Intuitive Design, Efficient Workflow with Webflow
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the controls in Webflow because they make managing CSS rules much easier for me. The Flex Grid feature is particularly helpful since I don't use grid layouts often, and I tend to forget the rules. Webflow provides all the options right in front of me in the toolbar, which is incredibly convenient and speeds up my workflow significantly. This accessibility is very helpful, allowing me to quickly use features and tools without having to remember every detail. Webflow acts as a bridge between manually coding and using more visual tools, which is fantastic for getting into the granular aspects of web design. It's a great product overall, as it simplifies the process of creating specific website features that might otherwise require manual coding. I appreciate how easy the initial setup was, which made transitioning to the platform straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I initially faced challenges with Webflow's inability to open multiple pages simultaneously or have more than one person working on a project at the same time. This limitation hindered collaborative efforts and multitasking capabilities, although this issue appears to have been resolved recently. Additionally, while Webflow offers great granular control, in certain projects, I find myself thinking that WordPress could have been a more efficient option, suggesting that Webflow's advantages might not be universally applicable across all project types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Webflow allows me to dive into granular aspects of web design without manually coding, bridging a gap between hand-coding and using pre-made packages. It speeds up my workflow by providing easy access to all design options, helpful for specific client requests.
Enhanced Web Design with Powerful Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Webflow for building and maintaining websites for both clients and my own portfolio. Webflow's ability to create production-ready websites efficiently is invaluable to me as a developer with a design background. I love having complete design freedom and control in a single environment without switching between different tools. The live preview feature is fantastic; it allows me to see changes instantly, which is incredibly useful for someone who is visually oriented. Webflow's capability to build complex interactions and animations without requiring JavaScript is a huge plus, as it simplifies my workflow. The GSAP integration is a game-changer, significantly easing the process of creating animations without dealing with codebase intricacies. The App Gen feature excites me as it promises to save me substantial time by allowing app development within Webflow itself. This integration means I spend less time juggling between platforms and more time focusing on development without external integrations. Adjusting interactions like timing, ease curves, and stagger elements is efficient and straightforward, enhancing my productivity immensely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have faced challenges with the CMS in Webflow. There are limitations like only displaying 20 CMS items per page and nested collections being limited to 5 items. Additionally, creating deeper relational structures requires external tools, and complex filtering, dynamic sorting, multi-level relationships, and app-like features often demand custom code or third-party plugins. Also, although the learning curve isn't steep, Webflow is not super beginner-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Webflow to quickly build production-ready websites with design freedom and control. It simplifies complex interactions, reduces coding needs with GSAP integration, and enables collaboration with non-technical clients.
Empowered Our Marketing with Minimal Tech Dependency
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Webflow's ability to let our marketing team update and publish pages independently from engineers, which significantly speeds up our process and helps unblock campaigns. Its ease of use in building and updating pages without requiring coding skills allows more team members to engage with the tool, streamlining our go-to-market efforts. Moreover, I find the consistency that Webflow provides in terms of layouts, components, and branding incredibly valuable, as it ensures that new pages align with our established look regardless of who creates them. The differentiation between the CMS function and the Build function is another standout feature, as it helps maintain control and manage user access effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Webflow's navigation fairly difficult to manage, particularly as our projects scale. The left-side navigation tends to feel cluttered, making it challenging to maintain efficiency. Additionally, the limitation of having only one builder or designer logged in at a time is frustrating, as it sometimes slows down our progress. The search functionality is fragmented, which complicates finding components, classes, and pages easily. A global search feature would significantly enhance usability. Furthermore, the style panel can become disorganized, reducing overall productivity. The administrative side is also problematic; managing users and comprehending their access permissions seem disjointed and could be more intuitive.

Webflow allows our marketing team to update pages independently from engineers, saving time and keeping campaigns on track while ensuring consistent branding.
Unmatched Training and Support Sets Webflow Apart
What do you like best about the product?
The training and support provided is next level, no other platform has the resources and support that Webflow does.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is lot's of training and support it's necessary, this is not a platform that is intuitive like Squarespace or Wix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webflow has completely changed how we build websites. We’re now able to create highly engaging, interactive sites that help our clients attract more customers efficiently. From 3D Spline integrations to GSAP animations, everything feels smooth and dynamic — and optimizing for different viewports is effortless. The user experience is noticeably better overall.
We’ve also been able to build robust content libraries and reusable components, which makes it incredibly easy to design, launch, and scale client sites quickly. Webflow gives us both creative freedom and production efficiency — the perfect balance.

Empowers Creativity and Client Delivery with Confidence
What do you like best about the product?
I can be confident that I can do whatever I want to do - making me confident to be able to deliver ideas to clients
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is confusing for clients, they try to buy workspace plans instead of site plans, try to open the designer rather than the editor - in general I think the client experience isn't great and that the future of web is empowring clients to own their web mainteneace and work with webflow devs for structural edits
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to build complex bespoke website without coding knowledge
Powerful Platform but Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love Webflow for its combination of tools that simplify the web-building process. The CMS section is particularly intuitive and easy to use, enhancing my ability to manage content efficiently without the need for coding or worrying about syntax errors. The platform's no-code environment allows for seamless transitions from design in Figma directly to Webflow development, which is incredibly efficient. I find the speed at which Webflow operates impressive, even with over 5000 pages hosted on it; it keeps both the platform and our website running super-fast, saving me significant time and reducing the need for excessive revisions. This efficiency makes it possible for my small business to publish new pages and blogs daily, with different team members seamlessly taking on various responsibilities. The sleek design interface also stands out as a beneficial feature, improving over time to become more user-friendly, and the introduction of automatic saving in drafts has notably diminished the prior frustrations of lost work. Overall, Webflow's capacity to handle large-scale operations smoothly and facilitate quick, effective team collaboration is what I find especially valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have several challenges with Webflow. Firstly, uploading images is problematic; even when images are fully optimized in terms of size and dimensions, they still take a long time to upload and impact page speed after being published. Additionally, Webflow lacks a straightforward image compression tool, or if there is one, it's too complex to use. Another issue is the accessibility of images added in CMS collections—they are only accessible from the individual items they were added to. Given that we have over 3,000 pages in CMS, identifying specific images needing optimization during a site audit is extremely time-consuming without an asset folder to manage them. Lastly, although Webflow is great for medium to large businesses due to its capabilities, the platform is still complicated to use, especially for newcomers. Even after a year of usage, I still find the navigation and finding specific tools challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Webflow to build and manage website content without coding, saving time and reducing errors. Its speed and ease of use allow my team to swiftly publish content, enhancing our productivity and agility.
