What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion AI pulls from so many different sources, providing us with a much-needed single source of truth. This has been particularly valuable for our startup since we use a variety of tools for communication and knowledge-sharing, and Notion stands out by consolidating everything in one place. This consolidation has significantly reduced the time our team spends on research, making our processes more efficient. I really value Notion as a tool and use it many times a day, as it seamlessly integrates into my daily workflow and enhances my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be beneficial to have more native integrations with tools like HubSpot and Grain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to consolidate resources, reducing time spent digging for information. It provides a central source of truth that integrates tools like Slack, improving team collaboration and communication. It also helps in creating brand-specific emails and product updates, streamlining internal project tracking.

Notion works like a "blank operating system" for my work. Rather than confining me to a set format, it allows me to design pages and databases exactly as I prefer. I can start by sketching an idea, develop it into a structured plan, and then transform that plan into a trackable workflow—all without needing to switch between different tools. The flexibility to rearrange blocks, link databases, and create small internal tools makes it feel more like a workspace I've built for myself, rather than just a tool I'm using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion tends to become demanding as the workspace grows. When managing a project that involves several linked databases or contains a lot of content, the app slows down more than I anticipated. Additionally, I find it unreliable when working offline, as it often fails to load all the necessary information, which interrupts my planning sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of rigid tools. Most apps make you adapt to their structure, Notion lets me create the structure that fits the project. For example, I can turn meeting notes into action items, link them to project pages, and review everything from a single dashboard. That level of flexibility has reduced duplication, improved clarity, and saved time.

I love the organizational aspects of Notion and how it allows me to create pages that correspond directly to each aspect of my business. It's amazing that I can create tasks, calendars, and manage product descriptions or inventories to ease workflows. I particularly enjoy how Notion takes the busy work away and allows me to focus on the creative aspects of my business as a small business owner without employees. The organization methods and visual qualities were also a compelling reason for switching from my previous tool, NotebookLM. The initial setup of Notion was very user-friendly and easily implemented, which made the transition smooth. Notion has invaluable features for assistance with social media content and scheduling, streamlining my diverse needs, from blog posts to complete organizational strategies. Moreover, the ability to embed with my website seamlessly enhances its functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!! I love Notion and how it has had such an amazing, positive impact on my administrative workload! Honesty, I can't think of one thing I dislike about Notion!

Notion is a reliable tool, providing comprehensive knowledge and effectively summarizing everything I need. Navigation is extremely intuitive, even for new users, making the platform easy to use. It's so perfectly designed for my needs that I struggle to find any drawbacks. I use it daily and it continues to exceed my expectations. Notion has been instrumental in making my daily workflow smoother and more efficient, and it's the best tool I've encountered for these purposes.

I have been using Notion for four years primarily for sales, exobrain, and as a digital briefcase. I absolutely love how it helps me search quickly and creates ideas on the fly, enhancing my productivity and creativity. The aesthetics of Notion stand out for me; I like the way it looks and feels, which enhances my user experience. Additionally, it is not too expensive, making it an affordable choice for what it offers. I find the alerts feature particularly useful for time management as it integrates with the calendar and notifies me of tasks that need to be completed at specific times, ensuring I stay on top of my schedule. The initial setup of Notion was also very easy, and it seamlessly integrates with other tools, making it a staple in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't intuitively integrate the email client into my day-to-day workflow. It's challenging to distinguish between using it for personal versus business tasks, which makes it less seamless for my needs.

Completely customisable platform, we were able to build the back end and dashboards to suit us, and we were able to create multiple dash boards for different parts of the business
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don’t have someone technical it could be hard to do the initial setup, but there are a lot of helpful guides and YouTube videos

As a business we have tried other project management tools, other systems has some of what you need and as such to meet our requirements we would have to adopt a number of systems

I love how Notion saves enormous amounts of time with its fantastic search functionalities and the capability to compartmentalize everything in Spaces. The AI functionalities are particularly impressive, significantly reducing the manual time spent on tasks. I also appreciate the speed and ease of use that Notion offers. It's incredibly user-friendly, even for non-coders, and the vast use cases make it versatile for different project management needs. The integrations, while having some limitations, generally work well and are beneficial. I also find the templates very helpful and appreciate the extensive documentation and step-by-step guides that simplify learning and utilizing the platform's full capabilities. Overall, the seamless integration with tools like Slack, Claude, Jira, and calendars, combined with user-friendly setups and rich functionalities, makes Notion incredibly valuable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the integrations with Notion are not always the best. Specifically, I would love to see email integrations and more robust integrations with tools like HubSpot.

I love how Notion centralizes all my scattered knowledge across various platforms, making it accessible and searchable, which saves me a tremendous amount of time. The ease of use and the intuitive nature powered by Notion AI is incredible, eliminating the learning curve completely and letting me get started right away. The ability to arrange and organize my thoughts, whether for business, personal, or learning purposes, is seamless, and I'm amazed at how I can transform Notion into an efficient life-organizing and money-making app. I love that Notion AI allowed me to transfer years of data into Notion in less than 48 hours, and it also enables me to write a 200-page book swiftly, which would have taken me much longer otherwise. Additionally, the ease of creating, organizing, and searching data facilitates my work process significantly. Notion's voice recording setup is particularly impressive, offering easy recording, transcription, and quality summary extraction, which is a valuable feature that enhances my productivity.

I want to be able to set up more automations and connect to more external apps.

I am highly impressed with Notion, particularly due to its robust AI features that significantly enhance efficiency. The AI’s ability to analyze nutritional components, like calories and macronutrients, just from mentioning what I ate, exemplifies its convenience. The AI further acts as an assistant in project consulting by helping me clarify my thoughts, develop actionable plans, and pinpoint crucial details at every step, which streamlines my workflow. I also find Notion easier to use than Google Sheets, with a better user experience, especially with the ability to link different tables and have unlimited nesting options. Transitioning to Notion from Google Sheets has been a positive move for my projects, further enriched by how easy it was to initially set up. Overall, these features contribute to a seamless and productive experience, making Notion an indispensable tool in my daily activities. I would confidently rank it as a 10 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we could add some MCP so that Notion AI can orchestrate more tools to help me get things done, such as automatically opening a browser to complete certain tasks.
