What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion for its versatile capabilities in handling almost everything from writing, project management, and project research to scheduling and calendar management. It feels like my virtual personal assistant, allowing me to search and find answers within my databases without needing to switch to other applications like Google, which significantly reduces context switching and saves time. I am particularly fond of the way Notion looks and how user-friendly it is. The AI feature is another aspect I enjoy, as it acts as my assistant within Notion, making it accessible to add cards to databases, summarize information, and write meeting notes, serving as a huge time saver. I appreciate how controllable and customizable Notion is, enabling me to build systems that are malleable and bespoke to my needs and those of my clients. From 2018 to now, I have grown with the product, and its setup has become much easier, allowing me to quickly set up a clean system with multiple databases. I also appreciate its compatibility with tools I use, like Google suite and Whimsical, which enhances my productivity. I recommend Notion all the time, giving it a 10 out of 10 for how likely I am to suggest it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish Notion calendar was available on iPad. I'd also like the AI assistant to be able to create a card using one of my templates.

I am particularly pleased with the embed features and Notion AI, which significantly enhance the platform’s utility and functionality. The initial setup was dead simple, demonstrating how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is from the very start. With Notion, I can integrate seamlessly with tools like Slack, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Hubspot, and our own SDK, which makes our workflow cohesive and streamlined. The overall experience with Notion has been overwhelmingly positive, earning it a perfect recommendation score from me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of direct API calls to be a limitation. Integrating API calls would enhance its capability by allowing data from AI agents to be automatically created in specific pages within Notion. This would significantly streamline workflows and enhance the functionality of our dashboard.

I appreciate the flexibility this offers, allowing me to create a wide variety of things. The databases are especially helpful, as they support whatever I want to build.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many issues, just a few minor things such as centering text within tables. In the future, I would like to have more options for working with databases, such as the ability to join them in a way similar to SQL tables.

It crashes at times and have to relaunch the software frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy having a spot where everything is in one place and how intuitive most things are. It has really changed my life and made me more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I hit a lot of glass ceilings—especially in regards to tables and doing simple math.

At the end of the day, I have major ADHD brain and I need constant reminders otherwise it might slip through the cracks. Notion really helps with this

A Flexible workspace that adapts to however our team wants to work
What do you like best about the product?
The embedding and linking features are outstanding: it's easy to link one page to another, drag and drop blocks, and create either a wiki or a task board with the same level of simplicity. This flexibility allows me to move seamlessly from brainstorming ideas to executing tasks, all within a single app. What I appreciate most is how the tool adapts to my needs, rather than forcing me to adapt to it. I can organize pages, databases, and links however I like

What do you dislike about the product?
Offline access works, but not as seamlessly as a native desktop app. Also, because the system is so flexible, different teams sometimes build pages in completely different styles unless we set a few internal guidelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is now centralized: blog ideas, app backlog, meeting notes, and design drafts all reside in a single workspace. I spend less time searching for information and more time actually creating. When I set up a new process, such as planning a new feature for my Kotlin Multiplatform migration, I create a database, link it to relevant tasks, and embed design documents. Everything is interconnected and easily visible.

Notion is simple to begin using, yet it becomes incredibly powerful as you develop your skills. With the introduction of Notion AI, the platform has become even more effective, allowing you to accomplish meaningful work more efficiently and in less time.

At times, Notion can be a bit too clever for its own good. This means that occasionally, when you try to accomplish something that seems straightforward, you end up needing a deep understanding of Notion to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI helps me overcome the "blank page" problem when I start writing, making it much easier to get my thoughts down. The enterprise search feature is quick and effective, allowing me to find the answers I need from my company's specific knowledge base. Databases are essential to my daily workflow, and I really appreciate the relational properties and the option to display only the information that is relevant to each person.
