What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates in Notion as they provide me with instant ideas and ways to organize everything quickly. These templates are particularly useful in streamlining my organizational process. I also appreciate how Notion helps in organizing daily work tasks and keeping business objectives clear and straightforward for everyone to understand. This clarity ensures that my team and I are aligned on our goals. In addition, the initial setup of Notion was pretty easy, which was a pleasant surprise considering the complexity of some software setups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find that the templates, while editable, are not functional, which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion organizes daily work tasks and simplifies business objectives, making them clear for everyone. The templates offer quick organization ideas.

i love that i can seamlessly integrate calendars and slack into pages and events.

it can be wildly difficult to traverse and the search functionality doesn't help out a whole lot.

Excellent place to document processes involved with our SLDC, decisions that we make about projects along the way, onboarding documentation, etc. One stop shop for documentation and calendaring for me.

I love that Notion provides a clean and easy-to-use calendar and table application with an attractive user interface. Its capability to integrate all of my clients' projects and events from multiple emails and task management programs into one centralized calendar is incredibly efficient and valuable. Additionally, Notion offers a unique feature that allows me to create a digital library of links for storing my media across various locations, which significantly organizes my workflow. Moreover, the new AI assistant within Notion is remarkably helpful, especially in constructing workspaces from my prompts, a task that can be overwhelming without clear starting points. Notably, the AI's ability to generate a task management table that syncs effortlessly with my calendar from just a simple prompt is a game-changer. Lastly, the initial setup of Notion was super easy, making the transition smooth and hassle-free.

I find it clunky to start and duplicate pages in Notion. It's also difficult to navigate and not intuitive, especially when creating new pages. While I can navigate existing pages more easily, I still struggle with setting up new ones.
