you need to, which doesn't work in Evernote, for example.
I also like to be able to easily keep and track personal projects and my reading in Notion, and have the ability to customize how everything looks.
I've even written blog posts in Notion and cut and pasted them into my ESP easily, with a few format tweaks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although you can use it quickly and it's pretty intuitive, it takes time and study to really get the most out of Notion. But I can see the potential. I'm just scratching the surface but I use it daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have all of my business information in one easy to find spot which saves me time and energy. Also the search is excellent if I need to find a tidbit of information somewhere.

I like its simplicity, the way a simple cell transforms in so many useful components for organizing the notes.

One that bothers me is it's incomplete support for Markdown.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, I like the very simple and clean design of this product. Even when you go to it for the first time, you do not need to be nervous or irritated to create your first document, as it often happens when you use an application for the first time. There are many apps with a similar concept, but I only want to use Notion. I really keep a lot of different important things here, from working moments to my own plans.
I think that it is not necessary to describe what templates/features and the like the Notion app has. The trick is how they wrapped all these ideas that actually have been before in a beautiful, convenient package.

I really don't know that to name here. I wish you further success!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once, I submitted the interview assignment and my CV via Notion. When they clicked the link, they were pleasantly surprised at how I designed it. I've noticed that as soon as I need to create/write/think about something and so on, I always open this particular app. It's super cool that you made such an amazing user-friendly product.

The wiki tool is my favorite feature since it allows us to create content such as office policies and company goals.

Sidebar section when improved can ease the navigation through pages when searching for pages or specific items
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow is customized by using the Kanban board, calendars and tables.
It has a note taking section so we don't have to open several tabs during collaboration therefore saving precious time.

Notion is the best app to use for organizing work and tasks. It can be used across several devices allowing users to work from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a beautiful product! I love how it's easy to use, and that we can keep all of our information across the company in one place. I love being able to create different docs/templates in one page, and that I can do most of it by just using the keyboard. They have a lot of great templates also that make it easy to think of interesting use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more integrations, it seems a bit limited in that regard. I also wish they had more templates, I love the ones they have but want more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One central place for information. It's easy to browse, create and share. It's nice having a mostly centralized hub for company info
Notion is my go-to for everything documentation!

The speed of the software is a bit slow in comparison to the competitors. I hope they fix it.
