You can break your PROD and restore it back without impacting the business
What do you like best about the product?
I am personally feeling happy to use this tool for restore the data/metadata and datamasking. We are taking 4 to 5 days to perform the post refresh activities, whereas using OWN tool takes less time and no need to prepare a template everytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application has performed satisfactorily, with no notable drawbacks observed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Datamasking, restore the modified/missed configuration in salesforce

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. We have been using Own Backup for data restoration over the past three years and are very satisfied with the product's performance and user-friendly interface.
2. At the same time, we activated the Seeding and Anonymizing tool ( Own Accelerate), which has been a fantastic addition. It enables us to create data sets for seeding our sandboxes, significantly simplifying our workflow.
3. We also leverage the Own Data Archiving app, which helps manage the large volume of emails we receive. By archiving emails and freeing up Salesforce storage space, we can efficiently manage our data while retaining the ability to quickly restore archived records back into Salesforce when needed.
4. Additionally, Own's extensive Knowledge Base has proven to be a valuable resource, providing helpful information whenever required.

Own backup is great tool I used ever for backup
What do you like best about the product?
ownbackup help me to backup my salesforce org (production and sandbox) and the setup the tool into our company and org is so simple. The seeding option is so awesome and we can move data between sandbox's without any excel lookup between id's and compatible action
What do you dislike about the product?
the new interface is not comfortable. It is very slowly, stuck a lot and I prefer the old one

Easy and Intuitive Interface. Number of features for seeding and backing up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Errors can be hard to debug and No specific error messages. Customer support sometime take a while to find a resolution.

Sandbox seeding and Data Restore.
Excellent Tech Engineer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Sandbox Seeding Service is a great time saver. When I have run into questions with seeding template configuration or unexpected seeding results, I've received Very responsive and knowledgeable support from the Tech Engineers
The Backup Service is reliable and thorough. It's very useful to be able to run compare jobs to see changes in data and metadata for a very specific time period.

What do you dislike about the product?
One feature I hopet to see in the future is for the ability to save seeding template filters for history analysis and seeding job comparisons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Own has been invaluable for us to run daily backups in three of our Salesforce Orgs, both in Production and in all Sandboxes. We can rely on the backup and recovery tool. We also save a lot of time to be able to run customized seeding in our sandbox environments.
Own takes the same mundane process and supercharges it with efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Own's data backup tool is their main product, but the hidden gem is the data seeding tool, as well as their development team behind it. Customer Support answers any issue I have very promptly.

I don't dislike anything about the product nor the company. Products are fantastic as well as the team behind them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Own is a top of the line data back up tool that makes the entire process extremely simple.
Professional responsive backup software with first-class support
What do you like best about the product?
Own account reps meet with us regularly to make sure we are using their products effectively, share any new product info, and answer questions. They want their customers to succeed!
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is not cheap but as with most things in life, you get what you pay for!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Own gives us peace of mind that our salesforce platform is backed up effectively and efficiently. The Sandbox seeding feature is also great to help with testing functionality in our sandboxes before moving through our environments.

We are engaged with ownbackup from last five years and product is excellent. It has helped us to rescue many times during production data and meta data mismatch issues. We can fully really the feature it offers

The infrastructure need to be more enhanced to serve the customer data.

The best thing the software does is give you peace of mind that your data is protected as salesforce won’t do that for you, so if you’re ever to lose data then Own has got it protected.

What do you like best about the product?
Biggest upside for me is having my Salesforce data backed up automatically. Can easily compare backups to find data changes. Alerts are great to notify of large amounts of changes that might have gone unnoticed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints or problems so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic data backup instead of Salesforce's manual backup. Peace of mind that if I ever have to restore data it will be a much simpler process.
