What do you like best about the product?
Notion is free for everyone. I can create, add and edit data anytime and anywhere with Notion and share it with my clients right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled a bit to work with Notion at the beginning. But now, after quite some time, I can work in Notion with ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelancer, I take data-building projects from clients. As per client requirements, I will add data in Notion and share the link with them right away. All my clients love the way I organize their data in Notion. I use notion to manage data for my clients and also I use it to myself to keep a note on my daily tasks, earnings and progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend everyone to use the Notion to keep a note on their daily tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the functionality almost exactly how we want it is what I like the best about Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the complexity and amount of time it takes to learn the software fully, although I understand that's what makes Notion so versatile and holistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been putting ALL of our tasks and projects (across the entire organization) inside Notion, so each employee can easily get dashboard views of everything going on in the company and have a bead on what each team member is working on.

This is one of the best free tool out there for most of my Needs

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tool because it is free, but it does not feel like a free tool. It has so many features and capabilities that this can be one of the leading Apps that one can use in a day.
I use notion for Myself and leverage their templates to capture important notes, to-dos and many more
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't hate it but not a big fan of the UI. Although it manages to deliver a decent User experience but the UI looks a bit from the 90s.
Also, I use a lot of templates as is, but I felt that there is a lot of depth to the template that one can use. I end up deleting 90% of the content within a template which takes me multiple clicks; I wish there was an easier way to use a template but with lesser details so that it can be a template and not a form to fill every little detail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to capture Notes, To-Do lists, Manage work items, and do a kanban sort of thing with it. I also leverage Notion for my work-related items where I manage the items before it goes into the main tools within the organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend everyone to leverage Notion; There are so many use cases that one can use this for anything; you can manage your Agile projects if your company does not have a structured enterprise level tool for it. Apart from this, they have an exhaustive list of templated for To Do, Reading list and so many more things, Definitely a must-try product

Ultimate project, team or company organization with one application!

  • April 22, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility. The app Notion gets this part of their application right. The hardest part is finding a suitable management software which also gives you the flexibility to tailor it to your companies needs. With notion, this flexibility is there, and allows you to plan out your companies data management with the future in mind!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to really dislike. As with any application, it could be nice to make the interface more smooth and faster - since there is sometimes a lot of lag - especially when you're working with a lot of people on one page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our small organization, we used to use another application known as 'Slite'. It wasn't easy to keep everything organized within slite, and once the team grew beyond ten members, we noticed that it was incredibly unsustainable with a growing team. Notion allowed us to make our management and organization more flexible!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility and power of Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login is a bit tedious using a key emailed to me. There's a bit of a learning curve with Notion but once familiar with it I like it. I left Evernote when the company was going through turmoil
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick note taking destination available on al my platforms and easily organized.
