Ownbackup - ourbackup
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and ease of setting up and configuring backups for Salesforce Environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Graphical interface could have been much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to backup the metadata and the data with the option of longer retentions. Find and compare tools providing more granularity is the goto feature of ownbackup.

When analysing changes in a backup, default behaviour is downloading files, would be easier to view this information in the browser to speed up the process

OwnBackup is a Life Saver
What do you like best about the product?
You can trust that OwnBackup has your back. Once you have it set up and integrated with your Salesforce Accounts, including your Sandbox environments, you know that your system is automatically being backed up on a regular basis. You know that the data is there and you can recover it, if you ever have your data corrupted by a user or deleted by mistake by someone.
It is a system that you can leave running in the background and know that if ever there was an issue with the backup, you will be notified via email.

What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't any I can say to this question. So far everyone at OwnBackup have been pleasant, approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. The product does exactly what is says on the Tin, it backs up your Salesforce instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time-consuming business of doing manual backups of your Salesforce Instance, that you can never really backup 100%. Then the thought of recovering your instance from a manual back-up fills me with dread.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to use. The developers are very helpful and accommodating. I see it as an insurance tool which hopefully you would not need but when you do. It's simple to restore my data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation for the training material should he a little more detailed. Its not always intuitive what needs to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up all data in my salesforce org.

I'm not sure about this as of now, as I haven't faced any difficulties.

Saved big time due to data recovery capability of OwnBackup
What do you like best about the product?
Data recovery capability by going back in time after accidentally deleting some unused but essential data, has proved the best feature that my team could easily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would expect more advanced configuration features to have the flexibility given to user on more control of what backup should be done and what can be ignored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Org admins accidentally delete some unused but essential data in order to optimally utilize resources and memory. However, since they are not the owners, they often miss checking it with the owners given the data looks quite old/meta data. Using OwnBackup, this can be reversed easily.
Great Solution - Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
This solution provides critical insurance for production Salesforce instances - daily backups with granular recovery. My company has been a subscriber for several years. I just had an outstanding support call with Rene Rosales. He helped me to uncover an issue with certain records being somehow deleted by Salesforce in the background. Salesforce Support was unable to help me since the deleted records no longer existed - in short, they did not know the IDs to investigate. How I can provide a csv with the records deleted - a snap.

No issues - great solution and great support.

What do you like best about the product?
Takes away the worry of losing data, especially when something gets deleted by mistake. Very easy to find historical data and refresh when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I've noticed. Whenever I had a question, their Support got right back to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the worry about losing data. As the Salesforce Administrator, I am responsible for having clean, correct data.
Excellent service to protect your Salesforce data
What do you like best about the product?
OwnBackup is a great 'set it and forget it' back up service for Salesforce. It simply sits there backing up both meta data and record data on a daily basis. With each back-up then persisted it's possible to go to any point in time to retrieve data that might have subsequently been deleted (whether accidentally, purposefully or maliciously!). The tool allows comparisons across backup points and can even restore data directly to Salesforce. As well as resiliency, it also has delivered other unexpected benefits to the organisation such as the ability to pull data for reports from any point in time. With a number of both config and data changes taking place on our SFDC org, to know OB is sitting there quietly snapshotting everything on a daily basis is a real reassurance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface takes a bit of getting use to but is still pretty user-friendly, and once understood does everything that could be wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continual meta data and record data backup, with the ability to interrogate any point-in-time back up from when we first delivered the service. Has also proven useful for 'point in time' reporting given a system snapshot can be used from key dates in the year.
